Matt

In our first Fractal Diaries discussion, Matt and Jen discuss their non-ordinary experiences - such as the world communicating with us, things showing up out of nowhere, and the sensation of falling into deeper levels of consciousness. We explore how to navigate the challenging impacts of widespread pathologisation when disclosing our experiences.

Jen first shifted into non-ordinary states in 1998 whilst backpacking, and navigated them alone for 10 years. She is now dedicated to helping people better understand these states through writing, fostering community, and supporting projects that work to de-pathologise these experiences. She is currently working on a book that she hopes will reassure people in a psycho-spiritual crisis that they’re not alone and that support is out there.
