In India, a nation grappling with several challenges, from poverty to pollution, thank you. The program aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and aims to foster sustainable communities, promote gender diversity and uphold environmental responsibility. Technip Energies India is not just fulfilling a legal mandate here, but it is also bringing about tangible, far-reaching changes in local communities. Since its inception, seed of Hope has sparked transformative change in 10 Indian cities with over 50 impactful initiatives. These ventures have touched more than 90,000 lives, making an enduring impact on local communities. The program's accomplishments include enhancing primary education for 9,000 children, offering vocational training for 9 and 50 youths and supporting 58,000 individuals affected by natural disasters.

Technip Energies India's commitment towards environmental sustainability shines bright through initiatives such as the installation of biogas units, smokeless cooking stoves, solar streetlights, extensive reforestation efforts and substantial waste management. Through these actions, the company not only champions sustainable living, but also actively reduces carbon emissions. Interestingly, technip Energies India also encourages its employees to actively participate in these initiatives, believing that true, lasting change is a collective effort. In 2019 and 2020 alone, employees dedicated over five purely 600 hours supporting social causes. This multifaceted, integrated CSR approach has earned the Seed of Hope program accolades such as the National CSR Award and the Indo-French Business Award.
