NOW on the Studio CPO podcast, host Steven Buck, President/CEO, interviews Diana Sturdevent, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Research at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences College of Nursing. Dr. Sturdevent focuses on geriatric research and shares with us her climb up the career ladder. She started as a CNA, transitioned to LPN, the RN, followed by bachelor's of nursing, then master's of nursing, and eventually earning her Ph.D. She also shares her thoughts on leadership and being 'self-reflective.'
