Speaker 3What's up, guys? It's your girl, moon baby Raya.
Speaker 2All right, we're gonna jump right into some of these music reviews and Moon baby is gonna be giving us her honest take on a few local artists that I introduced her to you, starting with your boy, iron mic, and, uh, his song with Method man.
Speaker 4Yeah, oh, which is I'm changing faces, a new touch. You wanted all the juice than you been. I'm more like heavy Mr. Big stuff before they have injections for big Pocket full of honest that's big bucks, no capital today.
Speaker 5Rappers on big bro. They're trying to fight the rower like big Chuck.
Speaker 4I'm trying to tell these cows they get tough. They're trying to rush out like creast.
Speaker 2So, there we go. That's, uh, the first couple of bars that you heard from iron mic how you feel about them.
Speaker 3I don't love it. I don't love it. I just think it's funny, like when somebody gives you like like the vibe that they're trying to be another artist, and then they mention the other artist, yeah. So then you know like, all right, you want to be him, so bad, but you're not like I don't know, is that?
Speaker 2is that something you you listen to in your car?
Speaker 3No.
Speaker 2Never. No, All right, let's go on to uh how you feel about this track. Yeah.
Speaker 6Oh.
Speaker 3You gonna be an auto-tune princess. I, this is the one.
Speaker 7You better say that bullshit for a different song, because when I wake in the morning I put my city on.
Speaker 8I'm ready to get on.
Speaker 7So let's get on, let's get going like fight night in Las Vegas.
Speaker 1I feel the love and it's overtaking by all the haters. Cause when you find this shining, focusing on your paper, it ain't hard to point out all the fakers who brought the rapists. You got a cheap winnys it's all a mindset.
Speaker 5The huff is the ambition.
Speaker 7I had it from the beginning. I'm swinging it, it's ending.
Speaker 2I'm shooting it. It's quarter. My pain came like my jump shot my shit's water. The city is mine, the greedy and frown my brain was healthy, but the girls are pretty and fine.
Speaker 1Who paid for?
Speaker 2it how you feel about the second track.
Speaker 3Okay, that one. Like he wasn't an auto-tune princess as much as I thought it was about to be, so I'll give him that. However, that chorus needs to go Like it needs to go immediately. Like he needs to redo the song and switch that a thousand percent to even have a chance.
Speaker 2So, as an artist, right now, what are you giving him? A thumbs up or a thumbs down? Thumbs down, thumbs down, not something you bump in your car.
Speaker 3Nah, if he came up on my Pandora, that would have been the last time he came up.
Speaker 2No, Okay, moving along, let's move on to uh, who's next? The Dax.
Speaker 4Adventure. I'm up in the news believing I'm spending the 40 I might go back to my shorty, I can be brah and no bass and I'm catching my PMSS Pitching up at your interview.
Speaker 2That's Sted X and Vio Vondedon. How do you feel about that track?
Speaker 3It was giving like Migos.
Speaker 2Migos vibes.
Speaker 3Yeah, but I feel like Migos would have done it better, obviously.
Speaker 2Okay, uh, thumbs up or thumbs down.
Speaker 3Thumbs down, thumbs down. Yeah, I wasn't really feeling it like. Again if it came up on my pandora I would have next to it Probably within three seconds. You wouldn't be coming to listen to no.
Speaker 2Alright, let's give you another song From Sted X.
Speaker 7Look at my dynamic all my dynamic.
Speaker 5Just send me the check, pop up a dent and shoot right to the notes I'm trying to send you but I ain't no hope I pick your luck with a twerk pop up the right finger.
Speaker 4True, I'm in a sec Migos be clocking my pain, but that shit ain't new anyplace.
Speaker 1I fuck my shit man you in the presence of Rick.
Speaker 5I'm strong. He ain't need a sister yelling no God, but that ain't rich.
Speaker 1I'm usually talking with dope and they happening now. That's me a creep that I just happen to beat. I reckon.
Speaker 5I'm in this on the seat, trapped on the island. Money from Dallas. I'm chillin', but they want that goon talk.
Speaker 6Down on the beach, head down to me, meet up to something I miss.
Speaker 1I'm a moonwalk, give me gon' backstrap, pick it, backstab. We not like them. Black cats, without open your eyes, I feel like some hot sauce money was raised from the trap pack. I ain't no truck in the matter.
Speaker 4You say my name but it ain't got it. Put me in place. I'm the batter, but that's the lame in you. After you got the pain of the chapter. Nick niggas is chillin' I'm not doing shit in the mansion. Look like I look in the ranch.
Speaker 3I'm out with my men. I put the block for bed. I left the block in Gucci.
Speaker 5Nick is a woman.
Speaker 4I do not fuck with her booty. She gotta pee me in Gucci now. That can't live me. I cannot move to lunch. Nick is out here on the shoe.
Speaker 1Yeah, we put the block on a burglar.
Speaker 5I made it last the same Rockin' round. They cannot tell me I'm burglar. I do not, do not regular. Yeah, none of my bitches is back to life. You know this country and get in that cell.
Speaker 6You know that. Show each and every Fucker Jennifer. I'ma just call her Jennifer. We was out moving that, jennifer we was out moving that pipe.
Speaker 4We was out moving that night.
Speaker 2What's she take on that song right there?
Speaker 3Well, I know what the song is called gotta be called regular. He gotta be sponsored by the word like. I feel like the beat was alright. You know what I mean. Like the beat was alright, but I don't like that when they use the same word to rhyme. He said regular in five line straight and then he said Jennifer about five line straight. I don't like that. Thumbs up or thumbs down, Thumbs down, man thumbs down. Alright, so. He's not hitting like what's going on.
Speaker 2So, siddax, as an artist, what are you giving him? Thumbs up or thumbs down?
Speaker 3I feel like I hate her. I gotta give her thumbs down, though, Like I just I would not bump this.
Speaker 2Okay, alright, that's your take. Nobody's mad at you Moving on 4.5 5.5.
Speaker 15.5.
Speaker 2How do you feel about 4.5, Spanish mommy?
Speaker 3You know what I wanna know? I wanna know how Pop Smoke feels, Lying in his grade, Just hearing all these artists just trying to be him Like as soon as it comes on. It's like is that you Like what's going on? But it's like it's not that it's.
Speaker 2Alright, let me reassure you. That is the farthest thing from Pop Smoke. That's the basketball players that we're listening to just now.
Speaker 3Yeah, that's the thing of it. It's like You're trying to be somebody that you're not. You know what I'm saying. So, it's never gonna hit like the way that you're trying to make it hit. It's not going to cause. That's not you. I feel like if the assignment was to copy somebody else like you got that, but I still would just go listen to Pop.
Speaker 2Is that something that you could bump in your car when you drive down?
Speaker 3That probably wouldn't to be honest.
Speaker 2Same artist Next song. This is his most popular song to date. How do you feel about Big Four?
Speaker 3Not rocking with them. Gotta say I'm kind of disappointed.
Speaker 2Disappointed. Yeah, not fucking with it.
Speaker 3Not at all.
Speaker 2Okay, we'll give you one more song by Four Dot. This is Four Dot and Holy Moe.
Speaker 8Coming up eight, she's catching it.
Speaker 2Oh.
Speaker 4That was the and now I'm in OG, I look in the lamp. Cause they in the nose, please, while I'm on the flow seats in the car. That could dash. My bitch is so bad. My niggas is mad if you cross the line.
Speaker 2I'm dropping a pack. Put that on your ass. While I'm on the last, my head is hanging like they needin' a cash. I keep it with me. I ain't tryin' to pass, but all these hunnids that.
Speaker 4I got in the stands have my niggas show up. It's a real nigga party and niggas is never invited, never invited. It should be so calm. When they bring me drama, give me a sight. I ain't sight, I don't even smoke, but I roll my niggas up and tell them to like madstone in the videos can't get nobody in tight. It's a real nigga party and niggas is never invited.
Speaker 2Never invited, it should be so calm when they bring me drama, give me a sight.
Speaker 4I ain't sight, I don't even smoke, but I roll my niggas up and tell them to like madstone in the videos can't get nobody in tight my hip make jeans and patches.
Speaker 1Feelin' my reins and curves, I just like fuckin' on wretches comin' up face shit catchin'. It. Run up a second, ain't edg'. It run up a second, ain't edg' it run up a second ain't edg'.
Speaker 2It Run up a second ain't edg' it make me jeans and patches.
Speaker 1Feelin' my reins and curves I just like fuckin' on wretches comin' up face shit catchin' it Average 4.5.
Speaker 3This one. I feel like this was the best one that we heard so far.
Speaker 2And how was it? Was it average?
Speaker 3It was yeah, Very much so, very much so.
Speaker 2Yeah, 4.5 is trash. I think you said that's the best song you heard so far out of all of those artists.
Speaker 3I think so yeah, this is the one that I feel like would I put it on? No, but if someone put it on in the car, they're not gonna get kicked off the ox, You're gonna let them rock out. You'd be like, alright, don't play some shit like that again, but this will let us like.
Speaker 2I'm not gonna hold you if you play that bullshit on my ox. You're getting out of the car, it's over.
Speaker 3So we're done, I do not wanna hear no bullshit.
Speaker 2I don't wanna hear no 4.5 in my car at all. Listen, that's over. But that's my opinion. Would you put 4.5 on?
Speaker 3Would I put it on? Oh no, that's not making it out into my playlist.
Music Reviews
Speaker 2Okay, no, alright, so we're gonna move on from 4. And she gave you some credit, nigga. She said that was the best song she heard so far. I mean too you said I think she's capped it.
Speaker 3They was all trash though, so it's like a step up above trash, but I mean, a compliment is a compliment. Take what you could get.
Speaker 2Alright, so we played Holy Moe, yet no.
Speaker 3No.
Speaker 2Alright, we're going, holy Moe.
Speaker 5I thought you were gonna say Holy Moe.
Speaker 6You're gonna say that it's not really. You're gonna say Holy Moe.
Speaker 4All I want is I'll be gone get in cuz niggas, don't wanna be boring anymore everybody's a critic. Niggas got signed the same. Cuz they see us broken, do them duds. But I've been trying to get it. Told them niggas to fuck with me. They didn't want it before.
Speaker 5Now they see that I'm winning when I say that I'm winning, I'm settled, so runnin' for more.
Speaker 8And I got the gang with me. I know they gon' beg for me.
Speaker 4The niggas to hang with me gon' do anything for me. So, niggas, I get a word. The niggas gon' pull up little nigga. I'm like fuck what you heard. Your niggas is hers.
Speaker 8But I say all that crap, little nigga, don't jump off the curb, cuz they could get real with me If you couldn't deal with me. You two are just still with me, cuz I got the hell with me.
Speaker 2First take on Holy Moe.
Speaker 3You coulda turned it off within the first three seconds. To be honest, it took him three seconds to royally ick me.
Speaker 2Why is that? Holy got some bars too. I'm gonna play something different for you from Holy. If I'm a vouch for any of those artists, I'm a vouch for Holy. He got some bars, but maybe this wasn't it.
Speaker 3You gon' vouch for the autotune, princess.
Speaker 2Alright, let me play his a lot from the gutter freestyle. He was the first artist to come up to my podcast and freestyle for me, so maybe it's cuz of that I have a connection. But here's his freestyle.
Speaker 4He's just trying to take it. My good content is only things like they nothing play.
Speaker 1They invest so much in the money, like how the niggas get tired in a light.
Speaker 4How the niggas ain't standing tall when?
Speaker 1they get caught for a crowd.
Speaker 2I know you guys, we got niggas losing their hearts, so I'm gonna talk to you like this right.
Speaker 4If you need a room like that, I can sit down and be with you for a second.
Speaker 6I said my brother, he got some shots on that wacky fussy.
Speaker 4I understand that this is shit, but I'm sure it's fucked I have to give it to him, give it to my brother don't
Speaker 1you look at me like this this is what I'm doing. Like show me the side, if I don't wanna fall straight, please keep me alive, but all of you can look. All of you never need I'm not shit anymore. How?
Speaker 2do you feel about those bars?
Speaker 3You know I have to give him his props for the freestyle though. I feel, like that was really valid for the style. That was good cause he didn't have the opportunity to sit there and fuck around with that auto tune. That's why.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 3Like that was good.
Speaker 2So you're not jacking the auto tune.
Speaker 3I don't like that at all. I feel like there's no reason like I wanna hear your voice, you know.
Speaker 2Alright, here's another. Here's his second biggest song On Spotify.
Speaker 6I know these niggas don't care about me.
Speaker 4I know they don't care about me. I know they don't care for me only real ones that don't care for me. So when I go, go, she won't care for me like I want me to win. I've seen it before. My brother was locked in a pen and do it again if I'm picking up boys, they don't care for pen.
Speaker 2I see they want to get switched side or side. One of them want to let shit slide. If niggas act funny to me, if fucking it is not into me, I'm a big rock, me big bad, big vibes, rock cute in the face, aja big hot on the outside.
Speaker 4Hot on the side, only real ones that don't care for me. How?
Speaker 2do you feel about that one?
Speaker 3That one is doing it for me.
Speaker 2That's doing it.
Speaker 3It's doing it. I could play this, you know.
Speaker 2So out of all the songs you heard so far, where you rank that one?
Speaker 3What do I rank it Like out of 10?
Speaker 2No, out of all the songs you heard so far.
Speaker 3That got it. That's what got it.
Speaker 2for sure, that's the best song for absolutely Would you bump that one.
Speaker 3Oh, I will bump it if I'm racing or I'm like really like in the mood, just throwing a couple shots back or something I could throw that on.
Speaker 2I'm up a dumb down.
Speaker 3I'm up.
Speaker 2Okay, I'm up for sure, holy Moe got the first thumbs up. Let's go Alright. So, moving on from Holy Moe, who's next? Tyrone Briggs. Tyrone Briggs, standout and biggest artist. 10 million spins. Tyrone Briggs most popular song.
Speaker 4Victoria's, victoria's, it is day and age. I got time for innovation, time to be creative, time to pick the race. So my time on critics I hit plenty by your opinion. This is you all just embracing that watch. I've always done right and suck. No day like same, as though that's when I had to.
Speaker 3I'm not really. I feel the last song that we played in this one they should swap like that should be the one with the most attention. Oh yeah okay, but this one to be is kind of crazy to me.
Speaker 2Yeah, this one got 10 million spins 11.
Speaker 310 million, that's a lot. Like a lot of people want to listen to that.
Speaker 2Yeah, that song is played on NCAA College basketball.
Speaker 3Yeah, it's giving, like you know, commercial elevator. I could see that for sure, but in my headphones on my playlist. That's a no from me.
Speaker 2Not jacking the thumbs down. Thumbs down, okay. The second biggest song.
Speaker 6Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 4Yeah.
Speaker 2Jacking it.
Speaker 3In the beginning, when it was playing, I wholeheartedly, genuinely, was waiting for high school musical to bust through the door. The whole dance routine, everything like it was perfect, perfect for that. That's all. I can't get it out of my head.
Speaker 2So thumbs up with thumbs down, thumbs down.
Speaker 3I don't even like high school musical like that Okay.
Speaker 2So Tyrone Briggs thumbs down. She's not jacking the most popular artists from Staten Island. And last but not least, we got Nizzleman.
Speaker 3I would have swiped that so quick.
Speaker 2Thumbs down, thumbs down. No, not jacking it. No, why not?
Speaker 3It's just like oh, his lines was weird to me. They were just giving weird, Weird lines, like what you even talking about.
Speaker 2Alright, I got something for you. Nizzleman. We're going to get right into Nizzleman verse. I'm going to skip Squid Nice.
Speaker 1I'm going to skip Squid Nice.
Speaker 3For him to take Nioh's little beat and then do what he did. He knows he was dead wrong for that. He knows it. You know he was wrong for that. If you watch him, you know you're wrong. Skip, goodbye, you're done.
Speaker 2Thumbs down Alright, so she's not jacking no Staten Island artists. Really, She'll give Holy Moa a shot. She said that's the music reviews.
Speaker 5What is Clair, what is Clair, it's the, uh, the second part of the million. Then, what is Clair, what is Clair, what is Clair, what is Clair, what is Clair, what is Clair.
Speaker 7What is Clair? I tell them that I'm the.
Speaker 5C. They tellin' me okay, prove it. I leady bitches on red, so now they know that they do it.
Speaker 3I tell them I'm moving units my videos they gon' do it by the spying.
Speaker 7Gotta lie. They really streaming my music. I give bitches the kind. They fuck around and lose it. Now I am the way, by only way, when I'm telling them bye, bitch, we ain't turnin', ain't returnin', or I gonna call when I'm around with you know who be coming. Who's about? I wanna play with the niggas that the power at the top. My niggas spray like 50,. Come on, bitch. I just put a million on my bitch minus like 50, mine was 950 60.
Speaker 2Fuck, fuck, fuck fuck fuck, fuck, fuck you talking niggas in the album.
Speaker 3I didn't even listen to it. None of it. I'm not gonna lie to you none of it.
Speaker 2Okay, why not? Um you not?
Speaker 3a big niggie fan? Not really no.
Speaker 2Oh you, team Cardi.
Speaker 3Actually, yes, I am team Cardi, I'm not mad at you. Yeah, I'm not mad at you. Okay, that's so funny. Yeah, I am.
Speaker 2Alright, um how you feel about Fuck the Club up. That's this, yeah.
Trauma Healing and Massage Therapy
Speaker 3Um, it seems alright. I mean, I wasn't really paying attention, though. Shoot, I'm not gonna lie, but it's mid. I feel like everything that she puts out is mid. It's just the fact that you know she's.
Speaker 2Oh, that's a very unpopular opinion right there. Yeah, it is, it is.
Speaker 3But like she's a girl, she has the look, she has the body, like she wasn't afraid to like, rub like a guy in a girl's body, so like it made sense that she took off. But I feel like if there was a bigger pool of like female musicians at her level, she wouldn't be.
Speaker 2As big as she is. Yeah, hmm, I'm a Nicki fan, I'm a Team Nicki, so I fuck with the music, the vibe, the energy, everything she puts out. I'm always back it, so I guess my take would be buys, but I fuck with the album. I listened to it last night. I thought it was pretty good, pretty cool. I like the song with her and J Cole, the song with her and Drake. I thought they were pretty good songs, but that's my opinion.
Speaker 3You feel like you could use this album to sway someone who wasn't a fan to like her. I feel like it's like good, like that, or it would have to be some of her other stuff.
Speaker 2If I was swaying someone that wasn't Team Nicki, I would probably use a different album. I'll probably use Pink Friday. Okay, yeah, okay, because I feel like that's more of the core of who she is. I think this is more of who she evolved into.
Speaker 3Okay.
Speaker 2Okay, yeah, but we here with Mariah Kemp y'all Moon Baby Riah.
Speaker 3What's up, guys?
Speaker 2Interesting young female from Mass. What do you got going on? Tell them about some of your services.
Speaker 3So, basically, I'm trying to bring energy services into my area. That's my main focus. Massage therapy as well, of course, okay. But my target audience, I would say, is the minority community, especially Trying to bring trauma healing and energy work to them.
Speaker 2Okay, massachusetts, first energy transmitter. That's what you claim to be Correct, correct. And what exactly is an energy transmitter?
Speaker 3for those who don't know, so the best way to describe an energy transmitter would be my energy is. It's very stable and I'm able to control it easily. So if someone comes to me and their energy is offed, I can kind of absorb theirs and replace it with, not necessarily my energy, but just energy from the universe, from the outside source, to kind of fill that void and help them release the negativity that's inside of them.
Speaker 2Okay, so you deal with trauma.
Speaker 3I do yes.
Speaker 2Would you say that's one of your specialties?
Speaker 3Definitely.
Speaker 2Yes, okay, and how does massage therapy play into that?
Speaker 3So they go hand in hand. Touch is very healing as well as energy, so when you mix the two together, it's like the best of both worlds. So you can get Reiki services that are completely hands free you don't lay hands, you don't touch the body at all, nothing and then you can get a Reiki healing session that has massage therapy as well. Say, if you have a specific type of trauma where it's stored in your shoulders or your neck, you would want to get massage therapy in that area to help you release.
Speaker 2Okay, so what has been more capitalism for you, like energy transmuting or massage therapy? What's been a bigger bag for you?
Speaker 3That's a good question. Honestly, I would say in salon it has been the massage, because I've noticed a lot of people. They think that I'm a therapist, they think that it's like a therapy session, which I guess in a way it definitely it's therapeutic, so it can be seen as a therapy session, but they don't necessarily feel comfortable to come into a salon and trauma dump.
Speaker 3Essentially, about what's going on. You know, because of course there's other things going on. There's other people around, even though we have a private space, but there is still other people in the vicinity. So I've noticed that my traveling services or in home services those are more likely to be.
Speaker 2Those are more popular. Yeah, okay, so I've spoken with a few massage therapists and they all say that it could be challenging dealing with, you know, separating a personal personalization from business in that field. Do you find that to be challenging at all?
Speaker 3In terms of what do you mean?
Speaker 2Like, I guess, clients wanting more than a massage.
Speaker 3Oh, I see, I would say it's not challenging if you're comfortable with setting your boundaries up front. And I know like, especially when you're trying to make money, it's easy to kind of just be like, oh well, I don't do that, but I can do this, or blah, blah, blah, like to try to still convince that particular person to be a client in the way that you want them to be. Yeah, I would recommend not doing that as soon as somebody even hints that they're going to cross a boundary. Not all money is good money, so you don't need that client. Just cut that off completely, I would say. What does make it difficult, though, is that a lot of people do offer extra services, I would say especially like traveling and like in-home masseuses. That's like kind of a norm, so that I can see making it harder for people who don't do that.
Speaker 7Yeah.
Speaker 2You know, so let's say you're given a regular upper body massage.
Speaker 3Okay.
Speaker 2And the client has 500 cash right there, he puts it and he says he'll give it to you for a happy ending. How would you respond to that?
Speaker 3You want to know. What's crazy is that something like this actually happened to me and it was okay. So I did the regular massage. He got like a therapeutic massage and then a cupping session which is just on his back, and then at the end I was like I'm going to step out, give you a minute to get dressed, blah, blah, blah, and then I'll come back in. So I leave the room, I come back, do my little knock, like hey, you're all set. He's like yeah, come in. Okay, cool.
Speaker 3I walk in and this man is standing there, towel open, like just presenting Okay, full butt, booty naked, okay, just looking at me, like hanging, and it was little, okay, let's just throw that out there, okay. So I'm like what happened? Like this, like the balls that this man had, and he's just sitting there like looking at me and I'm like, oh my God, I'm like sir, and I just shut the door Like I like panicked and I'm talking through the door. I'm like I asked you if you were ready, like presentable, so that I could come into the room. And he's like oh my God, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, whatever. Then I go back in. He's closed now and he pulls out his wallet. He's like can we do anything extra? Like, how about this much? And I'm like, sir, no. And he's like, what about this much, this much, this much?
Speaker 2He's trying to like pull it out and was he pulling out an amount of money that would you would consider for doing anything?
Speaker 3No, because you know what it is. Let's be honest, like people, sex is a crazy thing. People have sex for free with people they have no business having sex with, with bums, with with losers, with people that don't care about them, blah, blah, blah. It's not even like that aspect, it's just one. If I brought you here for a service, I feel like you need to respect me and just get your service and then leave. And then also, like, my big thing is like if I was going to do something like that, I just couldn't, because I could never get past the thought of like, imagine if you get caught and then, like you go to jail In your little report or whatever it's going to say prostitution.
Speaker 7Yeah.
Speaker 3And I'm not. I'm not, I'm not hating on anybody, I'm not doing any of that, but it's like for me I would be mortified. That would be like the most embarrassing thing in the entire world. So, no, that's just not it for me personally.
Speaker 2Okay, I'm not mad at you. I'm not mad at you, so has there been any other crazy experiences that you've had while giving them a massage? People stepping out of line, getting out of pocket? One more request and more demanding, more.
Speaker 3I've had. I've had people request it.
Speaker 3For sure I've had people request it like in person in front of me and that's always like interesting, because it's like no, and now you're going to get the service, like you're still going to spend the money. I don't care, because we both got here. I used my time, my, my resources to set up for you. Like you're not leaving now. So there's that. I think. The other weird thing is like it's tough when you use your social media as like an advertisement for your business, because then anybody can see. Everybody has access to where you work and things like that.
Speaker 3So I've definitely gotten stalked and things like that have people be like hey, I'm here for a service, blah, blah, blah. Like can I see you? And I would say things like okay, well, we didn't book a service today, so like what do you mean? Like I guess I could squeeze you in, like let's go upstairs, and they would say like, oh, why don't you come over to my car? Like let's just talk for a second. No, no, that's being weird. Yeah, that's so weird. Like absolutely not.
Speaker 2No, so, I'm sure you've gotten some bizarre DMs.
Speaker 3Yeah, I mean yes and no, like I used to get worse ones, but then I found that you can actually like what is it called? You know how you can filter like your Instagram. You can do that for messages too. So once I did that, like I really don't get anything crazy anymore.
Speaker 2Uh, elaborate on filter. And what are you filtering exactly Like? How do you filter your comments, your DMs?
Speaker 3I have basically anything suggestive, anything sexual, anything that would just that there's no reason for me to even look at it. Like I know, once you include this in the message, like there's no response, there's nothing to do from there. Yeah, those are all filtered.
Speaker 2Nice. How'd you do that, you?
Speaker 3can do it right in your settings.
Speaker 2Oh yeah.
Speaker 3Yeah, when you do it for comments it has like a little tab. If you want to do it for messages too, I just clicked it off.
Speaker 2Oh, that's fine, I didn't even know that.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 2So what are some of the Wildest DMs you've gotten this year 2023, that made it through, that you've actually seen Um.
Speaker 3I mean for the massage ones. I've definitely gotten things like that, like asking me how much they would pay me to do like a split on the D or like something so dumb like that.
Speaker 7Yeah.
Speaker 3Yeah, um, I've had people ask you know, if you'll do like oral or things like that, like, you know, like, and they're like oh, name a price, like any price, no, no, and things like that. You know, that drives me crazy too, because it's like people ask that and it's like I don't even know anything about you, like, why would you just? Ask a woman to put my mouth on your private.
Speaker 3Like you could have AIDS, like you could have anything like, and you think someone's going to do that for like a couple hundred dollars, a couple thousand dollars. Now I'm sick for the rest of my life.
Speaker 7Yeah.
Speaker 3No, but yeah, it's stuff like that and like me, I'm just like I told you earlier, I'm low key, you know, like I don't really do too much on social media, so I don't really like the extra, like attention Okay. So those kinds of messages, I'm like I can't do it. They got to go.
Speaker 2So have you ever given a massage to a dude that you was dealing with?
Speaker 3A dude that I was dealing with.
Speaker 7Yeah.
Speaker 2Um, yeah.
Speaker 3I'm definitely giving a massage to guys that I've dealt with. Yeah.
Speaker 2And do you feel like boundaries get crossed when you do personal massages?
Speaker 3No, Because my thing was I take my business very seriously. So when I'm dating, you know, if a guy is like oh, I want to come see you and like get a massage, blah, blah, blah, you're paying for it.
Speaker 6One.
Speaker 3So you're like an actual customer, okay, and like when that has happened, and like the guy came in and he was like oh my God, like you're legit, like you're so strict right now, like you're so serious yeah, I am Cause this is like my business. You know what I mean.
Speaker 2It's something you take serious, you're passionate about.
Speaker 3Yeah, and it's like, if you know, if we're at home and we're boot up or something like that, that's completely different. You know, that's on my own time. But if, if you're coming to me as a client, like, even if it's my mom, my brother, a boyfriend, a girlfriend, whoever like then you're a client right now.
Exploring Alternative Relationships and Parenting
Speaker 2Okay, interesting, interesting. So are you into girls too?
Speaker 3Yes, sir.
Speaker 2Are you more into men or women?
Speaker 3That's tough. It's tough to say I feel like I'm more into women, but then I'm kind of not, cause I feel like women are into a lot of things that I'm not into.
Speaker 2Like why elaborate a little bit on that?
Speaker 3Oh, my God, the community is going to cancel me. Um, okay, so my biggest ick when dealing with a girl comes down to like sex toys and things like that. I don't like dealing with a girl and having to use like dildos and things like that, cause I feel like, for all that, I would just date a boy.
Speaker 2So you don't like using dildos when dealing with a girl. So how? How do y'all have fun? What do y'all want to do? You want to get a guy and bring him in the room.
Speaker 3Um, I mean, I've definitely have done that before too, but it's like if I'm with a girl, I want us to like enjoy each other's body with what we have.
Speaker 5Okay.
Speaker 3You know, like we could do web, we could find something new to do, I don't care. Like we could do all kinds of things.
Speaker 5Yeah.
Speaker 3But it's like I don't and I know they say like we're not trying to replicate a penis. Like I get it, it's just like the aspect of penetration, but another girl can't naturally give me penetration, so I feel like I don't really need that.
Speaker 2You don't desire that from a woman.
Speaker 3When I'm with a girl yeah.
Speaker 2You know that's an interesting take. Yeah, so you're not into like studs.
Speaker 3Not really.
Speaker 2No, no, you're more into girl girls.
Speaker 3Yeah, I like fens, I like cute, like little girls Like I want us to like go get our nails done and be girly together. I don't want someone who's going to like act like a boy Again. I would just date a boy.
Speaker 2Okay, you know Okay. And are you monogamous or are you polyamorous?
Speaker 3It depends it really depends on my mood. It depends on my mood. It depends on the season, it depends on who I'm with. I could be happy either way.
Speaker 2It depends on your mood or the season. So how would that last? How would that work in terms of longevity?
Speaker 3In what aspect?
Speaker 2Dealing with the individual in a relationship or a relationship basis, being with them. If you're with someone, then that really wouldn't be like a mood kind of thing. That would be something that's going to be consistent.
Speaker 3So my big thing is I'm really big on like communication. So everyone that I date, like right from the start, we have to have that conversation Like how do you feel about, you know, polyrelationships? Have you ever been in one? Are you open minded to one this and that? And I found that guys tend to be so open to it at first. You know they're like, oh my God, you want me to have two girlfriends. Like that's awesome, we're going to do this and that. But even then, sometimes when we're actually in it and they see like us two girls, like we're locked in, like this.
Speaker 7You know.
Speaker 3Then they start to feel like, oh, I'm like the third wheel, like I thought you guys were going to be crazy over me, like wait a minute, this doesn't work, you know so.
Speaker 2Is that something that's happened to you?
Speaker 3It has happened to me.
Speaker 2More than once.
Speaker 3No, well, it's tough. It happened with the same it's going crazy over there it is. It is going crazy but it's okay. It happened with the same guy, but we had dated like different girls together.
Speaker 2Okay.
Speaker 3And we ran into that problem.
Speaker 2So you was the main girl. Yeah, and y'all would bring other females into the relationship.
Speaker 3You could put it like that yeah.
Speaker 2And that didn't work for you. Why not?
Speaker 3Um, well, it ultimately didn't work because that particular relationship with me and the guy it was not really so much like let's just go get date girls. I didn't want to be in that relationship anymore and I had expressed that we had been together for years and years and years like 10 years at that point. So I had said you know, I don't really want to be in this anymore, I would rather go explore dating women. That's kind of where my head is at. And he preferred to work things out. So the compromise was that we would bring a girl in try to work on our shit. I would be able to be with the girl so I can get that sorted out, and blah, blah, blah.
Speaker 3But it was like no matter what girl it was or what we did, I never ran into the problems that most people do, like where they have issues with the girl. It always caused issues with him, you know, because it's like us two girls, we like each other more than you so and of course that's not going to feel good for anybody Like. That's not the way that it's supposed to be. That was just what happened in that time.
Speaker 2That sucks For that. What's your relationship like with that guy right now?
Speaker 3There's nothing there. We don't speak really. At all no.
Speaker 2You have kids, mm-hmm, how many?
Speaker 3Two.
Speaker 2And how's your relationship with your baby with all this?
Speaker 3That was him.
Speaker 2Oh yeah. Yeah, and he's not in his kid's life.
Speaker 3No.
Speaker 2Damn.
Speaker 3I mean, if you like that, though sometimes it's for the better. You know, I feel it's tough to hear because everyone wants to be like. Kids need a father, and I do think that every child needs positive.
Speaker 2So how do you feel? Let me show you this video before I, because, statistically speaking, you're a mom now. You're a single mom. You have two kids. It's just you and your two kids at home, right, yeah? What nationality are you?
Speaker 3I'm mixed, but I'm Jamaican and Native.
Speaker 2So, statistically speaking, you know, single mother households are raising the worst kids.
Speaker 3I believe that. I believe that.
Speaker 2What do you have to say to that?
Speaker 3Here's my thing. I agree with that and I also agree with it more heavily for our people. Unfortunately, I feel like there's a lot of pain in a lot of these households and I feel like a lot of moms, whether they try to or not, they take out a lot of their pain and life frustration on the kids and it's like it becomes an emotional thing. You're not meeting the emotional needs of your children, even oftentimes waterline, verbally, kind of abusive to your children, and it's like how do you expect them to come out? You know what do you expect if that's how it is and these kids have no escape. They literally they live with you. They have no choice but to be with you. So how you treat them, how you speak to them, their environment, it's shaping them to become whatever that festers to become when they grow up.
Speaker 2I'm looking for this video because I want to show you exactly what. Here it is.
Speaker 5It's a national fervor TV.
Speaker 8Here we go. We are in a crisis of ending with this single motherish, but it is a proven fact that single mother households produce the worst product. It's a fact If you take two parent households single father household, single mother household. Statistically based on facts, the household with the woman heading by herself produces the worst product, and for our people, for black people, for African American people, those single mother households are the reason why prisons are filled with a good majority of our people.
Speaker 6So these are facts, you see this on the table.
Speaker 8Here's the facts. And then you say so. Y'all need to start valuing men being involved in the lives of your children. I can't make you be with your baby, dad, but we can't say that somebody has to stay with somebody.
Speaker 6Children are being born out of situations where the two people aren't helping together but you have access to a man and a woman during their upbringing needs to be brought back.
Speaker 8I gotta laugh when I say this because you know the females get so mad. But we are in a crisis.
Speaker 3I know they get mad, but they're not wrong, though I mean they're not wrong at all.
Speaker 2So how does that make you feel and what you have to grow.
Speaker 3I have a son and a daughter.
Speaker 2A son and a daughter. So you have a. You're raising a boy, You're raising a man.
Speaker 3I am.
Speaker 2And you're a woman.
Speaker 3Right, right.
Speaker 2That's hard.
Speaker 3It is definitely hard. It's definitely hard.
Speaker 2Now, do you bring guys that you're dating around or do they have to wait a certain amount of time? Like, how does that work?
Speaker 3Yeah, so they have been around someone I was dating and I think it's the timeframe is a thing as well, and then it's also I have like a little list of qualities that I see that it's like okay what I want to even raise kids with this person, right. Like that's a question that you should ask before you get pregnant by someone, before anything, right. But obviously I already have the kids here. So it's like you know, when we argue, how do you react? Or when you're stressed, when you're low on sleep, when you this and that random things come up, how do you treat your mom, how do you treat your? You know your nieces and nephews, things like that. Like once I feel all those questions have been answered. If they pass, you know, then they can be around and that's fine. But really what I try to do is just, whether it's my brothers or other family members, my cousins, my dad, I like to make sure that they're heavily involved in my kids life.
Speaker 3You know what I mean. I don't want my son to only know the way of a woman because he's that's not going to help him in life. Yeah, definitely.
Speaker 2So do you value a man being around?
Speaker 3Absolutely.
Speaker 2Do you want them to have a relationship with their father?
Speaker 3It would be nice, you know, in a perfect world it would be nice. But I think there's some circumstances where you know, if kids don't feel safe around a certain person, I'm not that parent that you know, will not believe their kids.
Speaker 6You know.
Speaker 3So if you tell me I don't want to go with this person because you know he did this to me, or I don't feel safe, like I'm scared, I would rather stay home, you're going to stay home every time. I don't care if it's the dad, I don't care if it's my, my mom, their grandma, whoever.
Speaker 2And that's where you're at right now with them Right.
Speaker 3That's where we're at Okay.
Speaker 2so do you want more kids?
Speaker 3I can't. I want to adopt, for sure.
Speaker 2Why do you want to adopt?
Speaker 3I want to adopt because and I love the fact that we talked about this I feel like minority children, black children, especially, in the system they get the shittest of the shit end of the stick and I feel like I I have like one of those households, despite the fact that I am a sick of mom raising kids in my house. I know, you know, from outside input, from the things that people tell me when they come to my home and feel the vibe of like how I raised my kids. It's something that a lot of black kids are not getting in the home. You know, and I would love to give that to a couple more kids, as opposed to them growing up in a system that doesn't care about them. It's just waiting to basically throw them out to the streets, you know.
Speaker 2But wouldn't that eliminate the experience of growing your own and knowing that you know this child came from you. She has your DNA or he has your DNA, your blood.
Speaker 3Listen, I mean, I guess it does eliminate that particular experience. But I have to say, a lot of the people in my life that have rode for me the hardest and really gone to war for me, they were not blood. They were not blood. So I feel like the way that you can love someone so fiercely that it's like I went through this, this and this to get you like I chose you to be my child.
Speaker 3You didn't just grow inside me and you came out like I went and searched for you and you fit perfectly with us. I feel like that holds its own value too.
Goals and Topics for Podcasting
Speaker 2I like that. I like that. I like that a lot. Okay, Moon Baby Raya, let's get into it. What are some of your goals that you are seeking and accomplishing in 2024? What's on your what's on your list? Talk about your podcast coming up.
Speaker 3Alright, so for sure, I want to finally take that little leap into the podcast world.
Speaker 2Into the world of creativity.
Speaker 3The world of creativity, the influencer world, the world of just using your voice and having like a platform to just express anything, do anything. You know, I kind of tried to dabble into that on Facebook and Instagram, but it's like, if Facebook doesn't like what you say or it feels that you need to be filtered, then it will filter you, and if you didn't say anything wrong, you know. So I really do want to have my own area to just speak, because I feel like there's just there's a lot of ugly truths out there that people might not want to say. You might not want to be the one to say it and you might be scared to be the one to openly agree to it, but don't know, what I'm saying is a fact.
Speaker 2So what are some things you want to speak on and focus on in this, on this platform that you're going to develop?
Speaker 3My main things, honestly, one of them will be, you know, relationships and, I would say, parenting in our generation. Okay, because I think there's a lot of generational curses that need to be broken if we're going to continue reproducing.
Speaker 5Okay.
Speaker 3That's just. It just needs to happen.
Speaker 2So you want to speak on love relationships, parenting Okay.
Speaker 3Another thing that I'm big on, I would say, is men's mental health. Funny enough, that. And then sexual health, of course, because I work in a clinic. Those are big things for me that are really important, and I've the more that I dabble into psychology and through working in the clinic and talking to people like there are resources out there for both of these things but nobody really knows anything about them.
Speaker 2So those are going to be some of the things that we talk about. For us, we back moon baby finished. We gonna finish talking about Podcasting everything. Welcome, gas God in the building. Yes, who you got with you? Oh, I got you guys with me. Man telling me bulldogs, you know the founder.
Speaker 1You know we out side.
Speaker 5We hit me here.
Speaker 2Okay, okay, who's phone is that? Oh, that's, that's me being ratchet on, so that's my fault, all right, so, moon baby, unpopular opinions, let's get into it. Let's finish talking about it. What are some things that you plan to speak about with this platform and bring shed some attention to?
Speaker 3Honestly, it's just gonna be everything that that we all know. You know that maybe people are scared to say they don't want to be the one to say it first, but we all know it. Like, whether it comes to relationships, you know the whole. Who is the prize Aspect of it? I feel like the men and women are in a debate right now. Personally, I think that the man is the prize, but don't, don't cancel me quite yet.
Speaker 2So are you with 50-50?.
Speaker 3Which you mean?
Speaker 2go on half half 50-50 with your man. Have fun bills, have fun everything.
Speaker 3Have fun, right yes, no, because I feel like that's that's the point, like the man is the prize because he's gonna do that for you. You know what I mean. But but I will say, like I'm not for the women who do nothing while your man is doing everything. Because me personally, like, say, my man pays everything, I'm in school, I'm still working, I'm still doing my side hustle. God forbid something happens to him, I jump in and take over immediately. Or, you know, I randomly book us a Vacation, take the month off, yeah we out.
Speaker 3I see you've been working so hard but blah, blah, blah, this and that, like I got it, you know. And then we could switch off like I'll do more than my part, you know, and I can. Also, I don't mind like working, and I'll take care of the house and I'll cook and stuff like that, because it just comes easily to me. Yeah, you know what I mean.
Speaker 2So it's just like that, that's a plus a lot of women don't cook. There we go. Tell me, a lot of women don't cook. Yeah, tell me, yeah. So I'm big on. I'm big on, ian, you know, like if you can't cook it, it's just like come on.
Speaker 5Why are you here?
Speaker 2I think that's a Absolute necessity when dealing with a woman like with a woman and you gotta be able to cook like on the spot too, like because I'm like very I Pop up at any time. You know I'm out away from now, so I'll be home. You know I'm saying man, it's like you should be able to.
Speaker 2I've got me with my nigga up something real quick, whoa, whoa, whoa, because I know he's gonna be home. You just travel while I was, you know. So I'm saying and I know ain't nothing like come on to a good meal and not no bullshit crib and you know.
Speaker 5So I'm saying like it's beautiful.
Speaker 2So, yeah, I Me personally. Like she said, if you're not going 50, 50, you have to do the other side like you have to help out in areas where it's gray, yeah you know what I'm saying? That that's big, that's a big deal to at the same time, absolutely.
Speaker 7You know what I'm saying, so it's like I bet.
Speaker 5Well, I'm not doing this, but at least I'm helping with this and not shit. I could get paid over this. Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 2So, yeah, I respect that Exactly. So are you. Are you big on 50 50? For me, yeah. I think everybody should put you play a part, so that's not answering 50 50 though. So do you think the part that she plays should be 50% Contribution? Growing up, my bro used to live together like so I'm used to that.
Speaker 3You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 2Yeah, I'm used to going to rent a full bedroom house and it's I got a room, you got a room. You got this. Like whoever pays the lease gets the smallest room.
Speaker 5You know what I'm saying? It's still to this, still like that, it's like I mean I live like a frat.
Speaker 2You know what I'm saying like. So yeah, no.
Speaker 3Good, my bad to interrupt you. What about, like just perspective? Right, so I have my own apartment too.
Speaker 2We're not putting on my own house, excuse apartment.
Speaker 8It's not just frat, yeah, frat, but then I have my own privacy.
Speaker 3Yes, yeah, okay, okay.
Speaker 1That's why it's like yo you gotta put in your part, your part, your part you know because.
Speaker 3Yeah. So what about what about this? Right like you have a woman and you know you guys are gonna live together, she don't want to go 50 50 with you. However, however, you know your hair care products and stuff like that. Every time she's out she's making sure like if you need a rea, she's buying it out of pocket.
Speaker 2That's what I was convincing you know, you know, doing that's dope hey in your haircuts, a new game comes.
Speaker 3She gets that. That's, in a way, she's like eliminating a lot of your personal expenses. She's doing it anyway.
Speaker 2My great area that nobody really pays attention to right like you said, like yo, I want to come home to a clean crib. I want to come home to cook food. I'm gonna come home and the bed don't look like I came out of it three days ago, mm-hmm, you know, say what I'm saying like I want.
Speaker 5I like, I like that, I like candles lit. I like, I like the smell of, I like different smells.
Speaker 1I'm good, I'm big on that, you know.
Speaker 7I'm saying I want this room to smell different from this room because you know, I don't know, that's just just different, different vibe, yeah, different vibe every every room should have that, should have a different vibe.
Speaker 2So is that like an energy you could see yourself matching?
Speaker 3Yeah, what he just described that's. That's how it is in my house. Like the game room has its own certain sense. Like the kitchen, I like to keep the sense like low from candles and stuff like that. Yeah it's a clean smell because I'm always cooking, so it's gonna smell like food. I don't need to smell like food and like some fruity candle or something like no. So there's that. My bedroom will have like a like romantic, nice smells, soft lights, you know things like that.
Speaker 2Yeah, yeah, she's dope, she's dope, thank you, and she's. She's fucking Psychotic too. Tell me why. Tell me why we went to the Russell today. Shout out the Russell, grab and go big shout out to Russell, big shout out.
Speaker 3They were good.
Speaker 2Yeah, so tell me why we drive into the, to the, to the studio where we have right now. Right, I'm telling you, I'm like yo, follow me. And you know, I just sent you to adi Just for backup, just in case. But you know, just follow me, we'll get there, mm-hmm, and she has an electric car. So while we're driving, you know, I want to check on her, make sure she's good. I was like yo, how's your battery? She's like, she's like. Nah, my battery is good. You don't have to drive slow like we out, let's race. After she said that.
Speaker 2Bro, she said that, yeah, electric car shoot from zero. Bro, after she said that she just took the fuck, she must have sent that text and then just started. Bro, she was out, my lady. She was driving crazy on that highway. I still won, though. Did I, did I listen at this.
Speaker 3You wasn't even trying to do it like that.
Speaker 4So I was it.
Speaker 3I slowed down and then I went behind you when I was like, all right, he's not even trying to do all that, he's a good civilian. Let me just chill out and then you want to talk about I won because I went behind him. That was crazy.
Speaker 2Nah, I'm telling you, it's like all right, it's like a video game, like no funny shit, like they really take off, like soon you step on, soon as you step on, that gas is gone, they have the goods in your bags. The bad shit is, bro, that 45 minute roll up like I call it a 45 minute roller, cuz you got a roller to the spot and what you gonna do for 45 minutes. Nah, I don't be taking that long to charge.
Speaker 3Even longer than that yeah.
Speaker 2Yeah, About 45 minutes bro.
Speaker 7Yeah, after I leave now, my side got the.
Speaker 2Tesla. We went in charge of shit. Got the baby Tesla.
Speaker 4Oh, okay, that's why the that shit, that shit, and you got a charger at the extra this I did this um Strong and charge for the supercharger.
Speaker 3Yeah, supercharger. Those is those 45 minutes. Even now it is longer from my car.
Speaker 2I'm telling you, bro, you can use the superchargers on yours.
Speaker 3I can use it, but it's like a heart for.
Speaker 2That's that's it, you're not. And then you gotta get me, gotta be like the top of the new city, the Bronx area.
Speaker 3You're not getting no further than that. Yeah, my car can't make it from Boston, New York. I can't make it. Then you gotta sit down for 45 minutes facts.
Speaker 6That's why I call the 45 minute roller Cuz 45 minutes you gonna roll up.
Speaker 2That's all I'm doing, yeah, but they got wild games and shit on the Tesla. That's, you're playing shit. No, bro, that shit gets annoying bro.
Speaker 5You got a phone for that.
Speaker 3I mean your phone You're gonna talk about the Tesla games, they're true, I mean your phone, and if you use your car's features like the heat and stuff like that, while you sit and wait, it charges so much slower. Yeah, I'd be sitting there freezing fighting for my life just for the car to charge.
Speaker 2You'll be sitting there, but it's not no joke, I'm telling you, I have one for two to three months, bro. It's crazy.
Speaker 3I'm about to swap out of mine too.
Speaker 2I can't do it something we was talking about earlier is a Moon baby, is a single mom that cooks every day.
Speaker 3You know, I do cook every day. I do cook every day cuz what else they gonna eat like it's? I mean, my mom cooked every day like so she has a son and the daughter.
Speaker 2That's what it is. See, that's what it is when you have a parent that cooked. Every day. I can see you like growing up you like that's probably why I want to get fed everyone. I go to my house. You know, sam, yeah, I'm gonna get fed, but I'm so used to I'm so used to somebody cooking and they're being fooled when I come home.
Speaker 6You said my mother didn't.
Speaker 2First of all, I was outside the crib is clean, so I didn't even have to worry about cleaning up shit you know they're like came in, there was no food.
Parenting, Relationships, and Future Plans
Speaker 2It's time to clean up anyway. Yeah, but she's a single single mom. She's raising two kids, and I showed her the video that we was watching last week about Single moms and the, the product they produce. Yeah, I mean Men, my women, my numbers don't. So how do you feel about the product that single? Are you a product of a single mom? Yes, I am. And Do you feel like you would have been in a better position if you was raised solely by your father, by my father? I'm not gonna say honestly, facts are facts, bro. I did years in jail. I don't think I would. I don't think I would have. You know, I'm saying so. It's like so you had your father raise you. You don't think prison would have been in your outcome had I tried. We had both parents here, what about? I'm just talking about just your father.
Speaker 2Oh, Just one father raising me, yeah, versus just your mother. I don't know, I don't know how his time with him. He would have been alright. Yeah, I don't know. I don't know that me. I mean not that I don't know him, but like I don't, I Don't know him as like that type of father.
Speaker 2Yeah, my pops could go pop and spin upstairs. I was wondering shit. I was just, I was working on pop script and do shit like me and my sister. This is miss, all of us, but my sister that my father lives with, like my father, who he raised, what we was these turning up, bro, like he couldn't. He couldn't keep up with us and your mom did with me out. I'm playing my mother.
Speaker 2I Always felt like my father told me something so I would go in his house on some bullshit always. Yeah, just cuz, rob, yeah, I think I don't know what to my blow your house up if you don't do this. Oh, you was broken. That's how I set you up on fire right now and she was hilarious. That's funny. That's funny. So I'm a product of a I I wouldn't say I'm a product of a single mother household, because I had a pops my whole life, but my mom's was like the head of the household. I'm my pops last baby, like. So you understand he had and none of us got the same mother. So you have to understand my position. It's like another one nigga. You know what I'm saying? Hey, I was the end on the air.
Speaker 2It's crazy. My father ain't gonna cut you off, I just. I just say that when you said that, yeah, so Do you think you're doing anything differently to change those statistics where your kids are concerned?
Speaker 3I definitely think so because, like I said before, like the first, the first step in fixing a problem right, it's to acknowledge the fact that there's a problem.
Speaker 2That's the fact.
Speaker 3So I already, I've already known, I've already known there's a huge problem, like in the black community, with how we raise our kids, like how we speak to our kids, the whole family dynamic, and that just goes from way.
Speaker 3Deeper rooted issues that we don't even have enough time to get into. But Considering that I make it a point to move a certain way when it comes to my kids and, like I said, I mean I'm not the product of a single mom, I wouldn't say, because my mom and dad, they were together most of my life. They really didn't separate till I was older and by then it didn't matter, like I'm off in high school, like I'm doing my own thing, you know what I mean. And then from there I had looked with my grandma anyways, so it's like that part didn't really affect me. But I did see you know how an unhealthy relationship is and I kind of thought to myself like, wow, my mom spent all these years thinking like I got to stay together because I don't want my Child to not have her dad and this and that and that so she was sacrificing her own happiness.
Speaker 3Right, and then it's like the way that I look at it still is like I think we all would have been happier To just actually not did that.
Speaker 3Yeah, to split our time, like I, we still could have seen each other, just maybe not under the same household, you know. So it's like things like that I tried to learn from you know, and then just I Just listened to my kids, you know like I take the time to sit and like talk to them. I asked them things like is there anything I could have done, you know, this week, to like love you a little bit better? Yeah, you feel okay, what's going on? Check in, yeah like. And they actually talked to me like they'll say like oh, you know, yesterday you yelled at me and I don't feel like you should have, and I'm like okay, well, why, why was it like what happened? And then we'll sit there and talk about it. And sometimes I really was wrong. I just had a hard day and I yelled at you and I'm sorry.
Speaker 2Apologize, you know.
Speaker 3Yeah, they think that with kids like you don't owe them that or you don't have to respect them because they're kids like, and that's not true.
Speaker 2Now let me ask you this If your kids Said that they would be much happier If you got back with their father, if y'all became one solid unit, would that be something that you considered?
Speaker 3Absolutely not. That's. That is the one thing that I that I couldn't give them just because we went through a lot to get to this point. You know, like we were one of those instances where, like you know, courts get involved and things like that. Yeah and it's like if you can't If you can't win against me in court to see the kids, then there's a valid reason. Oh, it's not me that I'm bitter on keeping them from you, it's a state of Massachusetts said it. Then let it be so like you know, yeah so it's like you know, it's just.
Speaker 2Oh, my god, and yo sheeshin' Smoked her baby father just there. I don't know who you are, sir, but sheesh, sheesh is what helps you.
Speaker 3But I'm sorry, it's just. The truth is what it is.
Speaker 2Yeah, nah, I feel you, let's say he started taking the necessary steps and doing the things that he should be doing Supporting you financially, making time for his son and daughter and just being around more. So Would that increase the likelihood?
Speaker 3Um, on my end, I think it definitely would, because people, people change.
Speaker 2And they grow, they evolve.
Speaker 3You know, like but but. However, my son is at an age now where you know, even in court, he really does get to speak for himself, at least have a say. So, you know, if I ask him, hey, do you want to see your dad, do you want to do visitations? And blah, blah, blah, if he says no, then it's, it's a no. I'm not gonna make him go anywhere if he doesn't want to go. You know, and it's just the fact that if I didn't have my kids, they would never say like, oh, I don't want to go see mom, you know, because I made sure to not do things that made them not want to see me.
Speaker 2Yeah, so, yeah, dope, dope, dope, dope, dope, that is, dope More to the extra amount, thank you. So marriage, is that something that you see in your future? Man, man, that's it. Man, marriage, you too. Yeah, dude, shit is a trade man. I said, no, you have to offer why we ain't married. We can bring you married. What are we about to do? We going to a business deal. What are we going to do? Marriage is a business deal, like, like if we're not.
Speaker 2Trading off hundreds of thousands through business and to make ourselves one, so we don't have to pay so many taxes like then it makes no sense If it's just one sided.
Speaker 6If it's one sided, then what?
Speaker 2You going to sign a prenup? I can't get the fuck out of here, because any day I'm ready to blow, any day now.
Speaker 3I do see it the same as you. It's funny because a lot of guys are like they yell like preen up, preen up, preen up, and I feel like I'm more so the one who would be saying that yeah, that's what I'm saying.
Speaker 2I feel like I'm the one who's going to be more successful at this shit.
Speaker 3Right. So it's like I'm not going after a man for what he has. I'm scared that a man's going to come after me for what I have Exactly and we're not doing that.
Speaker 2So I mean at the same time, she's got to get her fucking flowers, y'all. She is in there saying all the right shit.
Speaker 3I'm telling you, I'm speaking the facts, and it's just if I find someone who can do what I can do, like if you give me a penny, I promise you I will bring you a dollar. You give me a dollar, I'm going to bring you ten.
Speaker 2She said she's going to flip that shit. Listen, you take that eight-bar, everything Eight-bar, and two eight-bar. Two eight-bar turns for 14.
Speaker 1Fourteen turns for 20. Listen.
Speaker 2I don't know the recipe and all that, but I know you've mixed a little bit. Yeah, that's what she just said Y'all better stop playing and get well man.
Speaker 3Everything you invest got to be multiplied. So if I find somebody that is on that same wave and they can actually execute it, not just talk about it, I feel like I definitely would be open to marriage.
Speaker 2Okay, definitely Okay. There we go. I don't see myself getting married anytime soon just because I don't see anybody worthy of marrying in my foreseeable future. That I've been dealing with I've been dealing with no good two-time and pieces of shit bitches.
Speaker 6Oh no.
Speaker 2No good two-time. Why do you got to be no good in two-time? Let's speak about one bitch that I was dealing with. Did she fall the way I felt she actually did? Bro, that's crazy. You're not the only person that fell. I've never been a bro that I've listened to. Bro, this is the first time I met the studio, bro. You set me up, bro, and I told you be careful. Yeah, one second before I fell bro, y'all was falling when you said this shit.
Speaker 2I'm like and then I'm mad because I'm like, bro, you're too old to be falling my nigga, like you're really really too old to be fucking falling my nigga. Fuck it. I'm dealing with this girl. She's a stripper. I'm not on this app. Be okay, that's what, bro. Come on my nigga. What's wrong? Stop with the app. You mean bitches on app. First of all, she met you on the app. She met five other niggas that day.
Speaker 5She probably did. She touched down on it. That was a check on the jump.
Speaker 2She probably did, but she's a stripper.
Speaker 5That's why your feelings is hurt, my feelings wasn't hurt at all.
Speaker 2Are you really? Nah, I don't know, not a little bit. Nah, your heart didn't want you to. Just Nah, trust me, you would know it had been all over social media. So any, oh, you wanted those. So you mean to tell me, did anybody went crazy over on social media?
Speaker 5Anybody that.
Speaker 2I went crazy over was on social media.
Speaker 5They had your heart put on.
Speaker 2If my heart was broken. You seen sad stories. You seen sad stories, alright, alright, you could relay some type of mood or what's going on. There's 100% transparency through that story. So, if you see me, I'm not the type to blur out images or anything like that. If I'm feeling You're a very truthful person If I'm feeling like. I'm missing Shorty. I'll post Shorty and I'll tag Shorty, and Shorty will be in a whole relationship with another nigga and you just I'm so dead.
Speaker 2You wanted the whole thing, that's what he does, and now he's stirred the pot up a little bit. He's gonna stir it all the way up, and then but she's probably gonna spend back, though.
Speaker 3That's the thing that turned her on.
Speaker 2You know, I got a man who did that Exactly. He's not thinking about the shit niggas and them. It's like, oh, shit, yeah, so I'm one of those, I'll post it, I'll tag it, I'll post our messages, shit like that. I'll post us at the carnival on the merry-go-round or that shit, like you know, like.
Speaker 5Damn y'all, just go away you in my home.
Speaker 2Be okay, nah, not this bitch. So this is what happened with Shorty, oh Shorty, with the merry-go-round. Yeah, we going on top. Yeah, that's a whole. You see, I ganked a little bit because, that was.
Speaker 8That was a whole different story that nigga started blushing.
Speaker 2He loves her Shorty Shorty look, he started blushing. Shout out Britney bitch, oh wow, shout out Britney man, oh wow.
Speaker 1Yeah, shout out, Big man. This nigga said, this nigga said shout out Britney.
Speaker 2Whoever Britney is, man, why the fuck you get on a rollercoaster with him? She know exactly who she is, but To this day I'm blocked on everything.
Speaker 3You're blocked or you have her blocked.
Speaker 2Nah, I'm blocked. Oh wow, yeah, I'm blocked on everything. But back to the stripper bitch. Yeah, we talking and everything. First of all, this bitch lives like an hour away from me. You know what I'm saying? She's a stripper. She tells me that she, so she flew to a bed for work. Not even that Beyond that.
Speaker 5No, I'm just saying that's her job, yeah.
Speaker 2She flew to a man for work to get paid. No, she's here To get paid At work. And then she continues this by indulging and sharing personal information. Now my question is this right, at what point do you ask, are you selling pussy? That's one of the first questions I'm just gonna say immediately. I mean, that's like me me personally, or you a stripper. Do you just strip or are you involved?
Speaker 2Have you ever been to a strip club? I hang out on strippers. Have you ever been to a strip club? That's obvious, alright. Have you ever fucked a stripper in a strip club? First of all, I have, and that's not something that's absurd. Is it Not in a strip club? No, is that something that's strange and unheard of? Not at all. Do niggas fuck bitches in strip clubs?
Speaker 3This is something that happens.
Speaker 8I did not know this I gotta say I did not know.
Speaker 3I knew that they would probably do their own thing on the outside, like I know it's easy, but in the club yeah, because niggas be fucking with these stripers, low key, and they be just coming to work and they get.
Speaker 2Listen, man, I've been to a strip. I'm not a strip club type of nigga. I'm not a club type of nigga. I've been to a strip club probably four or five times in my life.
Speaker 6And out of those four or five times.
Speaker 2Out of those four or five times, I'm gonna say three times. I fucked a stripper inside the club.
Speaker 2How many times did the pussy stick? I never ate the box or nothing like that. I was always strapped up and there's just some that move. Yeah, I wouldn't be able to elaborate on that. How was that tour point? That's besides the point. The point is that strippers get fucked in the strip club and the tour point goes correct and this is something that's not unusual, correct? No, it's not. Alright, boom. So I'm talking to Shorty and Shorty tells me that she has. She continues these relations. She has personal relationships with her top clients outside of the club. So this means that she has phone conversations with them, she's texting them, she has ongoing relationships with them outside of the club and she's dating Now, besides the fact that she's topless and flirting with niggas for money.
Speaker 2She's also continuing this outside of the club and she's dating you and she's dating me. She had the audacity to ask me if I talk to other women, if I'm dating other women, and I was like yeah, like yes, I am, we're dating. We're not. We don't have any gas on sale, we don't have any exclusivity yet. It is Nah, it is. I'm type-smacked, but yeah, we don't have any exclusivity yet, we're not an item or anything like that. We just swiped right on each other a few days ago. You know what I'm saying. Like, I'm not expecting you to stop dealing with your top clients.
Speaker 2You did this one time and you went this nuts. I didn't go nuts, I didn't go nuts at all. How did you get it More than once? All right, man, that's all I meant. More than five times? All right, maybe you got me in a shit, if you listen. Wait, but what do you consider? Hitting it? Because fucking In a day Like Fucking, fucking is fucking. A session is a session. Feel me, whatever session is for you, some people count, like, like me, I do it by the day. Like, yeah, I had about 475 days of my life. Okay, yeah, so that's a year in some change I had about. Yeah, you know, like I mean like yeah no, this was.
Dating Boundaries and Relationships With Strippers
Speaker 2I didn't date, kill others. This wasn't that. This wasn't that. This wasn't that at all. Like you killed it twice that day, but you killed it once. Yeah, this wasn't that. So when she asked me that question, I just kept it real. I told her yeah, I was talking to other females. I had other women that were around and, um Bro, she was so offended that I was texting other women, like the stripper. The stripper that flirted with men all night, on a daily basis, all school men. And she was like, oh, I thought she was just talking to me. And I was like, are you just talking to me? And she was like, yeah, like when it comes to dating. And I was like, can we go through your messages with your top clients? Like, let's sit down and compare your messages with your top clients to my messages with the other girls I swiped right on Tinder and let's see and then you got to hear from Tinder no, I mean, uh, black, be okay, be okay, same shit.
Speaker 2But I'm like, let's compare, let's compare the explicitness of these messages. I would be willing to open my messages and give you the thread and we just you open yours and give me your thread and let's compare. She wasn't with it, bro. I don't want to go on nobody's. I told you this already. I'm not, but does it make sense for what I was saying? I mean, like you personally, like that's your privacy. You can't go through nobody's. I wouldn't even want to see what you got in your phone.
Speaker 6Because if I see some shit that I don't want to, see it's like I don't want to fuck with you, no more.
Speaker 2Mariah, was I wrong Yo?
Speaker 3nah, like all the.
Speaker 2That's how I'm gonna feel.
Speaker 3Do you know what? I keep it real with you, Like yes and no.
Speaker 2How it's elaborate.
Speaker 3So I'm gonna say no, you weren't wrong, Because it's obvious that that's a boundary for you. Like the whole working aspect of it, she is sharper, Exactly. It still holds weight to you as something. So I think you are just a type of person that cannot date someone in that industry. So if you could date someone in that industry, then I think you would be able to separate. You know the fact that her work is work, but it's alarming that she couldn't show you those messages, because that makes me feel like she's Work is work, work is cool.
Speaker 2But what about the fact that she's continuing those relationships outside of work?
Speaker 3So, like I have some friends who danced, and here's the thing like some of them definitely, like they probably did do extra on the side, but some of them too, like I know as much as I can know that they didn't, but they still wanted to retain the relationship with those clients. Because, think of it this way right, if me and you could keep in contact throughout the week and then you know that every Friday I'm going to come in and blow a bag on you and then you're good, you don't have to meet with these other creepy guys, you don't have to give anyone else a dance.
Speaker 2Like that's it Kinda yeah, you're going to want me to come back every week. You know I get what you're saying, but now here's where the line's across and here's where I'm not stupid. That's why I was like I'm willing to show you my messages Right. Let's show Right Now. They already have an established relationship where she's nude and her breasts are involved. Yeah, okay, what do you think they're talking about?
Speaker 3Exactly that's the thing, that's the thing.
Speaker 2Listen. Exactly what she said is what I always say. It depends who the person is Listen.
Speaker 6I don't care what type of relationship you're in right With who you're with.
Speaker 2I don't care what the situation is. At the end of the day, it's the type of person you are. If you don't understand this person's occupation and you can move with it or move around it without having a problem with what they're doing, like I don't understand why you're even dealing with that. Now, me personally, me personally you got to know how to deal with your other half. Like, if you don't know how to deal with the person that you're dealing with, then why are you dealing with them? Period. I'm cool with dealing with a stripper. I'm dating a stripper. No, but it's a difference. You see how you do it all. You can't do all of that dating a stripper. You supposed to ignore her whole situation because that's how she makes her bag, that's her work. When people go to work, bro, listen, reality is reality. Listen, I have you know what it is. I got stripper friends that it's like I'll be watching they niggas be blowing their shit up. It's just like damn bro, it's fucked up. You just you got to chill, bro. That's how they make their money. Bro, you understand what I'm saying. Like, that's how these bitches make their bed. Bro, you can't jump in and fan what they got going on, because, just like you asked on the last episode and it was like, would you decrease your bag for your other, no, I would never do that for no woman. I don't care who you are. If you, you met me, how you met me, you liked me when you met me, right? If you know what's up with me, then why should you have a problem with it? Now we later down the line. You understand what I'm saying.
Speaker 2Oh now, oh, now you should change. Oh, no, like, change, Like, what are you talking about? You sound crazy. Like you want me to decrease my bag or whatever it is that I'm doing because I'm missing time with you. No, listen, all these celebrities, you girls look at all of these Instagram jobs. See, and I see, these happy ass couples. That's once a month. That, bitches, is crazy, bro. These niggas, don't niggas. That's really getting to a bag. Don't got time to be sitting around boo, hugged up, loved up. No, I think. Oh, you want to be around your niggas. My niggas is who I'm getting. That's true. Like you can't do that.
Speaker 2You have to accept this If you accepted me, you accept everything that comes with me. Period.
Speaker 3That's like especially like we were talking about the 50-50 thing. If you don't want to go 50-50 with the man and this is kind of off, but if you don't want to go 50-50, you want him to provide. You have to be a solid woman because you're going to be lonely a lot. That's something that I learned. Not like lonely, like completely lonely. Obviously you guys could text, you could call and check in, but he's going to be out making money so that he could do what you asked him to do. And a lot of women like they're like oh, you don't spend time with me. I feel neglected at this and that he has to do that to give you what you want, or you need to go 50-50 with that man.
Speaker 2Fuck that I'm laughing, I know, because I'm laughing at the fuck yo, bro. I get tired. I get tired of the same conversation over and over again bro, I'm quick to the sound bro Over and over again, bro.
Speaker 2I'm laughing at this shit, bro, because it's like you can't. I would never, yo, bro, you're actually shorty to stop her back. That's what you basically was doing. So, like you got to, like how you think she going to react, like I ain't bad, I'm going to get a new nigga. Like cool, this bitch got. This bitch probably got like 200, 300 people, depending on the club she in. She probably got like 100 niggas coming to highlight her every day. Bro, added them 100, if you had a hundred, just really think about it on the flip side, right, if you had a hundred bitches coming to highlight you every day, trying to give you money, trying to get your number, trying to.
Speaker 5I just couldn't handle shit like that.
Speaker 6You understand what I'm saying bro, Listen to what I'm saying. Listen to what I'm saying.
Speaker 2No, nigga. If you got time for that shit, I better be getting money, Niggas not thinking like that.
Speaker 2Niggas is not financially motivated. Niggas is motivated by. It's the type of person you're dealing with, absolutely, absolutely. You see how you actually be questioned. I'm like all right, what type of bitch is it? Uh-huh, you know what I mean. Who's the nigga Like? What's his standards? Because men have standards too. I'm big on that. Like you have to, you have to know how to wear heels. That's like a number one with me, because I want you to look sexy when I want you to look sexy. You understand what I'm saying. Like it's just like I have standards. That's just an example. You understand what I'm saying? Like I have standards, period, so it depends on the man's standards. And just like what am I going to say? They want to make a little money, right, I want to bitch that guy to business. I want to bitch that work. I want to bitch that make more than minimum wage. You understand what I'm saying. Like you want a nigga with money. I want a bitch that could cook. I want to hear exactly what she's looking for in a man.
Speaker 3So what I'm looking for in a man, honestly, is more traditional values. I would say, like I like men who are comfortable in their masculine state but not afraid of their feminine energy, because there's both in everybody. We just have to acknowledge that, like they lie inside both of us. But I want his masculine energy to overtake mine, because I am the type of woman that I have multiple businesses, I have a job, I'm in school, I do this and that. So it's easy for me to feel like I'm in charge, because if I'm running a business, I'm a CEO, I'm this, and that I tell people what to do. They need to listen to me all the time. So I'm not just going to look at my man and be like, oh well, because you're my man, I'm going to listen to you.
Speaker 2You have to be someone that's worth listening to so I'm able to read.
Speaker 3Yeah, because I have to prove to random people every day that I'm worth listening to. They need to respect me, so it's kind of the same Like you have to be someone that I'm looking at like wow.
Speaker 2Yes, please, yo, I'm telling you. I'm telling you. I just like she said, if you can't teach me nothing as a woman, I won't fuck with you Because you ain't teach me nothing. I ain't learned nothing off you. What did you teach me? I've learned something off every female I've ever dealt with Good, bad. I know what not to do. You understand what I'm saying. What's it in your life? Huh, right now, what?
Speaker 3What Could you do, it Could I. What, why not?
Speaker 2The best you ever had, the best I ever had.
Speaker 3Right now.
Speaker 2I'm not. That's not for the ear Right.
Speaker 3The best man that I dealt with.
Speaker 2Name him right now, the best you ever had.
Speaker 3Okay.
Speaker 2The one that slipped away.
Speaker 3He wouldn't slip away because he's like he's right here, we just, you know whatever.
Speaker 2Yeah like that's kind of fucked up, bro. How would you excite some shit like that bro?
Speaker 3What is that too personal? No, I'll name job. I don't care, I would. Just he started talking to me.
Speaker 2I'm gonna let you guys yeah, go ahead, you can finish it.
Speaker 3Listen, there's no shame in my game. Like, if I really feel that way for somebody, I'll tell everybody. I'll say it, I don't care. Like his name is Eric, I love that man and I don't care.
Speaker 2There we go. That's it, yo, she blushing her hair, bro.
Speaker 3I swear to God that's my baby. Like I don't care, yo, she is.
Food Reviews
Speaker 2Yo, Eric, my nigga. Look, you got her here blushing. I see her back teeth. Oh my God, that's the standard Y'all. Wow at your E. You got it, bro. I don't have a.
Speaker 6I can't.
Speaker 2I can't drop a name. I don't have a name for that. But uh, you just said Mariah. What about that girl Mariah?
Speaker 3Brittany.
Speaker 2You just said Mariah. I didn't say Mariah. Yes, you did. I heard you. I never said Mariah. I bet you it'd come on, I bet you, it'd come on.
Speaker 5I don't even have a Mariah in my life to deal with like that.
Speaker 2So he was cabin. Yeah, so you heard, brittany. I think it's the standard. Bring me to the standard I got it. Shout out Brittany, shout out Brittany. You know you ain't. That's it. You feel it in his heart. All right let's get into these food reviews. Moon Baby and I went to the Russell today. What'd you get? Tell me a meal. I got the how you felt about your meal.
Speaker 3Okay, I got the jerk salmon, rice and peas. What else did we get? Oh, plantain side of mac, side of sweet potato fries. Honestly, like in the moment, I feel the mac and cheese was good, don't get me wrong. The salmon was really good too. I didn't like the plantains. They tasted like oil. I don't like that.
Speaker 2All the plantains. You losing points on those.
Speaker 3Losing points. My rice was dry, to be fair. To be fair, he got gravy on his rice. I probably should have done that, but I didn't. Rice was dry. Look at me.
Speaker 2Yeah, you mean you got If you gotta put gravy on the rice. It's dry, it's dry. Right, that's not right so my whole thing is rice and peas is gonna be dry.
Speaker 3No, it's not.
Speaker 2I'm not dry. I eat Spanish food. So I don't know, bro, I ain't eating no dry shit. Rice and peas is dry. That's why, when they be asking do you want jerk sauce or do you want gravy, I'd be like yes. Because I know rice and peas First of all, if I get rice and peas, I gotta be ox tails, bro, and if you get an ox tail it's automatically mad sauce.
Speaker 2I don't want that much sauce. I need just enough sauce to where the ox tail lays on the rice and the rice is steamed. Well then I can eat that shit. But that's why I go get my ox tails separate. Then I go to the Spanish restaurant, go get me some rice and gondolas, or I get me some white rice. Then I go to Sonic and go get some Kadei ice as fire.
Speaker 3Oh, he's like me, so you take multiple crisps. What's up, man, that's how I eat every time you crazy when I make. It yeah, so-.
Speaker 2You gotta know how to get right, bro, you gotta pick your meals, bro, you gotta make that shit make sense. You heard, I told you that. So I went to the Russell today and Moon Baby got the salmon box, which consists of rice and peas, cabbage, sweet plantain, and I also got the salmon box. I didn't get no cabbage. I got plantain, rice and peas and ox tail. I think I got the ox tail gravy and then I got the jerk sauce on top of the salmon. The quality was good. I was more than satisfied with the quality of the salmon. How do you felt about salmon?
Speaker 3No, the salmon was good. Don't get me wrong, the salmon was good. Yeah, it was good.
Speaker 2The rice and peas was good. I got the jerk sauce so it wasn't dry. It came out good. I was satisfied with the quality of the rice and peas. The mac and cheese was good. It was decent. The sweet potato fries was decent too. I don't have no complaints. Maybe the portion in terms of the quality, the portion in terms of the pricing was a little bit scarce. You got a smaller portion that I expected for $20.
Speaker 2The salmon only came in one size and the size that you got for $20, you would feel like you would get a little bit more for $20. We're going to break it down in terms of grading. What would you give it one through time for presentation?
Speaker 3The presentation was nice. How much are you going to do with the to-go box? To be honest, it looked good. It made me want to eat it.
Speaker 2I'll give it an 8.5.
Speaker 6The portion.
Speaker 2We wasn't too happy with the portion. We're going to go 6 on the portion. Wasn't that much food?
Speaker 6Not for that much.
Speaker 5What? How much did you pay? $20.
Speaker 2Our total was like $60. The overall was $62 for everything. For some bullshit? No, not for some bullshit, I'm not going to put that out there. No, like a bullshit amount I'm real, you ain't giving me enough For affordability. We're going to give him a 7.
Speaker 6A 7 is provided you just said it wasn't.
Speaker 2He was a lot of bread.
Speaker 6Why would?
Speaker 2you give him a 7? No for affordability. So yeah, 7 is like you just said it was expensive. 7 is not good. I would drop that to a 6.5. 6.5? 6.5 is a little, Even a 6. See, you got a 7.5. You got it. Y'all may be a little bit harder to score than I am. $60 and you ain't getting as much food, as you wanted $60.
Speaker 2But this is why I love making New York. The mac and cheese was $6. $30, you get it. We got a decent amount of mac and cheese, $5 for the sweet and sour fries.
Speaker 3The fries was good. It was a good amount for the fries.
Speaker 2The sweet and sour fries was great, I fucked with it, so service provided.
Speaker 3I'm going to give him the 9.
Speaker 2They had incredible service, the ladies took that time with us and quality of the food. Overall, I'm going to give him an 8.5. I got to start making it to go to these places. Yeah, you do, I do. So let's give him an overall rating 8.5, 6. 6.5. The rest of it sounds like Okay 6.5. Not, is it? The rest gets a final grade of 7.3.
Speaker 2The rest gets a final grade of 7.3. The rest gets a final grade of 7.3. Then we also Well, I also went to Baja, baja Fresh Grill, fresh Grill, and this spot is like Chipotle and this spot is like Chipotle. So whatever you get from Chipotle, whatever you get from Chipotle, you could pretty much get the same thing from this spot. Baja Fresh Grill and I'm not going to hold you Baja Fresh Grill would be like an upgrade to Chipotle. So they also have a shrimp, like grilled shrimp. They have sweet plantain, they have guacamole sourcrumbs, they have guacamole sour cream. Okay, they have some shit. So I got a bowl from there.
Speaker 3Okay, it looks good. Oh, my God, the bowl that I got was so fire.
Speaker 2So I got rice, I got corn, salsa, lettuce, cilantro, sweet plantain, pork steak, I got a lime, guacamole, shrimp, strawberry soda and I think I paid like $18 for all of that and yeah, I was really satisfied with it. So let's get into the grades. For presentation, we're going to give them a 9. For portion, we're going to give them an 8.5. For affordability, we're going to give them an 8.5. Service provided when I went there it was a long line and they were knocking customers out left and right. So if the service provided, I'm going to give them a 9. And for quality of food, I'm going to give them an 8.5. So, overall, let's rate them. Let's get a final grade from them 9 plus 8.5., plus 8.5. Plus 9. Plus 8.5., 5.5., 8.7. Baja Grill got a final grade of 8.7. And I think that ties them in second place for the highest restaurant on our page. So y'all definitely go try out Baja Fresh Grill. Also, try out the Russell 2. Shop them bulked out. Great reviews, great dishes, great food. Y'all definitely go try them.
