Fractal Diaries
A podcast for those navigating non-ordinary states of consciousness (e.g. seeing visions, hearing voices, synchronicity, vivid dreams, spiritual emergence, or other mind/world-bending experiences) to talk openly about their experiences and learn from each other.
We provide a non-pathologising discussion and education platform for those with lived experience of these phenomena, with the aim of sharing resources, breaking taboos, and normalizing these states as valid and valuable human experiences, both within the mental health field and beyond.

He’s the COO of InspiredMindMentalHealth.com and works with NAMI and the National Empowerment Center providing fresh hope through Neurodiversity Gifts: a cultural competency meta-map of lived experience. He lives with his wife and daughters in San Diego.
