I would like to welcome the beautiful Meili today. She is going to tell us a little bit about herself and we are going to get started. I'm so blessed to have you here today.

Speaker 1:

Well, thank you so much. Thank you For anybody who's watching or listening. I have to tell you it's easy but not easy to do these podcasts. There's so much tech to navigate, there's so many buttons to push and then you're like I don't want to say the wrong thing. So fortunately there's software that helps us with that. But let me just do my quick intro and then we're going to dive right in and explore all the things today.

Speaker 1:

So my name is Mielle Fox and I am an oral health care provider during my day hours, while on the side I have a podcast called Energy, the Untamed Heart, as well as a website, and what I'm really interested in doing is helping people to find the blind spots that are in the way of them really accessing and seeing the beautiful light of who they really are at their soul level. So I do that through sharing stories, I do that through using various modalities. I'm an aligned wellness coach, an advanced numerologist, an EFT practitioner. All these things are blended together so that we can start to kind of tweak out and tease out what's holding you back from really day-to-day experiencing the best available life that you can, really shining your light. So that's a little bit about me and I'm just so proud to be here, lisa.

Speaker 1:

Thank you for inviting me, oh you bet.

Speaker 2:

So my first question is what inspired you to embark on the journey of self-discovery and spiritual waking and to go down the path that you are going, and how does that sure play off of um your journey to this point?

Speaker 1:

So by nature I'm a very kind of overachiever driven, always looking for information, knowledge. That's sort of the science-y side of me. But I also have a very spiritual side of me where I firmly, firmly believe that we this isn't it? Firmly, firmly believe that we this isn't it, the 3D, isn't it? Like there's a lot more going on than what's here, and I really truly believe in the whole concept of possibility, in the quantum, and that we're being guided by something far greater than ourselves here on earth and that we're really souls in a human body. And here we are, we're at school doing the thing, having fun, learning the lessons, or maybe not having fun and learning the lessons, but we're in Earth School to experience all the things. And so that's my little connection of bridging science and spirit.

Speaker 1:

For me personally, many moments depending on where they are in the journey, where something happens, whether it's a change in a family structure or your physical health or your emotional well-being, there's something, there's some aha event. So for me I've had several, but I'll just tell you the one that really sort of like really was my springboard to get off my duff and really do something. I'll do my best not to swear here, by the way, because sometimes I get a little potty mouth, I get really excited and the words just come flying out. Right, I'm the same way, I know. So I've always had interest in what else is there. Like, what else is there? This can't be all there is. There must be more, what else is there. And so that has always been a drive for me. But the thing that really was my springboard to wow, there must be more than this is most recently, I would say, was probably within the last decade.

Speaker 1:

I lost several family members, especially a sibling who was extremely close to me, very suddenly, and it really thank you. It really pushed me to ask, like, what's the deal? You know, you don't know how long you're here, you don't know when your time is up. How do you want to spend your moments? What's holding you back from spending your moments in the most, most engaging and vibrationally charged up way that you choose? And those questions really forced me to dig deep in myself to do a lot of healing of previous belief systems, stories I'd lived by that I kind of came around to say, whoa, this doesn't really need to be true, this doesn't need to fit anymore. I can make up the story however I choose it, I don't have to stay in the old. You know I can change that.

Speaker 1:

And when you consider doing that, the reality is it kind of opens Pandora's box of wounds, traumas, fears, beliefs, patterns, all the things. And if you're really yeah, sometimes it's not easy. I'm not going to say it's been like a joy ride, because it isn't, truthfully it isn't but if you're willing to have a different perspective, if you're willing, instead of believing like the world is happening to you, that it's really happening for you I mean, I know that's like a very common phrase, but pick it apart and it's really. It is the truth. You know, even on the bad days, when things that you're like I just can't even believe this it really opens a door to a new possibility. If you can take the situation and say what's being mirrored here for me to learn, like, what am I being shown here? What can I in the depths of the muck and the mire, what can I see as the little hint and sparkle of light to lead me through this mass, to what is possible for me on the other side? And so that journey has been ongoing and that journey has led me, while I love what I do with my day job. I'm towards the end of a 30 plus career and I'm not a sit on the couch and give it all up, you know, I'm sort of like, okay, so what's next? I mean, if you notice, I've got a pretty high energy vibe and I'm sort of very much engaged in wow. So now, what? What can I do now?

Speaker 1:

And that led me to a lot of things. It led me to dive into numerology, which is the science of how we are coded energetically through the numbers. To make it super simple for folks, we receive information from beyond our immediate world. In other words, how do we communicate with what's beyond 3D and that comes to us energetically? The language that we all speak and receive is energy, but how we as humans need to absorb that sometimes needs a little bit of help, and so sometimes it comes through in whatever one resonates with. So it could be numbers, it could be planets, it could be cooking, it could be music, it could be whatever. It can come, dance, it can come to you in whatever form or fashion that speaks to your heart. That speaks to your heart. That's really, really what it is. How do you hear the whispers of your heart, which, for many of us, we have drowned out by the cacophony of our mind chatterboxing for decades. Right?

Speaker 2:

so yeah it, and I firmly learned about that number thing not too long ago. The number thing, yes. Numerology.

Speaker 1:

Numerology.

Speaker 2:

That word is just a tough word today. Numerology it is yes. A while back and it's funny because I've had a lot of hard things and like we all have and I stayed in this mode, which my underlying thing is bitterness, and I was like whoa. That is why, when this started to happen and I think I held a lot of bitterness in my marriage too, but that is why I hold that, so I really need to check that, because it's like that was just kind of like how, how did I stay in this stuck spot for so long? Because you know, there's a lot of wisdom in the journey that I've taken, or a lot of intentional learning in the journey that I've taken, but to come to the stage and go, this is all wisdom that I have, it just was. But but to find out that my underlying thing is bitterness was just like well, okay, well, that explains a whole lot of things in my life, but it's fun to just be able to check it and go whoa, Sure.

Speaker 1:

So, that being said, what I also really like to sort of bring to the surface and remind people is I don't really care what your flavor of understanding is, whether it comes to you through oh, I read my horoscope, or oh, I know my numbers, or oh, I, you know, I have a family history of it. It really, however, that is is what it is. But what's important to keep in mind that, as humans, we have always the option of free will and choice, and so the fact that you may have a, an energetic influence or tendency about your personality is defined by your, your numerologic coding. That is not a blanket Like. You will always be like this. It is an awareness to say, oh, how would I like to engage with this energy? Do I want to engage on the lower end of it, on the higher end of it, in the middle of it? So the reality is nobody gets through this life all rainbows? No, that's the truth, you know. There are no all rainbows. No, that's the truth, you know. There are no all rainbows.

Speaker 1:

And the reason we have a spectrum of expressionable energy, from low to medium to high, and free will and choice is because, again, our soul is here to have experiences and to learn and give lessons. It's sort of like that saying where they say, if you want to learn it, teach it. So you're here to learn and give lessons and in so doing, that is your option, through your personal choices, how you will use or leverage or engage with any given energy. So some people are like, well, I have this bad habit of, or I have this trait of it's not good, bad or otherwise, it's just a thing. Right, it just is.

Speaker 1:

It's what we choose to attach to it, it's the belief system we attach to it, the emotion we attach to it, how we choose to allow it to either flow through us in our day-to-day or do we hold onto it like a life raft or throw it out? Whatever Right. All of these things, honestly, are tools of information, ways for us to have a better understanding. Why are we here? What's it about? How do we bring forward our innermost, best light of who we are and how we choose to be? And everything else is sort of frosting on the cupcake, right?

Speaker 2:

Right Now. I just thought that was just a it just because you always wonder about yourself and why, why am I this way? And it just was. It was the perfect thing to come up on my profile, because I've held so much bitterness and I and I always wondered why and it's not not saying that I did it because of that it's just like that's. It was just like okay, it just kind of I've gone through a huge forgiveness journey and I've lifted a lot of that, so it just like okay, it just kind of I've gone through a huge forgiveness journey and I've lifted a lot of that, so it was like okay, why was that always there? You know, it just was. Now I know why. And it's just a low energy and it's not an energy that does me any good, but it's an energy that I can build on to raise my energy. So I just thought that was just really interesting.

Speaker 1:

And again, there's no one way. You know, there's a, there's a whole design system called human design that looks at again, how are we energetically put together, so to speak.

Speaker 2:

So there's lots of, and that's what I did, and it's not all or none.

Speaker 1:

It is not an all or none event, it is it's.

Speaker 1:

It's a little bit like handing you a a menu and saying there's five items on the menu under appetizers. What would you? What would you? What are you feeling like? What would you like? And based on that, you know you get to choose. What would you like today?

Speaker 1:

There is also the piece that we really need to consider and keep in mind is that, as a soul and a human body, we are not just the one thing. We are not just our mind, we are not just our body, we are not just our heart. We are all of it, because it all moves in an integrated system. Your feelings, your emotions, your energetic expression and state all exist within your physical body, in your cells, literally in your organ systems. Why? Because we are 99.999% energy versus not, and so, therefore, all of the things that you have accumulated from coming onto this earth before you get to leave, are stored in memory, are stored in your cells, in your body, are stored through your thought process.

Speaker 1:

So, when you talk about the bitterness, the next question would be why and what is it that that's my go-to default, what? Why do I choose that? And then, knowing that you now have the option to not choose that Right. So the awareness when something comes up, and that, that feeling like, oh, when that comes up, that's your golden opportunity. To take the awareness and choose to respond versus react. Choose to take a sit with that and say is this true for me, whatever? Whatever the scenario is, do I need to feed into it? Whatever the scenario is, do I need to control it? Whatever the scenario is, and do I need to judge it? Whatever the scenario is?

Speaker 2:

Right.

Speaker 1:

And the answers to those questions will create a different expression of whatever the outcome is.

Speaker 2:

Whatever that is, yeah, it's pretty amazing. I I truly believe that. You know you talked earlier about everybody believes that 3d. I truly believe we are fibers.

Speaker 1:

5d there's a lot of so much more if, if it was truly only the 3d I? I hate to say it, but my answer would be wow, design flaw.

Speaker 1:

You know, right, there's things that are amazingly beautiful about the 3d, and then there's a few things that I'm like, oh, design flaw. But the reality is, my belief is that, yeah, there's way more than 3D. My belief is that we are all divine sparks of love, from whatever beyond 3D you want to call it, you call it whatever name you want, whatever that is for you, but that's my belief. I believe that we are all truly connected and that we're one. Yes, we present uniquely and differently in our lives, but that underlying fundamental piece is that we are all divine love. That's the spark that we're here for, and we're just here to show up and present it in a different way. Your presentation will be different than my presentation, but that's really our journey and I also believe we're here for like a blip on the screen.

Speaker 2:

We really are.

Speaker 1:

Oh my gosh, this timeframe, that timeframe, I'm like well, in the big, big picture we're like a blip on the screen, Exactly.

Speaker 2:

And it is. You know, we were just talking about that last night and it was just like, yeah, how just time. You just, you know, like my boyfriend and I've been together for six years. He just looks at me, he goes six years. You know how. Why is time moving faster? I'm like it's not moving any faster than it was when we were right, you know, and um, but it just is. You know, it just seems like there's just so much and, and right now, I think there's just so much that's going on right now. That's just making life seem like we don't have 24 hours in a day. But it's just, it's just funny to to stop and go. Yeah, you know how, how did we just get to 2024? Um, you know just, it seemed like just yesterday we weren't here.

Speaker 1:

So you know, yeah, I don't know, yes, and and it you know I mean it gets a little abstract, so I won't really go down the rabbit hole, but the reality is there really isn't a time like. Time is actually a human construct. But if you want to get like really geeky, sciencey about it, there is no time. Time is like this overlapping, parallel existence of various galactic windows that are all occurring simultaneously. But the only reason we don't see that and we see this is because this is where we've placed the focus to collapse all the wave of energy into the now, if you want to call it that. So it's really interesting because it seems very real. I mean, we're here and we're like, oh, I can touch the table, I'm sitting on a chair, I'm having a conversation, I'm on my computer. Yeah, all those things are true because that is where we are in this existence.

Speaker 1:

All those things are true because that is where we are in this existence, this particular current existence because this is what we project to be showing up and seeing, but on the really side of it, there's a lot of stuff somewhere else. That's why when they say things like oh, you wonder why it feels like deja vu and you feel like you've done something or seen something because you already have that's. That's really what's going on right in some other, some other experience. It's already occurred or is occurring. So it's really kind of crazy how like all interconnected the waves of energy can be well, and it's you not only that, but you need to.

Speaker 2:

It's just, you need to get to a space because you can't hear the downloads. So now I look back at different events that happened and go what was my gut feeling at that point that I didn't listen to, at that point, that I didn't listen to, you know, and why did I all of a sudden, four years ago, go? I need to go on this forgiveness journey. Divine timing, I mean, it's like. It's like it listened I, what? What did I? What are all the things that I did not listen to when all the things were happening? You know, and it's just, I know that that's all wisdom now. And I, I now figured out how I've grown, how each of them are just lessons to teach me to grow and to put me where I'm at. But it just is. When you have a download and you're like, ooh, I need to do this kind of like the podcast.

Speaker 2:

It was like a year ago I got a, literally a year ago I was on one of Kathy's five day things. At that point went, oh, I should start a podcast. No, no, I can't do that. No, maybe I should. A year later, five day thing comes up again. By the end of that five day thing, I was like if I don't start now, I'm going to be in the same position a year from now when this comes up again. But it was just. It was just funny that it's like there was this download where I was like no, no, I need to do this now and I need to listen to my download.

Speaker 1:

You weren't ready before. That's all. It's that simple. You were just not in a space of readiness, you were not in a space of open receiving to be ready in that moment.

Speaker 1:

And so the beauty of the way the universe works is, if you don't get the message in one way, and they feel that you need this message, it's going to show up in another way, whatever that is, and it will continue to show up for you until not not until you get it. It's really not that it's until you were. You are in a space of spaciousness to hear, or receive, or understand or integrate the message and the lesson into your being, and you just weren't there. So you know it happens when it happens, when it's meant to happen, and I sort of see it as you know, you're going down this corridor and you have all these doors left and right, like there's doors everywhere right it. As you know, you're going down this corridor and you have all these doors left and right, like there's doors everywhere Right, and you know they're opening, they're closing, they're doing whatever, and what creates one result or one experience versus another is which door do you decide to step through and when?

Speaker 1:

Right, and, and it's not like you get to like open all the doors and go back and forth up and down the hallway and through and when, right. And it's not like you get to like open all the doors and go back and forth up and down the hallway and pick and choose.

Speaker 1:

You just start going down this hallway and a door opens and says, hey, would you like to come through? And your choice in the moment is let me take inspired action. I don't know what's there, but I just know in my heart of hearts that's the door and that's kind of what the messaging is versus nope, I can't go through that door. Oh, I don't know what's on the other side of that door. Well, here's the beauty of universe. You don't need to know. You don't need to know. They got it all together.

Speaker 1:

Job, my job, everybody's job, is to be open, willing, receiving, spacious, accepting with unconditionality and letting go of control. Sounds like well duh, but you know what Our humans are like. Well, I can't do that. Well, I don't know what's on the other side of that. Well, I don't know how long that's going to take. Well, I don't know what that really means. Well, who might come and listen to it? Well, can I really do it? Like that is our little, our little mind saying don't go there. And your heart and your intuition know so much better, so much better. I mean there, dare I say, there is a reason that your electromagnetic field around your heart is over five times greater than that around your head. There's a reason, thank goodness, why Because we need head to heart resonance in order to lead from the heart, to lead from that with which we are meant to lead from. So we spend a lot of our lives letting our heart do the talking instead of our heart do the walking.

Speaker 1:

And then we spend a lot of our lives walking back home to our heart.

Speaker 2:

Yeah Right, yeah Right, yeah Right. And we let our ego play the part and tell us all the fun little nuggets that are in your head All the things.

Speaker 1:

But again, keep in mind, you were not. You were not your ego, no, no, you were the observer of your ego. You were the observer of your higher self, and every moment of every day I mean it could be 5,000 times a day, I don't know You're going to have an opportunity to say oh, as the observer do I want to lean in and listen to what my ego, part of my mind, tells me, which. It's there for a reason. It's there to keep you safe. I get that. Or am I leaning into my heart, space and my intuition and what I know to be directly linked and connected to my best and highest good for the collective, for myself, from the universe? And so, as that observer, every day, you get to make that choice which door?

Speaker 2:

are you open which door do?

Speaker 1:

you want to open which door? Do you want to open which door?

Speaker 2:

do you want to step? Through yeah, yeah, for sure. So can you share with me a transformative experience or revelation or download that profoundly shifted your perspective on life and the spirituality way that you've gone? Sure, the direction?

Speaker 1:

yeah, I mean again, probably the most recent, the strongest most recent event was was my brother's passing, and there were a lot of awarenesses that came through in those days that I sat in the ICU with him before he left here, and I know this sounds really horrible to say, but I'll say it really transparently and honestly. He's in a much better place. His human expression versus his soul expression were so in contrast to one another. Filters and all the other lies that he had told himself over his lifetime really blanketed the purity and the beauty of who he really was at his core. And I mean, obviously I mourn him, I grieve for him because my human grieves for him, my human misses his physical presence, but my soul doesn't, because I if you want to get woo, woo, wooey about it I feel him all the time, like all the time. I know he's there, I feel him, I know and I know when he shows up and I can I, I just know it. It's up and I can I, I just know it, it's, it's so, it's so non-negotiable for me, like I know it. Um, I don't know if I'm answering your question, but what is that? I would say no, that's okay.

Speaker 1:

Really, I think what that really, really changed for me was to really own and accept that one. None of us has any control period. If you think you're in control of something you're, you're fooling yourself. You really are um to. It is a complete and utter and I say this with kindness and love to anybody watching or listening it is a total, total waste of your energy to hold on to things that have gone by with an attachment to them. So what I mean by that is I'm not going to say, gee, you know, don't pretend that things didn't happen when you were a kid or things didn't happen when you were whatever. Those are the events that mold and shape our human experience. So, yeah, they're there, I get it. But if you choose to hold onto them with the attachment to what, does your perception of what it means continue as you go forward with your life, with your walk, with your journey?

Speaker 1:

it will hold you back from the capacity of an amazing journey on this earth, if you let it so that piece of what you're calling forgiveness, you know, some people call it trust, some people call it faith, some people call it forgiveness, some people call it letting things go, unconditionality, all the things. It's not to pretend they didn't happen, absolutely they happen, things happen and you're, you're, you're right to, you know, have your emotions and your feelings absolutely. But there's a place where it's significant that we revisit those wounded pieces of ourselves, those characters within ourselves, and acknowledge that, without any kind of attachment, that they're that younger version, whatever the version is of you then is fine, is loved, is enough, is all the things. And that piece of the forgiveness is the human step to being able to move through.

Speaker 1:

And when I say the human step, it's because for me personally, since I believe we are all here as a divine spark of love from God, from universe, from source, from spirit, from whatever you want to call it, then, if that's the case, then we don't need, technically, our soul doesn't require forgiveness, but our human does, our human does Right, our human does. And so when people say, oh, you know that, and it's not that you're forgiving the whole world and everybody else, you can, I mean, do whatever you want, but at the end of the day, the piece that's really critical is your human, yeah, your being. That's what needs to be released of the judgment, the conditionality, all the fears. That's the piece that needs the healing in order for you to be the true expression of who you are, to shine your divine light, as you were birthed here in its brightest available capacity, absolutely.

Speaker 2:

Right Now. I recently interviewed Coot Blackson. Um, he, his major download came. I mean, he was living a whole life of just absolutely miracles, but his biggest download came when he lost his mom and it just was.

Speaker 2:

I struggled after I lost my mom because things happened she had a stroke on a Monday and she passed away that Friday and she worked with head injuries and stuff like that, which is what she did she worked for, so she was a nurse, so she was adamant about if this ever comes to this. I don't want to live like that. But her stroke left her immediately in this state of fear and you could see it in her eyes but she couldn't talk to you. And so the whole scenario of the whole week and the following week with her funeral and all the stuff that happened at our house, at their house, with my dad, just all. I never got to really process it and he took me through this beautiful journey of learning how to detach, feel, the feelings yet detach from. And it was just.

Speaker 2:

I still have a little bit more work to do on that because she was such a big, huge part of my life and a huge part of my life after my divorce and um, but it just was. It was just absolutely beautiful. So I totally agree with everything you are saying and that the journey that you are saying and the journey that you are on and your how you look at things, because it just yeah. Thank you for bringing me back to that same spot today.

Speaker 1:

Of course. Yeah, I mean, we're all a work in progress. Like I am not, I am not the evolved. So here, here's the other piece. I'm going to say and you know I'm really direct, like I don not, I am not the evolved. So here, here's the other piece I'm going to say and you know, I'm really direct, like I don't, I don't dance around things, I just say it like I feel it, I say it like it is, and, and for some people, that's what they want to hear, and for other people they're like dang, she's some brassy girl and, and that's okay, it's okay, right, because the ones who need it are going to hear it, and the ones who don't are going to be like, turn the channel, and that's okay too. But what I'm going to say is don't be in such a big old hurry to get yourself completely evolved, because the day you're completely evolved, guess what You're leaving, right? That's it Exactly.

Speaker 1:

It's the journey, not the destination. The value of these lessons although sometimes they're pretty darn hard and they hurt, the value in them is the journey. It's all the things, it's the moments that we experience, the moments of joy, the moments of grief, the moments of expansion, the moments of contraction. All of it is the beauty of the journey and people are like oh, I'm so enlightened. I'm like, well, when you get to be too enlightened, guess what? There's your exit, my friend. So if you like anything about life here on earth, don't get too enlightened too fast, because that's the day your journey's over, right? You can't be naked. You leave it naked. That's the deal, right?

Speaker 2:

So you know, I'm kind of like I would like to be a little more enlightened than where I'm at, but I'm not done with my journey. I'm not done yet. I got stuff I still want to do.

Speaker 1:

So, so don't don't enlighten me too much too fast, because I want to enjoy the ride, right, I want to enjoy the ride, but yeah, there's, there's so much to be learned. And and I will say with this, you know, and I'm sorry about your mama, I have a whole lot of theories about this and I noticed it being in the ICU with my brother while he was, you know, transitioning, because it isn't like a light switch really, unless you have some acute myocardial infarction.

Speaker 2:

Right right, it wasn't a light switch.

Speaker 1:

There is this you know it's not quite the light switch and there's an awful lot to be learned in that window of time. And what I will say is everybody processes, how they learn I'm not going to say how they get through, because it's not true and transitions of grief to finally become an appropriate cohabitator with grief, because the reality is you never, it never leaves, it will never leave you. I don't mean that cruelly, but that is the truth. You will always hold the memories. You will always have your human piece of you that wants, that desires, that misses all that. And that's normal, because why? We're humans If we weren't, okay great, but we're humans and that's the deal. So grief will become your daily companion and it doesn't mean it's going to take you down every day. But all of us who've gone through grief, we will go through the window where we feel like I just can't take anymore.

Speaker 1:

I'm so dark in the hole I don't know how to find my way out to. You're feeling great, and then something shows up, or song comes on the radio and there you are balling down the highway to like a low burning candle, like you know. It's there, but it isn't. It isn't a bonfire that's going to consume you there's. There's just so much to it. So when I say it, when people say, oh, I can't stand this, I'm like, yes, you can, yeah, and yes, you will, and instead of leaning on that, oh my gosh, this is the worst thing ever. Again. Even in the darkest of darks and man, there have been some dark times. I always know, my heart tells me, I know this very firmly in my being there is always a spark of light, always, always.

Speaker 2:

And sometimes you need somebody else to hold your torch for you a little bit until you can carry your own, and that's, that's the reality of what it is. So, yeah, yeah, totally agree.

Speaker 1:

Thank you for that, Well sure.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, let's see. I think you've kind of already talked about how your awareness of our divine essence and interconnectedness shape our daily lives. Um, what advice would you offer to listeners who are navigating their own spiritual awakening and, I know, seeking to align with their who they truly are and their purpose?

Speaker 1:

so, again, many of us are like so what am I here for? Why am I here? What am I doing? You know, is this it how? All the questions? Everybody asks this question.

Speaker 1:

Right, because that's part of the, that's part of the human experience. We get here and we're like, oh great, and then we realize, oh, it's not really what I thought it was. Oh, and then then, what does it really mean? So yeah, I think at some point in everybody's existence we all have these questions, we all ask these questions and the answer is different for everybody.

Speaker 1:

But what I would say is three things. One, understand that as you walk your way back home to the truth of who you really are, deep in your deepest place, your deepest piece of your heart and your soul, just know, sometimes you better put your seatbelt on because it's going to be a little bumpy, but it's still worth the ride. When it's a little bumpy, give yourself a huge dollop of grace. Really give yourself grace, because that's the human ride. And the last thing I would say is really enjoy the moments. Be a human being, not a human doing. Really enjoy the moments, because if you were just all about a soul essence, only then you wouldn't be here on earth and you wouldn't be having these earthly expressions going through this journey. So don't be in such a big old hurry. Enjoy the moments, give yourself a dollop of grace and just know it's a beautiful ride. Even though it's a little bit of a bumpy ride sometimes, it's a beautiful ride that is absolutely beautiful.

Speaker 2:

Thank you, so incredibly much meow. Oh my goodness, great talk.

Speaker 1:

This has been just an awesome talk I love it and this is why we podcast right, this is I know right, exactly.

Speaker 2:

Oh my goodness, this has been just truly amazing. Tell me, what, um, what do you got coming up? What, what things, what things can you tell people?

Speaker 1:

yes, I can tell people. Oh, you know me as you have you. Words are not a problem for me. I I talk a lot, I really talk a lot.

Speaker 1:

So I don't know how quickly you're thinking to get this particular episode out, but what I will share is I'm collaborating with a friend on a summit, a free summit. It's called Lead from the Heart. It's a collection of some videos from some of my friends in the coaching and healing and wellness circles friends in the coaching and healing and wellness circles. Hopefully it will be an annual event, so this is our first year, so it will be released on April 1st. It is by sign up, so I don't know where we are as far as releasing this episode, but if you want, I'll shoot you off the link to that.

Speaker 1:

You can certainly catch all the different events and things over on the website. You can certainly catch all the different events and things over on the website wwwfoxdenenergeticscom and there's an events page that talks about, like all the things Gosh, I have so much going on. And of course, I do the podcast weekly where I either do solo or guest episodes like this and have great conversations like this. Right, yeah, yeah, that's pretty much what's going down. Yeah, that's. That's pretty much what's what's going down, yeah.

Speaker 2:

And I'm easy to find. You are easy to find and I will have all of your necessary links. So that program that you're going to run, are you going to run it more than once?

Speaker 1:

I know it starts on April 1st which, which is all wow that's, it's all of like three days away, right, yeah, yeah, so, um yeah, I'm thinking we're going to do that annually.

Speaker 1:

We just decided hey so my friend Cindy and I got together in December and she's like I really want to do this thing. I'm like, fabulous, no clue, no clue. Neither of us knew what we were doing. To be honest, I'm like, oh, okay, there's a lot of moving parts. I had no idea. So it's been a learning curve, but it's been a lot of fun and I have to say I'm really thrilled. We have 12 presenters globally and everybody is sharing some kind of a modality or a perspective of how do we walk home to our heart and how do we learn to lead our lives from that heart space versus headspace. Only, it's just. It's just going to be fun. It's going to be fun. So at the moment it's by sign up. Will it happen again? I think it probably will. Okay, and yeah, that's where we're at absolutely perfect.

Speaker 2:

I will actually, um, go and get that link and I will share it with my people, even though this episode isn't going to drop for a couple weeks. Um, oh sure, yeah, I'm happy to have you pop it out?

Speaker 1:

I'm not sure. Yeah, it's gonna. It's gonna be a lot of fun, it's gonna be great and it sounds like a free event. Yeah, it's free. I mean, it's really there to just help people see other ways of moving through the world yeah, I might be, I might be signing up why not? Why not?

Speaker 2:

it's on a dedicated youtube channel, so we need a channel just for the summit uh, you guys have put everything into that way yeah, so everything's in there.

Speaker 1:

So that way we don't have the problem of I'm on the wrong time zone or oh, I can't make it live, or oh my gosh, I missed my presentation, or whatever. We tried to make it as as broad-based and available as possible for folks. Sounds wonderful, yeah, sounds.

Speaker 2:

Miel, thank you so incredibly much for being here and spending this Saturday morning with me. Because it is Saturday morning, it's been really good. It is Saturday.

Speaker 1:

Yes, Thank you for having me. It's been really really fun.

Speaker 2:

It has. Thank you so much.

Speaker 1:
