Hello, beautiful souls, and welcome to another episode of Unleash your Inner Radiance. I'm Lisa, your host. I'm also your life and wellness coach and digital creator. It's Mindset Monday, so let's grab a hot cup of coffee or tea, get comfortable and let's dive in today's topic Discovering Life's Purpose Through Lenses of Gratitude, being your Authentic Self and Raising your Energy to New Heights. And today is the first day of summer vacation, so I hope that you are home with your children and listening to this and let's get started. I hope you all had a very fantastic weekend. It was a cool one here in Minnesota, but kind of warm, so very beautiful.

And are you ready to kick off this week with some positive vibes and deep insights? Today, we are going to talk a little bit about something that's, of course, close to my heart, because everything I talk about is pretty much close to my heart Finding your life's purpose. Because finding our life's purpose means finding our true values, our true self and our true authentic self. So have you found those yet? Because we are going to really work through that this summer. I'm still working on finding my complete purpose, but I want to go on that journey with you guys, so follow me. First of all, we are going to explore, through a unique lens, gratitude, authenticity and energy. And to start things off today, I want to go deep into this affirmation right now. It fits perfectly with the episode. It's short, sweet, but you can use it. Here it is I am grateful for the abundance in my life. By embracing my authentic self and nurturing my positive energy, I unlock the true purpose and live each day with intention and joy. So, first up, we're going to talk about discovering your purpose through gratitude.

Speaker 1:

So let's talk about gratitude. Gratitude isn't just about saying thank you for the big things in my life or your life. It's about recognizing and appreciating the small everyday moments that bring you joy and meaning. When we start to cultivate a mindset of gratitude, we shift our focus from what's lacking to what's abundance in our lives. And you know it's so incredibly beautiful today in Minnesota and I am so incredibly grateful for the sunshine and it's a Friday and there's just so much to look forward to on the weekend. So I want you guys to think about.

Speaker 1:

Think about what you are grateful for, think about when you're grateful for what you have. So when you're not, everybody has a grateful lens. You know, you put on those rose colored glasses, right? Not everybody has a pair of those. So, if you learn to start really enjoying and seeing the beauty in all the opportunities and all the possibilities that you might have somehow missed, and by not being grateful for everything in your life, what opportunities are being presented to you that you're not seeing, that you're not following up on, that you're not taking advantage of?

Speaker 1:

Because gratitude opens up your heart and your mind and it allows you to connect with your true passions and interests, and it allows you to connect with your true passions and interests. It helps you to recognize what truly makes you happy, which is definitely a crucial step in discovering your life's purpose. Because I don't think that we're. I think we're so caught up in having to work and having to pay our bills and and not wanting to follow our dreams or start that side hustle, and I want you guys to step back and go wow, you know, it truly is beautiful and this is beautiful in my life, but I'm grateful for this. It truly is beautiful and this is beautiful in my life, but I'm grateful for this, and just see how it changes your life, because it really truly opens up your heart and your mind and it allows you to connect and it helps you to recognize what truly makes you happy. So here's a little exercise for you Each morning, write down three things that you're grateful for before you even get out of bed.

Speaker 1:

It could be anything from the warmth of your morning coffee to the support of a loved one. Over time, if you do this, this, you're going to notice a shift in your perspective and your purpose will start to become clear, because when you do that, it's like you want to see, like. For me, I want to see everybody be successful, whether it's in a side business that you have, or in your life, or changing your life, or transforming your life, making a huge life transformation. I want to be there to help you and I want to walk beside you.

Speaker 1:

So let's talk a little bit about being our authentic self, because authenticity is really important, because you need to be who you are, because we're in a world where we are constantly bombarded with messages about who we should be and what we should be doing and everything, how we should act and all the things right. It can be so incredibly challenging to stay true to yourself, but let me tell you, being your authentic self is the key to unlocking your true potential and living your fulfilling life. And living your fulfilling life when you embrace who you are flaws and all, you free yourself from the pressure of conforming to others' expectations. This authenticity that is such a word allows you to pursue what is genuinely exciting to you, what inspires you. Think about that, what excites you and what inspires you. When you're in that flow of gratitude and figuring out what genuinely excites you and inspires you, it helps you to attract the right people and opportunities into your life, aligning you with your true purpose. It just kind of all just happens. So here's a tip Take some time to reflect on your values, your passions, your strengths, write them all down, keep them in a place where you can see them daily and use these as a guide to make decisions that align with who your authentic self is. Because, trust me, the more you embrace who you truly are, the closer you will get to living a life of purpose.

Speaker 1:

Now let's talk about raising your energy, because people who have a low energy attract people with low energy. People who have a high energy attract people with high energies. So what up of energy? When our energy is high, we feel more vibrant, more motivated and capable of achieving all of our goals. But how do we raise our energy? One powerful way to do that is through your positive thinking and emotions. Surround yourself with positivity, whether it's people or environments or activities that really just lift you up. Practice mindfulness and meditation to center yourself and release any negative energy. Another great way to raise your energy is through physical activity, like running on my treadmill, or even walking on my treadmill, going for a walk in nature. Exercise not only boosts your physical health, but it also releases endorphins, which are natural mood filters, are natural mood filters.

Speaker 1:

Find an exciting activity that you enjoy, whether it's hiking, kayaking. I love kayaking. It is so peaceful and you can get into a moment of Zen like no other, and I like, when I am kayaking, to just sit and meditate and take in all the incredible beauty around me and kind of have a conversation with God, and that just re-centers me and it just helps me to release the negative energy. Another thing that I like to do is going for a walk. My dog, dax, loves to go for walks. However, he is a golden retriever, so he also thinks everybody is there to see him, and if he wants to rest, he wants to rest, and at 70 pounds, well, and if he wants to rest, he wants to rest, and at 70 pounds. Well, if he wants to rest, then I just need to literally sit down on the path because he ain't going anywhere until he's ready. But incorporate these activities into your routine because they can significantly raise your energy levels. Significantly raise your energy levels. So before we close, I want to share something personal with you.

Speaker 1:

There was a time in my life when I felt completely lost. I had no idea who I was. I had no purpose. I didn't even know the direction I needed to go in. I struggled to find meaning and really felt overwhelmed by all the expectations that other people put on me, that other people put on me. It wasn't until I started practicing gratitude, embracing my authentic self and focusing on raising my energy that things really started to change. I realized that my purpose wasn't something that I had to search for outside of myself, and I think a lot of us do that. We are our title right, mom, grandma, you know, paralegal, whatever we become our titles and we become something that we need to search for outside of us, because we think that if we're those things, that is our purpose. But what we need to realize that our purpose is already inside of us.

Speaker 1:

So if you have that dream or that gut feeling that you should start this business or do this, or quit this job or whatever it is, follow your gut, because if you look back at that thing that you've always wanted to do, it's always there with you and it's not going to go away. So start it, do it and just figure yourself out. And if you need help, I am here to walk next to you and to guide you, because I noticed and found out that my purpose was inside of me, just waiting to be discovered, just waiting, and so just be authentic and you will attract the right people and the right opportunities, and you will. It will raise your energy and it will do everything that you need it to do. I found the strength and motivation to pursue my passions and I want you to know that this journey isn't always easy, and it's okay to feel vulnerable and it's okay to feel uncertain at times, but we're all in this together and it's through these shared experiences that we grow and find our true paths.

Speaker 1:

Remember that you need to take care of yourself, you need to find yourself and you need to find your values and it literally is okay if you feel vulnerable, because when you're struggling or vulnerable, it's when you have the biggest growth. So stay there and let's see what comes out on the other side. But I want to help you through this journey. I want to help you grow and to find your true path.
