Speaker 1:

Hello everybody, welcome to Unleash your Inner Radiance. I have Mary Dibble with me, sorry, and she is a mom and she has a podcast and I am so incredibly excited to have a chat with you today.

Speaker 2:

Thank you so much, Lisa, for having me. I'm very excited to be here with you today.

Speaker 1:

Thank you so much, lisa, for having me. I'm very excited to be here. So, to start off, why don't you tell everybody a little bit about yourself?

Speaker 2:

So I am a wife and a mom of three. I have a two-year-old son, a four-year-old daughter and a 15-year-old son. I am a life and success coach who helps empower hardworking moms to pursue their aspirations, embrace their authenticity and really create the lives that they desire. I'm also the host to Radiant Mom Rising podcast, where I also love to empower moms to live their best lives and to rise up and become who they are meant to be. So, yeah, I'm just on this incredible journey learning, growing. I'm 36 years old, almost 37. And I'm just. I'm really joyful and grateful for my family, for my life and where I am today, because, lord knows, I've come a long way so far so far.

Speaker 1:

So share with my guests a little bit about your background and your experiences and how you got to where you are today.

Speaker 2:

So yes, so, growing up I lived mostly in a place called Wilkesboro, North Carolina, which you'll hear with my Southern accent.

Speaker 1:

But so I am recently.

Speaker 2:

I reside in Morganton, north Carolina.

Speaker 2:

But yeah, I um had a very low self-esteem growing up.

Speaker 2:

I didn't really feel like I fitted in where I was um being somebody who um, I lived in Killeen, texas when I was really young, as a toddler, and then we did a lot of moving around and I ended up in Wilkesboro. So through that transition there's a lot of things that I was exposed to, with my parents going through a divorce at a young age due to him being abusive and, you know, just not really having that stability, my mom kind of dating guys who were not the best examples or really good role models for us to just becoming this really insecure, shy girl. And as I grew up with that and not having a mom who had the self-confidence, not knowing anything about self-love or anything about self-worth, it was easy for me to be influenced and manipulated and I ended up doing drugs and even losing my virginity at a very early age and it just got worse from there. I started doing heavier stuff and got pulled even into the Oxycontin pandemic. I was addicted to those by the age of 15.

Speaker 2:

And I'm very, very blessed to have survived that because that was a very dangerous addiction that I also mixed with cocaine and eventually other harder stuff, stuff. So it was around right before I was 16, we got evicted and I ended up being homeless and having to kind of go from place to place to place where I could live and, of course, already being in the drug world. It was unfortunate that I led myself down more paths of living with people who were on drugs, getting in relationships to guys who were not right for me. It was a very hard time as a teenager, trying to find my way. While being so, I was suicidal, I was depressed, I was just lost, and it wasn't late until later on in life that I was.

Speaker 2:

I found God or should I say I say he finally brought me to him stubbornly. He put me in a position where I had no choice, I couldn't escape it anymore and but he saved me. He did, he delivered me from my addiction. I cleaned up a little bit, but then again I went back out in the world and fell again. You know, as many people who have been through like rehab programs probably see themselves, I didn't. It was a good foundation in the beginning of being there and being in a place where I was loved and exposed to good things. But you know, if you don't learn to carry that with you, it's easy to fall back in your old places, especially if you go back to the same old people. Then I ended up, you know, going through another abusive relationship that was devastating. He was physically abusive to me, got me back on drugs, really bad. Once I escaped there, I finally was able to move to Morganton with my mom because she finally got herself established and from there I ended up meeting another guy who got me pregnant early on. Yes, and of course that was a devastating experience that I've shared before in other parts of my story, but overall, becoming a mom was a significant moment of my life. I never knew love like that my life. I never knew love like that I. It really was a turning point that gave me purpose and helped me to realize that I've got to. I gotta get. I gotta get away from all the drugs. I gotta. I just gotta really straighten up. So I mean I quit everything, even smoking cigarettes. I quit it all.

Speaker 2:

I, you know, started changing my mindset and working towards you know. You know, started changing my mindset and working towards, you know, finding better careers, better jobs, got into banking, but I still never really had a good self-esteem. I still struggled with insecurities, and it wasn't until I was introduced to life coaching that really things started truly changing for me, because I had no idea about the subconscious programmings and all the things that I carried with me for so long and that led to why I was acting and behaving in the ways that I was so, really getting to the point where I realized, like whoa, I have the power to like, stop this and create a whole new life for myself and be a better person and become who I want to be in life. Like I didn't realize, I had that kind of power within me all along.

Speaker 2:

So, knowing that and having this motivation, with having a son and being on my own, I wanted to keep growing, keep learning, and I started working on me, finally focusing on me, realizing that you know, yes, being a mom is fantastic and there's so much sacrificing that goes with it, but at the same time, putting myself on the back burner. My journey as a back burner wasn't really helping anyone overall. So it was through that and just doing the work myself that attracted my soulmate to me later on in life and we ended up getting married, having two beautiful children. He adopted my firstborn and now here I am, years down the road later, a mom who is working to help others to believe in themselves, to love themselves and pursue their dreams, as I continue working towards mine. So yeah, that's just like my story in a nutshell. A little bit.

Speaker 1:

That is one amazing story and it just goes to show how incredibly resilient you have been. I mean, you might not have the self-confidence or the self-worth or the self-love, but your resilience stayed with you and that carried you through. And that is really truly amazing that you came through like that. And it's really amazing that God reached out to you and said nope, you're going to do it this way and this is what you're going to do.

Speaker 2:

And for somebody who I you know I was not somebody who grew up in church I I I knew about God, but I didn't really know Um, I didn't, I just didn't grow up in that. So that's how powerful to know that he still found me and he helped me and he loved me, regardless of who I was back then. He never gave up on me, he was he. I always looked at him as like the father I never had. So that's how I see him. I'm not big in religion, but I do love him and I love how he's pulled me through things and he helped me to learn to love myself and through everything that he's led me on my path. All of it has built me and helped me to become more and more of the woman I was always meant to be anyways, and I think that's something I've learned. Always meant to be anyways, and I think that's something I've learned and I want to share and help people to realize that it doesn't matter what you've gone through.

Speaker 2:

You know, it's all really working to build that resilience in you, to teach you something to strengthen you in one way or another that allows you to turn around and help somebody else and to do something and become who you really are meant to be. So that's part of you know why I do what I do, and it's also you know why I'm going to keep going, no matter what, and learning from everything the failures, the things that don't go my way. All of it's all part of the process and I love it. I'm learning to really enjoy that.

Speaker 1:

One of the things I've had to learn it's been really real that I have learned is that if we fail at something, we weren't meant to go that direction. You know, and it's really hard. I mean to think about how much self-worth you've gained over either through all those experiences and how we have to, and and I lived in a victim mode for a long time, but now you know, and now it's those were things that taught me to be where I am today, just like all the things you went through put you and your experiences had to be yours, yeah, in order for you to be here today and in this light today, Well, thank God, you know, because it's like there are people out there who stay in that victim mentality, who sit there and a lot.

Speaker 2:

I think that just because they've been through all these bad things, that that's it. They're just going to keep messing up, they're going to keep making the mistakes, they're going to keep doing the drugs, they're going to keep letting their lives suck because they don't believe that they're worth anything more. And it breaks my heart, actually, that there's so many people like that. And my hope is through my story is, through sharing how I overcame things and I've turned my life around that you can do the same thing too, because I love to see people truly love to see the transformation people go through when they realize their potential, when they realize, oh, my God, I had, I can do this, I can make this life for me. I can have all of my dreams come true.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, you sure can. And if someone like me, who had a hard past, who did a lot of bad things, can be here today healthy and happy and having this beautiful family and living my dreams and going after what I want, can do it, then so can you. You just have to find your own unique path and there's so many people out there who will help you do just that, so you don't have to do it alone, you don't have to try to figure it all out by yourself, which is even better. So it's exciting to think about, because it we don't have to suffer, we don't have to just be in the victim mindset. I can't stand that.

Speaker 1:

No, and I literally stayed in it for way too long. So, yes, we don't need to be in that we. It was just a mountain. I'll say, like the podcast episode that I recorded for Monday I was talking about about, you know, we have little challenges right, or we have moguls, or you know they're little bumps.

Speaker 1:

it's a bumpy road or a mogul or a mountain, or yes you know we get caught in these cul-de-sacs and we don't know how to get out and you know it's just kind of that kind of thing. Um, tell me and tell my guests a little bit about your um podcast, because I absolutely love it and I love the conversations that you have and I am so excited to be on your podcast on Friday, or to record on Friday, I guess I should say say Me too.

Speaker 2:

I'm so excited and, yeah, I love it's truly just authentic conversations with some of the most incredible women all around the world. And of course, I'm working to explore, because I want to. I can't wait to do like episodes with my husband because I just it's all about supporting women moms. You know, I want us moms to come together and rise and become our radiant selves, because we are amazing and we're so much more than just moms, and so it's about empowering you, bringing some inspiration, teaching you some tools and strategies to think about, not just as a parent, but really especially for mom entrepreneurs.

Speaker 2:

I'm getting more and more into helping mom entrepreneurs because, as one myself now, I know the struggles, I know the challenges and I have done the work and educated myself so that I can help you not to struggle so much, so I can help you get there quicker, because I get it. And it goes from that having that scarcity mindset a lot of times and we get in our own way. We block ourselves from really putting ourselves out there because of the fears that we carry. And Lord knows, I'm always still working on that. We are always going to keep working on that.

Speaker 2:

But the cool thing is is through what I've learned and the things that I keep doing, and the fact that I'm here showing up still like is proof that you can get through it. You can get there and it's going to happen for you, but it's not going to happen if you don't do anything. So my hope with this yeah, with the podcast is to inspire you, is to give you some ideas, some strategies, but most importantly, it's to give moms a space to share your story, share what you've been through, and talk some conversations. You'll have different conversations, some of them are darker than others, but at the same time, there's always an inspiration to it, because those women are not defeated by that, and I love that, because that's how I feel about my story. I'm not defeated by my past. If anything, it has empowered me to be the strong, confident woman that I am today, and that is a message that I want to send out there for everyone.

Speaker 1:

That is an awesome message. I mean, you got the parents like me when I went through my divorce, and then I still had a 14-year-old when I went into my divorce, and then I had still had a 14 year old when I went into my divorce. My oldest was her in the first year of college. But when my youngest left, I was like, okay, I lost myself during my marriage because my way was to just be 100% my kids and for reasons that I'm now learning why, I did it. But it's all of a sudden you have no kids and you're like, oh now, what? Now, who am I? Who am I supposed to be after this? You know, it's like I lost myself in my marriage and then I hadn't found myself and then, all of a sudden, I had no kids and I'm like, oh, okay, I guess you know.

Speaker 1:

12 years later, I decided it's time for me to do a forgiveness thing and find myself again, because I needed to figure out who I was and I wanted to start a podcast a year ago. A year ago, and imagine where I'd be right now if I had. But I heard a quote today that said if nothing changes, nothing changes. You know. So if you don't stop. You need to stop listening to whoever's talking to you in your head because they don't know.

Speaker 1:

And when I interviewed On my podcast this morning, it's like you need to surrender to your gut. And you know he goes. One of the things he said he goes, you know, when all of a sudden you feel like, oh, I should call that person, or I should reach out to that person, or I should, and he goes. Do you do anything with it? No, but there's a reason why you're being told so, like there was a reason why God came to you and said you finally listened to it instead of listening to your head. You know, and it's just. I think that you are an amazing person for what you're doing. I mean helping moms not only start companies, but helping moms be more confident. It's just, you know everybody, everybody was born with self-worth, but we don't always. It gets knocked down a lot and then, until we gain that back, I mean I guess it's an internal thing, but a lot of people look to external things to find their self-worth.

Speaker 1:

Oh yes, oh my goodness, you're helping women find their self-worth in them and raise their self-worth in them, and that is just amazing.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, absolutely. And kudos to you, lisa, for doing that even later on in life, through after what you went through, because so few do that and that's why you're in this amazing position now to have your podcast, to be doing the coaching you're doing, because now you've been there and now you've done the work until you know it works and you understand that and your goal is to help others as much as you can, to not have to suffer as long as you do, which is kind of why, in my age, exactly what you're doing, exactly that's why I'm trying to reach them, you know, a little bit sooner than later, cause I'm like I don't want people to have to to to wait. You know, I have a mom who's in her late fifties and it breaks my heart, like she just turned 57 this year, and it breaks my heart that she's not like in in your shoes, like I wish she believed in herself the way you do. I would kill for her to see and know that she's worthy and that she could make her life whatever she wanted to be. And unfortunately, just it's just. It's possible and I'm gonna not never stop believing. I'm never gonna stop believing that about her.

Speaker 2:

But you know it just some people are, just it takes them longer than others, and so you know, my hope is just to reach as many people as I can and yeah, but it's okay, everyone's timing is everyone's timing and there's not, there's no, there's no shame in that people. But the point of the matter is like you say, you know if you don't do anything, nothing's ever going to change. So you know it's like what do you kind of expect? Then you got to be real and if you want change, then do something about it. And it's okay if it's small stuff, right, I mean, sometimes that's the most impactful.

Speaker 1:

Yes, exactly the most impactful, and your mom is my age, so I think she can do this Exactly.

Speaker 2:

Oh my gosh, I know I need to get you guys connected. You can tell her that Because you exactly, oh my gosh, I know I need to get you guys connected. Like you can tell her that because you know, of course, coming from her daughter, she thinks well, of course you're young and you know you got this right. That's her mentality about it, probably. But I she, I'm proud of her, though she's taking better care of her health, she's working on it and I it's still like that, that ripple effect. And when you bring that positivity, people like I see when we have our conversations now her talking more positive, her feeling good about it, I love that. But just to really have the opportunity for her to realize that it's not over for her, like, do you know, that's kind of exactly, like, even with love, like I would oh God if he brought her her soulmate, like I would love it Just to be like, ooh, I told you, mom, it's more like that.

Speaker 2:

But you know, she's so beautiful, she's so vibrant and I just you know. But I have to say it's why I think it's amazing to see what you're doing as well, lisa. I love it and I love that you're. You got your podcast going, you know may not, may not had it been that year before, but it got started just when it was meant to right.

Speaker 1:

Right, exactly. I sat and recorded my trailer like 17,000 times, oh right, and literally put it out, didn't say anything to my boyfriend about wanting to start a podcast, just literally sat up till four o'clock in the morning and then finally I was like okay, I got it, I'll put it up to the universe. And I was like, oh my god, I just did that.

Speaker 2:

Oh no yeah, and in what episode are you on now? 51. Wow, look at that. I mean, come on, look at that. That is incredible. I love it. This is exactly what I'm doing. What I'm doing too, and I love getting to the opportunities to be on other people's podcasts like this. It's like to see your growth, to see how we all are working together. We're all growing in so many different ways. It's incredible and it's evidence people like. That's the thing. This is evidence that it is so possible. We are just your everyday. You know regular moms who are just doing it and just making it happen. So you know, this is the kind of thing that we want to inspire and bring to light that it.

Speaker 2:

You know it's not just meant for that 1%, like the fame and the success. It is not even about fame, as it is just a success. And what success means to what? What? What does that mean to you? I think that's the question you need to ask yourself. What does having a meaningful, successful life mean for you? Because for some people, it's a matter of just making sure that their family are well taken care of. You know comfortable, quiet country life. You know privacy. That means everything to them, but they value their time with their family. They value that as success, and if that's what it means to you, then what do you need to do to make that happen? That's all you need to ask yourself. And then start doing it, start working towards it. Right, just little baby, right, you know right?

Speaker 1:

Just little baby steps you don't have to just all of a sudden jump in and well, kind of like we did, but I know you know we did, but we didn't, you mean we, we.

Speaker 2:

You get to a point where you kind of work on things and you finally like, okay, I'm just going to put it out there and just let it be. And then bam, you get. It becomes like, oh, I got this, now I know how to edit, I know how to do this.

Speaker 1:

My recording thing is now going away in June, so I'm like, okay, whatever, I'll just figure it out.

Speaker 1:

Yes, you will, you will. You know it is. It's just, it is this. This journey that I literally started in August has been transformational and it in and I, I, just I can't believe that it hasn't been for you too. Just the, like you said, the people that you meet and the things that you learn. I mean, I've listened to the magic of surrender book twice and each time I got nuggets out of it. But today I just was like oh my God, that is just so, you know, profound, literally. I was like I just said that five times. But you know, it's just, I'm like, oh my God, I'm, I get to do this, I get to do this and I get to meet amazing people like you, and it's just, it's like, it's just cool. I mean, I don't know, it's like we're just meeting people that we wouldn't have had the opportunity to meet.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, exactly, I never would have met any. I guess I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm interviewing people from Australia, from Canada, from all over the world and like it's just all over the U? S and it, and it's like it is. That's what's so neat about putting yourself out there and just going after your dreams, because, regardless of like the outcome, it's the, it's the reward of the journey, of the people you connect with, of the experiences you get to like, embrace, that's what it's about. Like.

Speaker 2:

I guarantee you, all the people who are very successful will always look back and think about the journeys, the experiences. It's not about the money in their bank accounts I mean, yes, that's great. It's not about the fame or the following. It's about the wonderful people they've met, the fun times they've had. That's really what makes life life, and that's one thing. If the sooner you realize that and embrace that, the the happier you will be and the more amazing things you're going to attract for your life. Because that manifestation that you hear about, that's the real deal. That stuff is no joke, it's amazing and it does take work, and it does take you being um open to it too, of course you know.

Speaker 1:

but it's worth it.

Speaker 2:

It's so worth it when you just just do just do so worth it, yeah so just yeah, that's one thing I will say.

Speaker 2:

If there's something in your mind that you, that you say that that voice inside of you has been telling you to check something out, reach out to that person, look into that program, hire that coach, or do it. If there's something inside of you that's been like telling you to do it, do it. You're not going to regret it one way or another. You're going to learn something, even if it isn't the something that you would want to learn. You're going to still learn something, and that's powerful.

Speaker 1:

You know it is. You know, and I think part of the part of part of the journey is for anyone you know. Take your mom, for instance. Yeah, you have to do hard things. Well, we both went through hard things, but people look at it as like it's a hard thing and they're afraid to learn something about themselves. Hard thing and they're afraid to learn something about themselves. Like I have a coaching client who decided to put her coaching on the back burner for right now and I'm like, okay, but you know, so it's like I think people get to the hard things and and they're afraid Of making the change. You know, and I At first Was like I don't want to change so much, but you kind of have that fear. Well, if, if I change, then I won't be the same person I was for my husband or my boyfriend, right, but the change that I've gone through and the change that you've gone through in this journey that we're on, has just made us better people.

Speaker 2:

And I think that's what it's about. I mean and, and you know, change. It's uncomfortable and it's what your mind doesn't your. So your subconscious mind is literally going to fight you on it, because it wants to keep you in what it thinks is saving you. It thinks it's keeping you safe, but keeping you safe gets you nowhere, to where you deserve to be.

Speaker 2:

The people who make it in this world are those who are willing to take risk and change. Because I, first of all, I don't want to be the same person, I don't want to keep being that insecure Mary, who, you know who who sabotaged. I self sabotaged my relationships. I self sabotaged all my success because I allowed myself to get underpaid and undervalued with my employers, even though I worked my butt off and deserved every bit of what I was at, wanted to ask for. But I, when you stay in that fear of taking the risk or taking the chances, or speaking up for yourself, you literally ruin the chances and keep yourself from receiving the blessings that is meant for you, the abundance that is yours. And so change, embrace it.

Speaker 2:

Sometimes, becoming the new you is going to be the better you, first of all, especially if you're going down a path of personal development and self-love and self-worth. You are going to come out 10 times better than you could ever imagine. And it's still you. You're just finally giving you the credit that you've deserved all along. You're finally recognizing yourself in the way that you should have a long time ago. You're treating yourself in the way you should have for so long.

Speaker 2:

So it's maybe, if you shift that perspective of being changed more like you're just finally stepping into the woman you were always meant to be. That could help to break some of those blocks down, because that's all. You're just finally stepping into the woman you were always meant to be. That could help to break some of those blocks down, because that's all you're doing. When you're walking into this change, it's like you're finally showing up for you and as you were meant to be, because you have to think about that. If you want to have a successful business, then you need to become the woman who is a successful business owner. So what does that look like? Who is she? How does she walk, how does she talk, how does she handle herself? And when you get more and more visualizing into who that is, then be that, be her, because really that's who you are.

Speaker 2:

You're just figuring out how to walk into that and really be her Because it's not easy in the beginning, when you're so shy and you're like trying to, you know, test the waters here and there and that's okay. Do it messy, that's it. I don't know about you, but that's been one of the best advice I was ever given.

Speaker 1:

Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2:

Do it messy.

Speaker 1:

Best advice ever.

Speaker 2:

And be authentic Like I mean. You know I don't have. I don't always say everything in the most professional manner. I like to be professional but at the same time, I'm me and I love my career path of my business because I get to be me. I get to be real with my clients. I'm not going to sit here and sugarcoat or or give you false promises, but I don't know that. The one thing I can guarantee is that if you follow what I teach and you take some of the things that I, that I share and implement, and you just come in my energy and and come down this journey and this experience with me, you're going to come out a better person on the other side, one way or another, and you're going to find your path and get your alignment to where you're meant to go. Cause that's my goal with anybody I work with is I just want to inspire and help them find themselves and find their path and get going Like, get out there and stop depriving the world of your beautiful, unique gifts, you know.

Speaker 1:

Right, oh my goodness, oh, some people right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Oh well, let's see what time are we at, how long? We've not even where my clock went it's not on here.

Speaker 2:

I know we're like a difference, but mine's is showing that it's like 5 30, so I'm guessing it's like 4 30. For you it is 4 3030. Okay, yep, that time difference I know right.

Speaker 1:

Yes, oh yeah, talk about screwing something up. So I put I booked 10 o'clock for my meeting this morning, 10 o'clock California time. So I'm like sitting here going well, where is he? Oh my goodness, that's hilarious. That's hilarious, that's hilarious. Oh my god, this is just me doing it messy. Yeah, there you go. Exactly, it was just so profound. Oh my god, I'm like I'm so excited for you. Yes, all you could say, lisa, is that was so profound.

Speaker 2:

Yeah well, hey that that. Yeah Well, hey that. That I can't imagine I I'm looking forward to hearing that. I can't wait to hear it.

Speaker 1:

So yeah, so um, what is one. So what do you have in the works? Tell me.

Speaker 2:

Yes, well, right now I am open for one-on-one coaching for those who especially mom entrepreneurs who are really ready to take action, or just moms really, if you're ready to take action and ready to make some goals and work towards a life that you want, then I will. That is what I do. It's what I help people with. I help not only help you create the goals, but we create them, we set them and we help you hold each other accountable. I'm just there to support and to help strategize ways to help grow their business. But I am also in the works on creating a program that I'm hoping to release this summer that will really take people on an experience journey to not only just teaching the foundations of getting a business started, but I'm bringing on some amazing guest experts to help with. You know, the personal development side, because I think it's a whole. You know, if you really want your business to thrive, then you must thrive. You have to thrive and you need to do the work on yourself. And that is the biggest lesson I think I learned along my journey. It's like when I first started, I was just taught like, oh, you have to do this, this and that, this and this and that. But I really wasn't ready to show up for myself that way yet, and so it was like it was, like I just flat fell flat on my face. I got so discouraged, so burnt out, so easily, trying to do all the things without no support on me and who I needed to be to show up for this. So that is what I want to bring different to this table. It's like you're going to get supported.

Speaker 2:

It's not just about the steps and the ideas and the strategies and the marketing and the sales.

Speaker 2:

I mean, yes, I get that's part of it and it's going to be part of the program, but it's all about getting the support for you because you're the owner of this business, you're the mom.

Speaker 2:

It's about changing yourself so that you show up as a mom, the wife, the woman you want to be, so that, as you build your business, all of that amazing energy, all of that perspective and that compassion, that patience is all part of it. So you actually enjoy it and don't get burnt out and don't get overwhelmed, because it isn't an easy journey, it is work, but it doesn't have to feel that way, and that's what my goal is with this program. So I'll you know, if you want to follow me on Facebook or check out my podcast, follow me along there. I'll keep people posted with details and things like that. As that time comes and the enrollment opens up and stuff Cause I'll probably have like a nice little free workshop to bring people in and give them, you know, a taste of what the experience with Mary Dibble is like perfect, and I will also drop all of Mary's links in the bio too.

Speaker 1:

so, um of the podcast, um, you know, and yeah, what with you talking about having um guests and stuff, you stuff and talking about the personal development side. One of the important things which I've learned is because I struggled all my life with self-worth is you need to raise your self-worth, because you're only going to be as successful as your self-worth, and so you are doing an amazing thing by putting together a program to help them do all the hard things All the hard things.

Speaker 2:

Exactly, absolutely, because I love that. That's a piece of advice that you gave me a while back that I love and I think that I've heard people say, and it's so true, because if you think about anyone in their business, especially starting out, what's one of the biggest blocks and biggest trouble, trouble that you have, is your pricing right.

Speaker 1:

It's always a big thing, it's like what do I charge for?

Speaker 2:

a segment? And you're new and you have that imposter syndrome and all that, and so my hope is to help you through that and to work through that stuff, because we are so worth every bit of it, especially with our uniqueness that we bring to the table, and I think that's so important to feel that love and support through. And you know, like I said, having that compassion through it as well, I'm just doing what feels right for you. Who cares what someone else is charging? You charge what you feel right with that, because I mean, at the same time, like you say, your self-worth is where is is as far as you'll go. But if that, if you need to start here, that's fine, because we're going to walk to build you up here and I think through experience, through doing it, you'll get there. You will get there, it's okay. So it you know we got to stop being so hard on ourselves. We really do, we do.

Speaker 1:

We do just love ourselves more, exactly, and have.

Speaker 2:

Like I said, have fun with it. This is not. This is a lifestyle, and isn't it better to do it for yourself than to have to sit here for the rest of your life working for other people? Yes that's how I see it. You love my day job. Yes, yes exactly yes, forget about the day job. I know right, oh bless, oh bless it. But yes, this has been so fun. So thank you for having this conversation with me. I love it.

Speaker 1:

Thank you so incredibly much for coming on to my podcast. I absolutely adore you and I want everybody to listen to you because you are amazing, and I can't wait for your program to come out. So when it does, I will promote it. So let me know. I will put all your links in the bio and thank you. Thank you so incredibly much for such a fun conversation.

Speaker 2:

Thank you for having me, Lisa.
