I'm lucky enough to be joined by my friend and mentor Dan Stanger from Bridge Investment Group. Dan is a wealth of knowledge and brings over 28 years of commercial real estate experience. Dan co-founded the predecessor to Bridge Investment Group, CDS Investments, in 1997 and led Bridge to become a publicly traded company in 2021. Dan retired from Bridge in 2022 and now lives with his wife Anna while they work together on their non-profit The Danna Foundation.
