Speaker 1:

Good day everyone. This is Dietrich with Get Fit Methods, our podcast. We're coming upon the holidays, thanksgiving being the first besides Halloween that is. So the message or the information for today for all those busy moms and their responsibilities is when you're going to travel this year, any year, do you have challenges with trying to prepare of what to eat, to make sure that you're on task for whatever? More energy, less fat, where it may in case may be. So I'm going to provide some hacks for travel this upcoming year.

Speaker 1:

The best ways to kind of address those different challenges that come up, and one of the hacks are when you're traveling. The most obvious is make sure to prepare or plan ahead for where you're going, which may mean you know, bring some food, bring a cooler, prepare food in advance. If you're going to a hotel, something like that, then maybe you want to crawl ahead, see if they have a refrigerator, see if they have a microwave, what restaurants are in the area. Then, if you're going to go to a restaurant out to eat, look at the menu in advance. Don't be afraid to be that person when you order that you're ordering off the menu to make sure you are on task for whatever you want for yourself, energy wise, as far as you know, leaning out or looking your best or feeling your best. So those are a few things you can do, uh, to stay on task. A lot of times what happens is, you know you get all these. Uh, you know, christmas candy stuff comes up, or Christmas, whatever case may be, and they show you on tv all these delicious meals that are probably not the best for feeling your best and looking your best. So you have to be in control of that, regardless of what's going on, because it's easy to come up with an excuse or a reason. Uh well, my, my sister's birthday is, you know, two days before Christmas. I'm going to celebrate her birthday and Christmas. Well, that's kind of double whammy if you're trying to get in the best shape before the new year instead of most people trying to get you ready during the new year, which very seldom happens.

Speaker 1:

Again, from my perspective is consistency is going to be the key to all of it. If you're not consistent with any of it, I don't care what nutrition plan you're on or you know we're traveling to or where you're staying at home, in case, maybe, if you're not consistent, chances are you probably never see your body change or feel the change. Uh, feel the change that you want to feel or see, and I think it's very important as moms, or the, the queens of everyone in the family, uh, the bosses who are calling that that they are healthy. I mean, the same thing applies to men too, but we're focused on moms. Uh, it's your healthy and that you know you are the best representation for your kids. So, whatever you do, they will do the same more than likely to see it enough time. If it's inconsistent, then it's nothing really to follow, but the inconsistency. But that is a quick hack. Again, I appreciate everyone who follows us, have shared and downloaded our podcast. We'll continue trying to make this thing grow with biting other moms and other influencers on our channel and interview them in the weeks to come, months, and hopefully you know we get uh, try to get everyone on the right track and get on a good track for everyone. That isn't moms, mostly moms to look into becoming more healthier.

Speaker 1:

Uh, to get fit method use that, I think, is the best thing. Of course, I'm being biased, it's a slight spread, but, um, just our approach to training, our approach to not running yourself in the ground and in simple ways. You can just basically change little small things and make a huge difference. So, uh, get on board. If you like it, great. If you don't, stop, for you, totally okay. Your journey may be different. But for those who want to take the journey with us and are interested in knowing more about what we do, you can go to our website, getfitmethodscom.

Speaker 1:

Well, and, of course, the, the podcast we're on right now, and we also havea YouTube channel. Same thing get fit methods. Do that, and there's a lot of free content there over. I don't know. We're up to right now probably 300 or 400 videos of information, not just training, but also philosophies and approaches to being healthier on the go, where the case may be. So check that out. Hope you guys enjoy the holiday season. I probably will make another uh video. I got one London for tomorrow. I'll let that out one at a time. Guys get to check out the interview that I do for next week and hope you guys enjoy it again. Get your whole she get fit methods, our podcast. Enjoy the day, be blessed.
