Hello and welcome to the Creaking SaltSoaked Tables of theBrazen Hydra Pub in Bilgewater. We're your hosts and Grove End. And todaywe'll be sharing a pintand talking all thingsRuneterra and beyond. A lot of topicscoming at you today. Obviously it'sFebruary, we're gonnabe talking Bandletail. A lot of lore inthat game. It's the last Riot Forgetitle, we're gonna touchon it. Another thing is, is Riot Gamesmaking a turn-basedstrategy game set in Runeterra? Some rumors with a lot of supportingevidence there. We'll goover some beasts we may see inthe Riot MMO. It's important to know whatwe're killing. Alright, youdon't want to walk in thereand kill a fairy. You want to start offon the right track and say,you know, this is a dog orthis is a wolf. True. Yeah, yeah. And theend of Legends ofRuneterra. Is this the end of Legendsof Runeterra? And we'll probably finishoff a little bit oflore consolidation with thechange in directions from Riot Gamesrecently. Alright. Firstthings first, let's talk a littlebit of Bandletail. Oh yeah. I know you,I'm excited for Bandletail. Iknow you're particularly a fanof the Yordles. Mm-hmm, absolutely. LikeI said before, this is notreally like my kind of gamethat I would normally play, but becausethe Yordles areinvolved, I'm naturally inclined, you know? This is the the Riot Forge gameI've been waiting forsince we already both pickedup on the fact they're doing a different, well, they were doing a different zone, different continent, different area, however you want to put it,different landmass for each, each Riot Forge game. Bandle City wasinevitable, and now it's here. I can'tfreaking wait to playit. I'm pretty, I feel like there wasn't,so I do a lot of lorevideos for separate characters. If you look on my channel, you'll noticethat I haven't done a single Yordle. You really not done a single Yordle?Yeah, no, I have not done a singleYordle. And I'll tell youwhy. There's really not a lot of footageof Yordles. There's one cinematic. Youcan do Heimerdinger, but pretty much your whole video will, mywhole video will bearcane. There's really not a lotof background footage. I mean, if youwant to do a video on Corki,a lot of it would be a stillimage. And that's what I try to avoidwith my lore videos. Like I don't want tokeep it just a stillimage. And I want to use as few images aspossible. I want to have themvideos that type into what I'msaying. There's not a lot of footage ofany of the Yordles. There'sone cinematic where it's like,it's a Bilgewater cinematic, really. Andyou see a little bitof Lulu, Timo, Corki, and Tristana. And then Vygar has his ownlittle couple ofcinematics, but there's not a lot. That's why I'm kind of excited forBandletail too, because Ihope I'll be able to get morefootage enough to put out some morevideos on all these characters. Yeah, Imean, we'll see. I don'tthink to be honest, just by looking atBandletail, I don't thinkit's going to be a very cut sceneheavy game at all. Like I was going to belike Stardew Valley whereit was essentially like,no cut scenes. Oh, yeah. I was thinkingthey'd just be mostly like, you know, when you're talkingto a character, they're going to havetheir character art andthey're going to just displaytext, basically, have them talk. Yeah, but even just being able tolike show them doing stuff, you know. Oh, yeah, that's fair. Yeah. Ifyou want to talk aboutevents that happen in Bandletail, you'll have some footage for that atleast. Yeah. And like,if I'm talking about Timoand maybe there's like Timo's maybe orlike I'm talking about Tristana, youknow, I can show somefootage of Tristana's workshop orsomething. Yeah, that'strue. She resides. You know, this is like there's more there's morefootage to pull from thanwhat I have now. Yeah, just alittle bit more Bandle City in the world.I think that's what theyall that's that's what we allneed, regardless of if we're enter overor not. Yeah. So I wanted toread this too, a little bit.So if you go to Bandletail's websiteright here at the top, thisis like kind of your backgroundfor going into the game. What what yourwhat you're going to endup what your you start as.So let's hear it. It's from. Yeah, soit's from Lazy Bear Games. They're the last they're one ofthose small partners can be working withRiot on the title. And inthis game, you are a shy Yordleliving in Yarnville. I've never heard ofYarnville. I heard of BandleCity, which I think is like thecity. And maybe there's a lot more to theYordles in the spiritrealm than we think.Yeah, I assume it's just Bandle City andthen everything outside ofBandle City is the spiritrealm. It could be a town within BandleCity, unless Bandle City isactually a city and that'sit. Because I always assume Bandle Cityis much bigger than anactual city, you know. But whoreally knows? We don't know much aboutthe actual landscape of it, at least asfar as I know. Yeah.So let me finish the context. So I thinkwe'll be able to likereally put in on what this whatthis place is. So you're a cozy. Soyou're living you're a shy Yordle livingin Yarnville, a cozybut isolated island obsessed with allthings knitting. When you're101 year long apprenticeshipends, you want nothing more than to seewhat lies beyond the portalsthat connect to the rest ofBandle City. But when a party you attendgoes horribly wrong, theportals collapse and everythingis thrown into chaos. So that actually ispretty loaded right there.Yeah. Yeah, I didn't realizethere'll be some like world ending plotgoing on. I thought youwere just gonna farm stuff.Yeah. Wow. Yeah. So I mean, it looks likethere's gonna be astory. I don't know if it'sI don't know if it's canon or not. Likewe'll have to see that. I mean, there's athey haven't said anything yet. Like theygot the whole you know, they'reconsolidating the lore. They're doing that. But then Bandle Tailprobably started. It's verypossible Bandle Tail starteddevelopment and writing everything beforethey made thatdecision. Who knows how longhas been in development for. So that'sthat's up in the air. If I thinkI think Bandle Tail is the last likepiece of Runeterra content that we'regoing to see that mayor may not be canon. That's interesting. And so that and thenalso I so it definitely isthe last piece that I think willa lot of the other stuff going forward isdefinitely going tobe canon. Yeah. This isthe last time it was she was she and eventhe only one that weknow for sure from RiotForge that is canon is Song of Nunu.Yeah, true. But going back to whatthey're saying here, they're saying you're in this area andthese using portals to connect to therest of Bandle City.So I guess Bandle City might be a lotbigger than we thought itwas. I always thought Bandle Citywas one thing. Well, maybe that was anactual like a city like you.Yeah, Bandle City was the sizeof like Chicago. Yeah, I thought it was acity, which is fair. LikeI get that. It's literallycalled Bandle City. But yeah, but it'salmost like a country. Yeah, Bandle City.Yeah, I imagine it'smore like an actual proper like, yeah, like country size, likelandscape that we're workingwith here. And there are towns within it.Yep. And then they're alsotalking about these portalsif you're wondering, your dolls are verybig on portals, becausewhen Tara is actually linked tothe spirit realm, there it's linked toBandle City in a lot of different places. And there's pathwaysthat really mortals don't often see. Butthey open under like specificcircumstances, but you need tobe able to read and interpret thelanguage of the Lord of the orders to usethem. So portals havealways been a big, a big thing when itcomes to your dolls andwhatnot. And they have even theBandlewood, which is the Bandlewood isportals that shift over time. But theystay Bandlewood stayrooted in a single location. So unlikeother portals that are moving around, the Bandlewood is pretty stationary. Andthe magic of the spirit realm kind ofbecause it's stationary, ebbs and flows there. And so you kind ofsee like, almost likeBandle City is leaking, the magic of Bandle City in the spiritrealm is leaking into ourworld. And so like the fauna isdifferent and stuff. Oh, we got somelike, like distortionof reality through theseBandlewood portals. That's pretty cool.Yeah, your dolls are interesting.Oh, I love yours. I love everything aboutthem. Magical littledudes, they're great. And I lovethat they're so nonsensical right now.Like we know so littleabout how you really do.Like, yeah, the whole like the wholespirit world, like we knownothing about it. And the Bandleshave their freaking capital origin areaof coming from they come fromthere. We know nothing aboutit. It's so good. But you said there'slike, certain conditionsto these portals opening,I assumed it was completely chaotic. Iassume it was completely random.Oh, okay. No, there's so there's someportals that only open withbasically a series of specificgestures. These are secret portals. Noteveryone is able to findthem. Not everyone is able toread them and not everyone can even openthem. And they're usuallythere's an there's an image, right? If you go to the Bandle City pageon the Runeterra map, do you look atgeometry of transit, like that particular portal is in a deepcavern and it only showsup when there's low tide.It reveals the pattern of the runiccircles, which fills the annotations withseawater. And then youcould see it. But even then, I mean, youhave to go to read theincantation to be able to use it.My God. So that's how secret this stuffis. You got to your littleyour little sometime get back, like spend so much time in Runeterra, they forget how toget back to Bandle City.I didn't even know how that happened.Yeah, there's that oneexample, which like there just inRuneterra. Yeah, that's it. They don'teven know how to get back.Like a made secret is that yourlittle and she's like, I don't evenremember. I barely spent anytime with the orders. I don'tremember how to get back to Bandle City. She's just living amongthe amongst the the mages ofDemacia. The heck, dude, that's thatdoesn't even care. But yeah.Oh, I'm sure the girls get lost. You know, like you can always I think inher case, she's probablynot going to find anotheryordle anytime soon. But I'm sure youfind another yordle andjust be like, you know,I'm a yordle. You're a yordle. How do Iget back? You're all yordles. Please show me a portal. Show me theclosest incantation.I mean, there really aren't too manyyordles in our world, though, when youreally think about it,you got who you've got. I mean, they comethey come to our world, they spend time in Runeterra, but a lot of them do go back. There'sonly a few that I knowof, such as Heimerdinger, that spend a lot of time in in Runeterraand never go back. Oh,some of them come come and go.Like Tristana comes and goes. Vygar ispretty much he was here fora while, but now he's back inBandle City. I don't I don't rememberRumble ever coming toRuneterra, although I'm sure he haslike Teemo, Corki Lulu, all these yordleskind of come and go versusthere's the one in Demacia.I always forget her name, who's kind ofpermanently she's in Demacia. And then Heimerdinger is permanently andthen there's another one, too.Is Poppy a Demacia? Poppy, that's theone. Yeah, yeah, yeah. She's from she's inDemacia. Like she's not even. She's very Demacian. Like she she doesnot look like she's goingback to Bandle City anytime soon.Yeah, she's not even in the game. Likeyou won't see Poppy or Heimerdinger.Yeah, I believe it.That's just wild, though.Oh, I wonder how much that's inspired byby the elves inTolkien's work, Lord of the Ringsspecifically, youknow, like the elves in theactually yearn to go back to the the landof the elves, which is the sailing west. You know, that's the whole like Aragornand his love is an elf. That's like their whole thing. She has togo back west. She uses not to.And they lose their immortality if theystay there too long before going.Yeah, that's a very interestingconnection. I don't know if yordleslosing their immortality. They're very they're not immortal, butthey have a very long lifespan.Like they look at you if you when youguys watch arcane, right, you seeHeimerdinger talk toman, a victor, and he talks about Victorand he's like, you know, sometimes I lose sight ofhow short mortal lives are.And you know, because that's one of thething Heimerdinger,he's very cautious, right? That's one of the things about Hextech isthey're advancing too fast in arcane. He's like, you guys need to slow down. This is magic. This could be dangerous.I've seen magic destroy worlds because hewas around for the rune wars.So this guy knows magic is verydangerous. And so now they'reexperimenting with Hextech and he'slike, we need to slow down. But Victor istrying to speed things upbecause Hextech is is what hewants to save his life. Like he said, ithas a debilitatingcondition. He's going to die.And Heimerdinger acknowledges this at theend when he meets withVictor, he's like in zon.And he says, you know, I forgot the exactline, but he does say,I forget how short mortal lives are, youknow, to me, I live hundreds of years. So waiting a little bitdoesn't matter. And even evenJace acknowledges the beginning. He'slike, this guy wants to wait forever, but he because he lives so long, like wemortals, we humans don't have that long.Like we need to advance during ourlifetime. We can't justhave everything go. Yeah,it's like they talk about it more than acouple of times in the story of Arcane.Oh, that's pretty philosophical. Holydamn. The yordles get deep. I mean,I guess when you're that old, yeah, youstart out, you see somethings like the rune wars.Yeah, yeah. That will definitely. Yeah. That'll make you a bit more cautious,a bit more rugged of a yordle. I can seethat happening. And sofunny, because yorals are sothey come off as so whimsical and almostlike like childlike, you know, with just like how cheerful they can beand stuff. But then it's like, yeah, they've they'veprobably been through a lot.I wish they're bad for Vygar. Man, dude.Yeah, there's like the Vygar.Yeah, um, Vygar or Vygar. I'm probablybutchering his name. I'll get it right. If I ever do a lower video, he spent allthat time in Demacia and prison.Oh my God. Like now thinks he's evil andhe tries to be evil, butpeople still think that he's notreally evil. He just that's so sad. Hewants to be evil, buthe's having trouble.Like he wants his like biglike like evil revenge story. But yeah, have it in him. That's so sad.Exactly. What the heck?Yeah, because they imprisoned himfor a long time. Little dude, that'sthat's just rough. Now.Now I feel sorry for him.Now I feel like I'm being mean. Yeah,he's a he's a really interestingcharacter. I'm excited to seemore of him in Bandle Tail. Yeah. Oh,does he voyage back toBandle City ever? Like,do we know that of him? Oh, he's inBandle City. He went backafter he like finally made it outof Demacia. He went back to Bandle Cityand I don't even know ifhe wants to come back unlessit's like to destroy the world. Oh, Andy, that's so sad. Like hejust went home afterwards. That's my God. All right. I know. I don'tknow what kind of himis. I think overdue.Yeah, I agree. I need some closure. Makegive him all of thehappiness he needs. Riot, please, for my sake. So I can sleep atnight. That's so sad.Yeah. Yeah. There are some morepretty like Tristana story is not thatsad. You know, he's justhappy. The rest of them are likewhat you're saying, right? Yeah, likemost like you're generallykind of like hearted. Timo isthe definition of like, yeah, he's justlike a light heartedYordle. He's just a happy guy. He's just work out. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.Things just work out.You play my flute. Yeah, see that that'sthe kind of girl thatdoes not go to ruin Tarais the team because he always he alwaysreturns to. Yeah.Yeah. If I were a Yordle,I don't think I'd be spending too muchtime in terror. I'm goingto be honest. That placethere's a lot going on there. All right. They got a lot moreproblems than I would need.I'm going to live in Bandle City. I thinkwe MMO drops. I'm notleaving Bandle City.I hope it's in the game. I hope that theyhave like subsubsections of these regions.Um, I hope there is a Bandle Cityexpansion because I thinkthere's a lot to be in the city.I think I don't need to be right. Like, yeah, like almost a city isour hub for the spirit worldexpansion, like our first journey intothere because we're allied with theYordles kind of thing.Yeah. Abs I think that's like that's onething that's super like Ican't see it going any otherway. You know, like eventually we'regoing to explore the spirit world. There's no way we don'tand the handle city just makes too muchsense to have as a as like ahub for everything going onthat expansion. If they go that route, who knows what the sevendude, they might not even docapital cities during expansions. That'sjust kind of something weassume from so many otherMMOs. Every other MMO does that. But whoknows? But that's just myguess is spirit world expansion,Bandle City main hub. And hopefully ifyou make a Yordle in thevanilla game, you still like atleast start out in Bandle City, you know,do like some like, like asmall chunk of Bandle Citybefore you take a portal. Yeah, like alittle area, a little starting areabefore you go back tothe room terror. Yeah, like as a Yordle, not being able to go toBandle City, that would hurt. That'd be rough. Yeah. Yeah, you don'twant to you have to start inBandle City, I feel. And thenyou can kind of take a portal intoRuneterra. And same thing goes for theFrolljord. I don't thinkthat there's a lot of directions thatthey could go. I have awhole video on it. They coulddefinitely include all of Valoran. Butthe Frolljord's got somuch lore and so much going onwith the Watchers and the Yetis. Andthere's so much story.Yeah, I do shamans and all this. There's a lot going on in the Frolljord. You need expansion. Yeah, absolutely. The past like month, you've just been doing Ornn and Volibearstuff. And there's somuch. And that's all.I moved on. I was like, OK, that's enoughOrnn and Volibear. Like,I'm not going to do everysingle short story. Let's just get pastit. Come back to that one.Because oh, and that's like, not even just like, that's a small, tinyspeck of the Frolljord, right? Like, you could talk aboutthe Frolljord for maybe like five hoursstraight and never mentionOrnn or Volibear. Yeah. Andthere's so much that they do in theFrolljord. It's crazy. Thatcontinent is way too much goingon. That section of the world. Yeah. ButI still want to be able toplay. I feel I really feellike a shaman. I know we're not supposedto. We're not talking aboutclasses that have this today. But there's a class that I think would bereally good for the game is a shaman, like a Frolljordian shaman, where you'rekind of tapping into thenature. And by the way, when you talk about a Frolljord shaman, those are they trainunder Ude here. A lot of them, they follow Ude, a lot of them, but theykind of tap into the spiritsof nature. And that doesn'tjust mean Frolljord, although they'refrom the Frolljord.Eventually, Ude does go to Ionia, and he taps into the nature spirits inIonia. And so like, ifhe's in Ionia, he's, you know, using the spirits of Ionia, those kind ofanimals or whatever. But Ithink that's a cool class. Andlike being able to shift between thedifferent animals kind ofthing would be very cool. And so I would hope that even ifFrolljord isn't included,it's like a little startingarea in the Frolljord. You meet Ude here, you train under him for alittle bit, and then youmove on to Runeterra. Same thing withBandle City, like that kind of vibe.Yeah, yeah, I agree. It's something thatwe've seen other MMOs do.And I always think it worksout surprisingly well. Like I'm alwaysworried of like, cuttingplayers off from the rest of theworld, you know, but in the case of astarting zone, it's likeperfect. Because if anything, you're just going to see other level oneto 10 characters that areeither the same race or thesame class as you, or maybe even both. You know, do one where it's like, Oh,yeah, these are my peeps. That that's my fellow yordles. There theyare. This is what they'relike, you know. So it kindof secludes you before opening you up tothe world. And then youstart seeing like, Oh, all theseother different places. This is sodifferent from Bandle City. What the whyis everything so spikyin this city, you know, that kind ofstuff is like, I love Ilove the idea of little, littlestarting zones that just give you a lotof flavor for whatever your race orclasses and Runeterra, especially because Runeterra candefinitely do that for justhow different every location is,and how different all the cultures are. Ican totally feelconnected to it. You like that'syour initial connection to the world.Like, okay, you're let's saythat you are the shaman in theFroljord, and you leave the Froljord.Later on, when you see another shaman, you're like, Oh, yeah, you know, we both started in that area inthe Froljord. And nowwe're all the way down here inShudima. But the same thing goes with ayordle. Like, you know, you're out in the world and yousee another yordle and you're like, Oh,yeah, you know, we're bothfrom Bandle City. That's prettycool. Yeah, I mean, like, I've just beenplenty of people who justlike, don't know about like theyordles or Demacia going into it. Andthey're just gonna pick whatever lookscool. And then you getto see what that choice actually means. You know, exactly. Yeah, dude, you getthat flavor of like, all right, I'm a yordle. That means we'rein this bright, happysunshine land full of other fluffylittle creatures. And we make fun robottechnology sometimes. Sometimes we gotlittle woodland homesand it's amazing. Like you just get thatvibe before before youactually see the rest of it. Ilove that idea. I'm really into the ideaof cool little starting zones.Absolutely. Yeah, that waywe get Bandle City without actuallygetting all Bandle City for anexpansion later on where theycan actually do it justice. Exactly. That's was literally about to say youstill feel like that'syou still feel like the world is completewithout the worldbeing complete. Yeah. Okay,Bandle City is in the world. I've seenit. Even though I can't explore it.Probably or it is stilla part of the world. I've seen it eventhough I left. I'm no longerthere, but I see those snowcovered mountains in the distance and Iknow we're going to go backto that place exists. Exactly. So I got that. So I think is reallyimportant. You could do that forever. Youcan do that for Ioniatoo. Yeah, seriously. You can do that forstinking ish tall, dude. It'sgreat. And then your characterjust doesn't remember how to navigate thejungle anymore. And they diewhen they try to go back in.But other than that, it works. Yeah. I'msure they could thinkof something creative.Oh, absolutely. I really like to I wantto say this. They did agreat job with the way BandleTale looks like the hyper saturated supercolorful world and thesuper colorful characters.Like that's what I thought Bandle Citywould would look like.Because so I'm going to readthis excerpt for you from Bandle City andthe Runeterra world map.Let's hear in Bandle City.It is said that every sensation isheightened for non yordles. Colors arebrighter. Food and drinkintoxicates the senses for years and oncetasted will never be forgotten. Thesunlight is eternallygolden. The waters crystal clear andevery harvest brings a fruitful bounty.Perhaps some of theseclaims are true or maybe none for no twofor no two tale tellersever seem to agree on what theyactually saw. And for those that doreturn, like they return and they tellthese unfettered magicand they say that led led astray bymyriad wonders andthey're lost in like this dream. And so this is almost what I should behyper, hyper saturated, like almost beyond real. And I feel like that's why I really likethe direction thatthey went for Bandle Tale.Yeah, Bandle Tale definitely gives off avery like dream like vibe.I think it's perfect. Yeah,it looks very like like illusionary. We're like, you don't know what the heckyou're going to see.It like if you walk out far enough, justwalking around. Exactly.Yeah, I agree. I love that too. That is a vibe from Bandle City for sure. That is just like I lovehow I feel like Bandle Citygives you a little taste of what thespirit world is going to be like, youknow, I like the spiritworld in general is going to be aschaotic as Bandle City cansort of be like there is somestructure Bandle City because in the dayit is like a city. You'regoing to have your homes andyour shops and all that. But then youalso got some stuff that's going toconfuse you a little bit.You have some landscapes, some likestairways that you just don't know whatthe heck's going on.And I can't wait for the whole spiritworld to just be like that. We're just going to be like extreme chaosof you can't do likesensory overload, like you said, but just on a massive scale. That's whatit looks like that like that you'reliterally floating onan island in the clouds picking bananasfrom trees that light up onthe top that the light turns offwhen you when you pick the fruit likeit's that hyper saturatedlike pseudo. It does feel likeif it was if you were to dream likethat's what the dream would look like. You know, it's like, you're only seeing this area kind ofthing. Everything else iskind of fogged up and you'retaking these portals between differentislands. Yeah, I love it. Ithink they nailed it. I alwayswonder like like riot for specifically, Iwas wondering like whatriot tells them to do forstuff like this. Like did they give thempointers of like, yeah, this place has got to be realconfusing. It's got to make no sense.Like, like, or something likethat. I'm like, do they justreally do the creators really know BandleCity to a point wherethey're just like, yeah, do we loveBandle City? We're gonna make this weirdor did right specificallytell them to do this becauseeither way, it's great. And I feel likeit's what I wanted Bandle Cityto be just from reading aboutit. Oh, I'm sure I'm sure that riot hadlike some things that wererequired. And I'm sure like,so I think it's an indie company. So I'msure there's a lot ofcreative freedom. But I bet whenthey're making a lot of the assets, likethey had to be approved byRiot Games. Yeah, oh, yeah,I believe that. Absolutely. If I gotaround a lot of stuff by them. Yeah, it'shonestly going to bea good year. We've got Bandletail comingout. We got Arcane SeasonTwo coming out towards the endof the year, I think in November. And Iwant to actually talk toyou about that too, that I didnot mention at the beginning. And then wealso got the Riot of Mmonews, which is going to happenthis year. I'm confident. Yeah, inevitably. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Inevitably. 24 baby.Well, maybe we'll save Arcane Season Twofor next time. So I didn't even mentionit at the beginning, but we will talk Arcane Season Two in thenext episode. Oh, yeah. There's a lot to go over withthat, especially I'm working on some somevideos for Singed and for WarwickWarwick. So stay tunedfor those. And yeah, and so I think we'lltalk more Arcane Season Twonext week. Yeah, absolutely.Sounds like a plan. Be there. All right,so I want to know which direction youwant to go. Do you wantto go into beasts we may see in the Riotof Mmo? What we killing? No,do you want to go about thisturn based strategy game set inRuneterra? Ooh, both of those are topicsthat I can talk to helland back. I have opinions on both ofthese extensively. Tell youwhat, how much time we have.We can talk about enemies and we'll seehow long that takes beforewhat my rant juice is over.Because oh my God, turn based RPG. God, Iplayed too many and I havesome that I love and somethat I hate and I hope Riot makes onethat I love. Yeah. Allright. So as far as enemies go,what what are you thinking for? Like, Ithink I mentioned thisonce before. It's kind ofdifficult with what they have written sofar, but I always want toknow about the little enemies.I always want to know about when I'm likelevel 10, who am I hurting?Whose life am I ending at level10 when I can barely swing a sword? Youknow, I imagine we'regoing to have this pair of likeanimals. Yeah. I imagine they're like, yeah, what are you going to kill inVandal City? You know, are you going to be killing a Kraken?Because you're probablynot. You're probably not. I'lltell you what you're going to be killing. If you're in if you're in ifyou're in Bilgewater, right?Yeah. And you're starting off inBilgewater. You're apirate. You're all excited. You'reprobably going to be killing some powdermonkeys. OK, that's your first target.Look, they stole our cannons. Why don't you go get it back?I do want to say this, too, that there'sthis website calledthe right of a mo.com.They have a great list of like all that. This is this bestiary of abunch of creatures that youcould be you might see in the right of amo. A lot of it's from Legends ofRuneterra. And I'm goingto link to that underneath this video. Soif you guys want to see some of thebeasts that we don'tmention, you know, go and check it out.But Bilgewater. Yeah, notsponsored. I just love theguy who makes the right of mo. Yeah, thatguy is thorough. Yeah. Solike there's powder monkeys.Obviously, you're not going to befighting. You know, ifyou're in Zaun, I think you'll befighting some rats, maybe some like thoseare the kind of creatures.OK, so let's say that you'restarting in Bilgewater. Let's stickthere. I think you'll see powder monkeysand probably wharf rats.Powder monkeys are really just they'rejust monkeys. They're Idon't think there's a lot. They're like they're like mischievous. They kind of have that vibe.I think you can tell from thename like powder monkeys are they theykind of they provide actuallysome useful magical enhancinggunpowder properties. So there's somelittle bit about them. But so they dohave a little bit ofmagic to them. But those are the kind ofthings they will befighting. And then wharf rats, wharf rats are a hybrid of both rat andshark. So that's interesting. I don'tknow how those matedwhere threats exist. Yeah, what kind oflike like like druidic abomination didthey create over there? So they actually are good. They help dockworkers keep the wharfclean. And if you don't know whatthe wharf is, basically all these guys, these crazy guys go outand they they farm these seamonsters out at sea. And when they kill ahuge, a huge catch, youknow, they bring it over to thewharf and the slaughter docks and theykind of piece it up and sellit. And so that's where you'llsee wharf rats. And if they're not beinghelpful, you know, maybe youhave to take a few of them out.But they are the size of dogs. Oh, andthey they do attack. So maybethat'll be after after you getthe cannonballs back from the powdermonkeys, you'll be called over to helpwith the wharf rats.Yeah, I think about that. I see ithappening. All right. You and me, I thinkI don't know if it'sjust like the me loving stranglethornveil from World ofWarcraft, just like a massive junglethat's just dangerous is all heck andback. But I a part of me hopes thatBilgewater is a laterzone, not like not like endgame, butsomewhere in between. Youknow what I mean? Like not likelike like I don't know if people juststart out in Bilgewater, butat the same time, I'm guessingif there's like a buccaneer class oranything like that, anything piraterelated, people might wantto start off in Bilgewater. But at thesame time, I feel like Bilgewaterdeserves to be more dangerousthan say, like the outside of Demacia, just like the open greenfields. You know what I mean? Here's what I will say about Bilgewater.Bilgewater is bigger than people think. You cannot even explore all ofBilgewater. It'd be like there's thewhole Buuru area, which isElawis of the Buuru. There is Bilgewater, the city. I would like tosee them maybe have a piece ofBilgewater present and maybe, you know, because then then youcould have like a little bit ofthe shadow isles seeping in, you know, some undead threats kind of thing cominginto coming into thegame. Yeah. But keep the Buuru areacompletely isolated. You can't exploreit. The Buuru peopledon't want you there. It's just likealmost like what's in Ruined King. Andthat's it. Oh, okay.Stay away from all the Buuru stuff. Yeah.Yeah. Yeah. We just stickto like the docks mostly oflike just like the general piratey cityarea. Mm hmm. Okay. I cansee that because I like thewhole dude promise every zones just sodamn good in Runeterra. Like Ifeel like Bilgewater just hasso much going on too. I'm just likeBilgewater is way too cool for us to not.Yeah. Every zone hasa lot going on. Like even if you putDemacia and Noxus, you can absolutelyhave a Demacia expansionwhere you head into the catacombs wherethey're torturing mages. Oh,yeah. It have just some likemassive like magic outbreak of some kindof Demacia, right? Somekind of like rebellionagainst this whole regime going on there.Like I definitely I hopewe see like massive changeslike that in the world. Like, you know, like because like lookingback at World of Warcraft, right? Like how long is the capital cityof the gnomes and World ofWarcraft? How long has thatbeen not accessible? Like a year. Yeah, like. Like no, no, no,we're on it. We can't go back inthere, right? They just recently gave usback one city that was gonesince like it was never thereto begin with since like two thousandlike seven. What city is that? Gilneas.I'm not I'm honestlyI'm not up to date anymore. Wow. That'swhy I'm not up to dateanymore. I didn't I'm not even aware.Oh my God. I know they do give usGilneas. It's like a half capital city. It's not like a realcapital city, but I'm hoping. Oh, really?Yeah. So like stuff, bigthings like that don't reallychange too often in game like in gamelike World of Warcraft. And I think it'sbecause the devs areafraid to make big changes without makingpeople mad. You know what Imean? Like even in the caseof like how we lost under city, like acapital city in World ofWarcraft. Same with Teldrassil. You know, we lost two capital cities, butyou don't really losethem. You can just go back. And they're still there. You just go backin time. And they're stillthere. But like, I hope Riotcommits more to stuff like that, where ifthere is like, you know,a big like magic outbreak, some big rebellion and Demacia, I hopethat permanently changesRentera and like. Yeah, sometimes you have to miss stuff. Yeah, exactly. Like sometimesyou have to say like, man,if it I remember that it was going todie. Yeah, dude. Yeah. Likeyou can't let the world stay thesame forever or else nothing new willhappen and people will moveon. I know I would move oneventually if nothing changes in Rentera. And we just like, yeah, constantly go on to the nextlandscape. That's the new expansion. Thenwe go into the nextlandscape. That's the new expansion. It's like it's exciting the first coupleof times, but by like thefourth or fifth time where we'rejust going to a new area, nothing else ischanging. It's like, yeah, dude. OK.How do you feel about new players then, though? So like a new player. OK, sowe've been playing inthe world of Rentera for like five years, and we're way beyond, youknow, those initial startingzones. Everything's changed. So do theyhave to kind of revamp thestarting for those new players?Because technically, let's let's say forUdeir, right? We started inthe Freljord. We're workingwith the shamans and all this stuff. Andthen later on, I mean,we're exploring the Freljord atthat point and everything that Udeir saidabout, you know, going toRentera doesn't make sense anymore.Yeah, I definitely think that's why Ifeel like, yeah, sometimesyou do need a little bit.But I think. I think it's OK to changethe world for yourcharacter, where your character iskind of you're advancing the story, yourworld is changing. Andif you want to replaylike some of the old stuff, I don't know, man, this is a tough. It'sso difficult because lookat the problem. I see where you're comingfrom. They have classic plus. Yeah.People are going to want to play throughthat old stuff. But yeah, you do want the world to changeand you want to say, man, that was nicewhen it happened. Yeah. And that's the thing is thateven if like in the case of World ofWarcraft, you know, if they do changelike like, let's say, you're like one of the cap, one of thebig capital cities like Orgrimmar,a major capital city that everyone hangsout in. Let's say thatchanges forever in some waypermanently. If they give you access tothe old version and youcan swap between them, everyone's going to be in the oldversion. Everyone's goingto sit in the old version. And it's just it just gets tiring after awhile, though. Like, yeah, it does.Like stagnation makes the playerscomfortable. But it also makes thingsboring and players arenot going to stick around even if they'recomfortable. You knowwhat I mean? No, I wouldagree with that. Like it's a verydifficult thing because I think thatwould piss people off, though. Right. People are going to be madwhen things change, likeregardless. Yeah, people aregood. People are going to be mad whenthings change, but thingshave to change. So you have tochange them in a way that people canstill go back excited about. But yeah, even though they can goback, are they just going to go back andthen you did all that workfor nothing because everyonejust goes back. Yeah, but then I like theworld changing where thewhole world is changing. Likeone thing I don't like is it's newexpansion, new world. Here you go. Thisis your little section.Yeah, this is your little island for twoyears. Get ready for thenext one in the next two yearsfrom now. Yeah, no, I hate that. It'slike it's fun the firstcouple of times. You just kind ofget bored of it after a while. It's thesame song and dance every expansion. Ihope it doesn't falldown that hole with the room, terror,MMO, because it's also veryeasy to when you look at the mapof run terror. Right. Like it's so easyto just hop over to Ioniaand just be like, this is theIonia expansion. You will spend the nexttwo years only in Ioniawhile the rest of run terror isfrozen for no reason. Everyone's going tokind of stagnate except forIonia. It's super easy to fallinto that hole. But I hope Riot Games, Ihope that dev team issmart enough to be like, you want a living, breathing world foryour MMO. That's what keeps itinteresting. That's whatkeeps it alive. That's what keeps peoplecoming back years afterthey've made their character. You know what I mean? Yep, yep. So onething I want to I want to sayabout two about Bandle City.So talking about this going back andexploring the old zones and not justletting them stagnateand have them ever changing. So BandleCity, we're talkingabout those portals, right?Where you can take these like unseengateways to all over run terror andthere's like Bandle withlocations and portal locations all overrun terror, but you need to know theYordle language to be ableto use them. Yeah, I would love to seethat as like a canon formof travel at some point. Likewhen we have the Bandle City expansion, right? Yeah, like we're ableto have this separate skilltree of Bandle portals and Bandlelanguage where you're learning thelanguage of the Yordles. And if you are a Yordle, you know, it'skept out at the beginningand you could automaticallyjust travel just hey, you're a Yordle andit's okay that they'respecial and you're not. Yeah,I agree because other races and otherclasses will have otherbenefits that the Yordles won't have.I think that's very important. Yourchoices should matter, especially interms of your racing class. And it shouldn't be like they're theyhave this and we don't kind of thing likeyou're not a Yordle. It's okay. Yeah. Andthen it's like this wholeskill tree around it whereyou you to learn the language of theYordles and then you use thoseportals to travel back to oldzones and old places like that wholeBandle City expansionshould be the world of Runeterra. That's what I mean by it shouldn't bejust Bandle City. Okay,we're exploring the spirit realm. Then we also use these otherworldlyportals to maybe explore. We go back to Ionia where thespirit realm is starting to leak in andthere's some ties. Yeah, there's ties back to everywherefor the spirit realm. And so we use theseportals to go back to the oldplaces that we explored before.Yeah, dude, I love that idea. I'm veryinto that. And even justlike revisiting these charactersagain and you know, seeing what they'reup to now as they fight off whateverabominations are leakingout of these portals. Exactly. Do youkeep the world alive? Andeven like just what you saidabout like, yeah, you're also going to bespecial in certain ways.Humans are going to be specialin certain ways. You're not all going tobe the same. That's anotherthing of just like comfortversus actual value and interest in thegame. You know what I mean? It's just dude, there's thatbalance need to find like obviously youshouldn't constantly bepulling the rug under your players, but you should sometimes. It's the onlytime things are valued asif it took work to get it.That's why whenever you have likesomething that some player just buys, youcan just buy something, but it's got no value. Oh, it's gottenlike someone sees youwith that. It doesn't matterversus if someone said like you need tosurvive. So let's keep let'sstick on the creatures a littlebit. Plunder crabs, they're mercenaries, they're crustacean mercenaries inBilgewater, and they'repretty smart and people hire thesecrustacean plunder crabs and they'reoutfitted with cannons, right? Obviously because they're plundercrabs and they're inBilgewater and they lock onto targetsand they barrage them, right? And theykill them from a distance. Now, theycrush you. Now you couldbuy. Yeah, yeah. And you know, youremember you killed these plunder crabsback when you startedin Bilgewater. Then you could buy aplunder crab mount. That'spretty cool. Okay. Plunder crabmount, you know, it's got a little shootanimation. It's swim speed, but it'spretty slow. Yeah, thesecrashed assets. Heck yeah. Yeah, yeah. Orpeople could buy bountiesin Bilgewater on players. Anddepending how much money they put down, that'll determine how manyplunder crabs they can purchase. And if a person is able to survive acertain amount of plundercrabs or a certain amount ofbounties on themselves, like they're justwalking around Bilgewater suddenly aplunder crab attacks, then you'll eventually be able to getthem out. Now, if that's a difficultthing, like it's reallyhard to survive a hundred plunder crabattack because you'reisolated and you're not allowedto really get help, then it becomes like, damn, this guy's ridingaround on a plunder crab. Yeah, yeah. I think it's like little, even ifthey see the difference, areused asset, even if thatliterally is just a plunder crab enemyand they just put yourcharacter on it and that's it,it'll still have so much value becausethen they'll see you.Now we, that guy's right.I didn't survive a hundred plunder crabs. You know, how do you doit? Like, like I wouldmen, people are whispering him like, bro, what'd you do to survive ahundred plunder crabs? Andyou'd be like, anytime I walked aroundBilgewater, I had a healthpot. I had my stamina boots. Youknow, every time I was around Bilgewater,I just knew that for somereason because I would, I, Iwore this flag that said you're stupidand people targeted me and Iknew it was coming. And so Iwould just be ready and I would rightaway, whenever I'd see aplunder crab out of gear change, just in case they, they're, they'retargeting me. I wasn'tsure. So like, you know, then, then it becomes something cool. But ifyou just sell a plundercrab now, well, it's just alot. And then you look at it for twoseconds and then you log off. Exactly.Dude, I have so muchlike faith and riot to a point where I'mscared though. Right.Because I feel like they can dothis. No, I think if anyone's capable, don't be scared. It'sriot. Don't be scared. Yeah. The one we're talking about, it's riot, dude. Yes. I genuinelythink they, I think so. I thinkthey can recreate those magical momentsthat MMOs bring becauseright now the thing is,MMOs are always such a big commitmentthat any massive company willing to do itjust kind of misses the point of a, of anMMO, at least in themodern day. Yeah. So I can seeriot genuinely like understanding thatkind of value of farmingplunder crabs for 12 hoursstraight to get that amount. Exactly. Ibelieve, hey, if they canmake games like League of Legendswhere that grind is miserable to, youknow, reach any kind of valuable rank, they get it. They getthe grind. They understand it. That's whythe free to play modelworries me though. I feel like witha subscription model, the problem is it'simpossible to resist the temptation ofselling a store mount.I think it really is like, and I reallythink the right of a mois going to be free to playbecause rides business model is alwaysfree to play. And I thinkfree to play is the right move.I think it is correct. I think for theplayer to play. Yeah, I can see it.Because yeah, at this point, this day and age, subscriptions reallyturn people off. Like I thinkeven back then, right? It waskind of like, oh, it was because likepeople were that tech savvy MMOs were anew thing. So peoplewere more willing to pay a subscriptionfor this new experience, butnot MMOs are pretty tried andtrue. People understand how servers workand that they're really not thatexpensive for upkeep topoint where people do not pay $15 a monthfor it. Yes, so exactly.Yeah, people are a lot moreagainst subscriptions than they were backthen. And I think for theplayer base, for just likehaving an active player base, yeah, freeto play will double iteasily. So here's what I'll say. Here's what I'm going to say about yourfree to play model free toplay 100%. I'm okay with it.That's the right direction. Do you do astore mount? I'm going tosay no. And here's why. Here'swhy before I went to but you have to sellon the store. It's not makeanyone they got to make moneyon cosmetics. It's perfectly okay to makemoney on cosmetics. Buthear me out. If you just do acosmetic store, no one not everyone'sgonna like I will literallynever spend a penny. I'm just notthat's not me. I will never buy anythingfrom the store. I'll playthe game for free forever. Andthen the only way they would do it is byselling something on thestore that I'm willing to pay forand it'll be like some stupid pay to winthing, which is youdefinitely cannot do that. Here'swhat I will play the game at all. ThenI'm no longer a free to playplayer. I'm just not a player.Yes. So here's what I will pay for. And Ithink it's the right move. It's something similar. SoI hope that they didn't take the wronglesson from Legends ofRuneterra. But a battle passis the right move. And I and I think thatit's similar to howWorld of Warcraft has theorder that store thing now where like youearn tokens and stuff likethat. The trading traderstenders. Yeah, trading. Yeah, traderstenders or in legend inLeague Legends of Runeterra. You dohave like the battle pass thing. Althoughyou got to remember the battle passdoesn't really tie intoanything in the game. And honestly, inLegends of Runeterra, thebig thing about it is the PVE,like the PVE is where it's really at.That's where the fun is.And so it doesn't make senseto buy purchase cosmetics when you'replaying against thecomputer the whole time. Yeah,Legends of Runeterra should honestly. Idon't know if I want to reach with that, but I agree with that.If people aren't seeing my cool stuff, people don't see my cooloutfit. I don't really care.Yeah, what Legends of Runeterra needs todo is sell DLC, PVEcontent like Hearthstone.Like DLC, PVE content like where you'reOK, this is a whole story, a whole newadventure in the Freljord, all new cards, all new story mode. Andthat's what you're purchasing. That'swhat Legends of Runeterraneeds to do. I hope they didn't learn thewrong lesson about battlepass because Legends of Feardoes have a battle pass and it's notdoing the best right now. Andthat's why they're refocusingmore on PVE mode because PVP is not doingthat great. And that's all I playanyways. I play likethe PVE story mode kind of thing. Yeah, but I hope they didn't learn the wronglesson because I thinka battle pass is the right move for theright of a mode and it'll keep playersengaged. It's somethingcool. It'll help you level up. And that'ssomething that I would be willing to payfor. Right. And it'salmost like a monthly sub at the end ofthe day because you'repaying. And then with the battlepass, you still feel like you're earningsomething. Like when I see someone whopurchased the battlepass and got to that last level of thebattle pass and unlocksthat cool amount, that's stillsomething pretty cool because unlockingevery level on a battle passis not easy. Yeah, absolutely.I mean like a battle pass. Okay. I dolike the idea of a battlepass in terms of monetizationif they're not doing subscription based.I still think subscriptionbased is the best method,to be honest. Yeah, but 100%. Yeah, yeah, but that's just me. Anddefinitely the player isgoing to be way bigger if it's free toplay, which it probablywill be. But it will be. Yeah, they've already mentioned it already too. They're gonna, it's gonna be free toplay. Oh, really? Okay, yeah, not definitive, but yeah, I guessthere's like a 90% chance,I would say that it's goingto be free to play. It's pretty prettysolid, but like, all right, so likebattle pass is like, the question is, in an MMO, how do youcalculate progression of abattle pass? Because like,I think an obvious way is kind of likehow how World of Warcraftdoes their end game content ofyou know, you got your PvP that's likemeasured in rank and gettingpoints that way. You got yourPvE content of running dungeons and raidsget you points. But at thatpoint, you're just kind ofgrinding dungeons and raids and PvP overand over again until youget your battle pass complete, compared to what we talked about earlier, with the magic ofaccomplishing something specificthat is an insane grind. You know, oflike, specifically, thisdude got a lot of bountiesput on him. People wanted him dead. Andhe just wouldn't die. Andnow, yeah, he has that awesomethat should be a unique thing all in ofitself. I think that thereshould be cool stuff like thatwhere that mount is not a part of abattle pass. It's justyou did it and you got it.I think the battle pass you shouldn'teven have to think aboutit. Like you shouldn't,it shouldn't even be on your mind. Yeah, like the more you play, thefurther your battle pass willgo. And you'll unlock everything just byplaying. If you'releveling, you'll unlock battle passpoints just from getting levels andexploring new areas. Ifyou're an end game crafting, doing anything will upgrade your battlepass. You know, you have tolike account for stupidity, like it can't be just crafting is thefastest way. And then sosomeone made 100,000 socks, and then they make a video saying thefastest way to level your battle pass. Now go buy linen clothand crack one billion socks. Now listento me, guys, when you sellthese socks, you're going toget this kind of return. And thensuddenly the auction is flooded withsocks. No one's gettingany return because we need to have aclock is worth like 900gold. The bots come out. Yeah.Formant linen cloth. Exactly. And theythat's what we don't want. You have toaccount for stuff likethat. But it should be just from youplaying the game that youlevel up your battle pass. Itshouldn't be a thought thing. Yeah, thatthat's fair. So I see youare in that case, probablysuggesting a count wide battle passacross all yourcharacters. I like that idea a lot.I like yeah, like like you're you'redoing your weekly or whateverthe heck they're going to dofor end game progression. There probablywill be some kind of ingame progression. But let's sayit's like a weekly raid like Fama, as you14 and like World ofWarcraft. So like you do yourraid for the week on your main, you getbattle pass points that way. Then you hop off and go on yourall level up your alts a little bit andjust getting likeachievements and exploring andleveling up. You get points in yourbattle pass to that way.I can see that being cool. But then he has like 100 percent cosmeticright of like like whatevery tier be a cosmetic. Isthat what you're suggesting? Because likefor an account widebattle pass on an MMO.I'm not sure what you do because youcan't like really give likeyou just give like currencysometimes and you like pick a characterthat gets the currencystuff like that is like a battlepass on a most. I see what you're saying, but it's very likethere's some stuff that's goingto be cosmetic, but it can't all becosmetic items for everysingle level. Yeah, exactly.Yeah, I think that in between. There has to be like you. So there iscosmetic items, but then Ithink you do add somethinglike the trading post, like why reinventthe wheel? Like you'll get a currencythat you can save up for thenext battle pass kind of thing.Oh, yeah, you get 100 of this currencyand you could spend it andyou could even add a littlebit of RNG in there where you like youget like a chest, but RNGprotector is you could spend thegold that you're getting from leveling upthe battle pass to buy thestuff that you don't get.You know what I mean? Like from thetrading post, whatever. Ithink you'll definitely needa currency for sure. Yeah, I agree. Iagree. specific like battlepass currency of some kind, which like already I feel like it's soscary to say thingslike battle pass currency. But at the same time, I think there's aright way to do it. We justhaven't seen it. There is.Right. Yeah, it's 100 percent the rightway to do it. Yeah, there's a player friendly fun wayof making that happen. It's probably noteasy. I'm sure thattakes some like seriousdedication, development time to make thatfun. But I genuinelythink it could be a lot of funand bring a lot ofplayability, a lot of reasons to log on.I agree 100 percent. I really hope thatthat's the directionthat we go and that'sthe direction that seems best to me.That's the only directionthat I think will will work out.Yeah, I agree. I mean, how other MMOs Ilike obviously GuildWars 2 has done just purelyexpansion based. And I think they alsohave an in game shop is howthey do it. You buy expansionsand that's it. But you also have in gameshop mounts and stufflike that. Is there an otheror does not have an in game shop? No. AndI think that you would win a lot ofcredit with the lookat the end of the day, reputation is themost important thing.Sometimes you need to give upthe quick and easy dollar to buildreputation. I guarantee youread. I can guarantee it 100percent. I understand there's noguarantees. And you talk to investors andthey're not going toagree with what I'm saying. If you foregothe shop for cosmetic model,if you let that go and say,we're not going to do that, more peoplewill buy a battle pass andmore people will invest in abattle pass and more people will likesay, OK, you know, there'snothing here. This is the onlything that I have to buy every month. It's a battle pass. And it'snot like if you take away theI can just buy a cool amount, itincreases the value of theamounts that you get. And if youput a cool amount at the end of thebattle pass, that will be more valuedbecause you're not justselling equally just this cool amount, ifnot cooler amount forreal cash on the store. Andbecause of that, it increases the valueof your battle pass and we will buy that.If you let that go, let go of the store, just stop it. You don't have to do it.If you let it go, I understand it's theeasiest. It's so difficultbecause you can literally printmoney. You can just print it. You know, your earnings call iscoming up. You need somethingto pick me up. You just boom, you releasea little bit of astore amount on the store.Oh, yeah. And you're good money. Yeah. But I get it. And you'rea company of your game.Yeah. But I'm telling you right now, that's the best directionI can think of personally. And they may be thinking of somethingcompletely different, not abattle pass, not a store. Andmaybe if I sat down and thought about itfor hours. Yeah. But inmy opinion, that's the bestroute. If you let go of the store and yourelease a battle pass oncea month and just have peoplebuy that, that's the way to go. Dude, Ihave to agree with you.I think it wouldn't bethe easiest way. I think it woulddefinitely be like it would take sometime to figure out forsure to make a battle pass that'sgenuinely entertaining andgenuinely engaging and fun toget through that actually make people, you know, look positively on it and geton to play and levelup their battle pass. I can imagine it'snot easy, but I genuinelythink it'd be massively rewardingif they do. And if they actually pullthat off. But you just got tobe careful. I know that maybethere will be something where you can buythe whole battle pass inone go. Yeah. You'll buy thelevels. That's also not the good. Yeah, that's the only partabout that. You can do that.Yeah, that would satisfy the whales, Iguess, which may be betterthan trying to satisfy themin another way. Yeah. All right. But allright. The thing about whales is thatwhales get attractedto games. I have a lot of players. Allright. They want toflaunt their money in front ofthousands of players, not 10 players.Yeah. You do that byhaving a player friendly model. And the whales buy their battle pass. Andsadly, they'll have togrind it out. But they'll buythat battle pass every month. I can tellyou that much. Man, I think I hope thatthat's the directionthey go. We'll have to see. I know wemissed that we didn't hitall the topics today, but we'lltry to hit them. I know we said just alittle bit. I know we didn't talk aboutthe end of legends ofRuneterra, but that's really a hot topicright now. Everyone's likeit's the end of legends ofreturn. Guys, it's not they're focusingon PVE. There's a whole newexpansion coming out for thePVE area and legends of Runeterra, thepath of champions. Short, short take. It's not the end,but stay tuned for opinions on nextepisode. We didn't talkabout lore consolidation andwe didn't talk about. We only hit twotopics. We didn't talk aboutIsurite games making a turnbased strategy game set in Runeterra. Andthen I wanted to talk moreabout player progression. We talked about how the differentchampions can how your differentcharacters can interact.Like we're talking about the battle passthat kind of carriesthrough on all your characters, which I think is the right move. Agree. What else kind of carriesthrough on all your characters?Because I do think that's important. Andwe missed a lot of thebeasts, which I'm again,I'm going to link that beastiary down inthe description below. Oh, yeah.Well, we'll get through some more beaststhe next time. Got whateverwe try to any topic on theright. I'm a boy with a pivot guarantee.Yeah, pretty muchonly covered Bilgewater. And we didn't even finish. But it's OK.It's too good.
