Hello everybody. My name is Enrique and this is Linda and honey.

Hello again and welcome to honey. Let's do a podcast. I'm your host, enrique, and this is my lovely wife, linda, and we were starting this new podcast focusing on the contrasting styles that we both have. For example, I am a current tennis professional. I'm, you know. I teach kids and coach tennis. My wife here is a.
Linda Novoa:
I'm an architect in corporate and it's all about the rules and making decisions.
Enrique Martin:
So, as you can see, I mean Based on that is completely two different worlds, or two different styles, if you want to call it like that, and I know a lot of people here in the US are like that, and you know all around the world, where you know Not everybody is the same but a lot of people have different opinions, different ways of thinking and different ways that they you know, they approach things and with us is the same thing. So that's how, actually kind of how we got to the name of this podcast, just to show how these two different Viewpoints or, late you can say, these two different worlds collide, am I right?
Linda Novoa:
Yeah, that is correct. Yeah, that is right. I Think there is a huge contrast in the fact that my husband is a very dynamic, very active, very Expontaneous, versus my. Decisions are very calculated, everything is like has to have, order is very precise and it's very control and that whole dynamic of how this Very different worlds, how we make it work in our every day. I think that's very interesting and it's very. Probably many of you are like that, so I think there could be some Relationship that you can find here.
Enrique Martin:
So I think there's a, there's a pinning out there or there's a way people, can you know, would like to understand, not just for professional somebody who just knows the ins and out of everything, but just from a person who's like Going through it going through it or who you know you can connect to it more. Right, because it's like it's somebody who's the same as you.
Enrique Martin:
It's like it's like my regular me Just, not necessarily, but just just it's not somebody who's trained for this, who who prepped themselves for what's going on. You know somebody who just has to the challenge occur and you have to know how to deal with it, or what's your take on how to do, because not everybody's gonna approach it the same way, even though we're both. You know, we're both going through it. You might find a certain style works for you, but then I'm gonna find a different style works for me. So you know, that's those type of things it's actually.
Enrique Martin:
I think it's pretty interesting, because some of you listeners might sink in more with my take, or others of you might think more with Linda's take, you know, like you might think she's right and I'm wrong, or you, older, might think I'm right and she's wrong, or you might find a happy medium between, between between both of us right. Anyways, that's how we got to the name of it. You know it's like honey. Why don't we just do a podcast about this?
Linda Novoa:
and just to make it clear, it was his idea, it was not mine I.
Enrique Martin:
Mean, it was my idea, but you kind of were in the whole thing as well, you.
Linda Novoa:
I just said yes, yeah.
Enrique Martin:
You wouldn't mind. You know it's fun. Yeah, it would be something fun, right.
Linda Novoa:
Just different dynamic. For sure it will bring a little bit of diversity into my life in terms of a release schedule we were thinking about During the week.
Enrique Martin:
I know I'm busy, you know I teach a lot. I know my wife. Is busy in her work. You maybe you can explain to that, because I know you're, you're all over the place.
Linda Novoa:
I am all over the place for sure. So I have a full-time job as an architect incorporate and Once I finish that job, I take my second job, which is taking care of my daughter. I have a 16 month baby Uh, obviously is harmful, and so pretty much every all of my time after work Is dedicated to her, until she goes to sleep, and after that I am trying to start a company selling products on Amazon. So I do that after my baby go to sleep, yeah, so basically you're like jam-packed the whole time?
Enrique Martin:
Yeah, I am booked, so basically, we talked about this and our schedule for now it's gonna be, I think, wednesdays. We decided on Wednesdays, uh, every week, so once a week, every Wednesday. In terms of what can you expect in future episodes, because I think that's something we should Obviously talk a little bit about it what can you expect in upcoming, you know, episodes, in no particular order, obviously, but we can give you a little sneak preview of what we have in mind. The first subjects that we really want to dive into is, uh, the struggles as a new parent like we. That's one of the ones we we kind of want to talk about, that one we, because you know, Especially when you are new parents and you don't have family around you that might help you.
Linda Novoa:
What are the decisions and all the struggles that you go away from home?
Enrique Martin:
Yeah, you don't have uh relatives or anybody here. How that you know completely changes your life and makes you you know, it's like a 180 that you have to do. That's kind of like that we also want to talk about, you know, starting side hustles. Yeah, you know people who just have your normal job, but you decided, hey, listen, I want a secondary way of getting income, or a third way of getting income or whatever.
Enrique Martin:
And then you try to side aside whether you're starting a company or you know Getting a gig through the side or whatever it is, and you know researching and doing all the diligence you have to do to To be able to do to deal with those situations these days.
Linda Novoa:
There are so many options out there that, honestly, the world is full of possibilities. It's just a matter of actually making those decisions and acting on it.
Enrique Martin:
There will be other stuff we want to do. For example, we've talked about that we do want to do some interviews along the road. This is not something we're going to prioritize at the beginning, but it is something we want to do. We have some friends, we have some professional acquaintances we want to bring into the show that will provide a lot of information and good, valuable source of knowledge for you guys as well as us, obviously, because that's why, you know, we also want to learn from these people. But, uh, you know, I think that that would be interesting, but that's not something. Again, let me specify this it's not something right now, but it is something we want to Bring in the future and we're going to prep for that. Okay, and I think that that'll wraps it up today. I don't think there's anything else we want to talk about. Do we have anything else we want to talk about?
