Prior to that, he served as a History Teacher, Spiritual Life Director, and Assistant Principal at Charlotte Christian School in Charlotte, NC, from 1997-2006.
Eric and his wife, Amy, have been married for 25 years and have three children – Amelia (21), Thomas (17), and Audrey (15).
