Hope Bridge is on a gospel-led mission to transform the foster care landscape in Ohio. We're here to raise awareness and empower churches and communities to step into action by supporting vulnerable children and families in their local communities.
We’re certainly not the Author of these stories, and it’s true that we can't change the past, but we are called to be key characters in THE story that God has written for His creation.
His is a story of redemption and restoration, a story of HOPE.
In this podcast, we will share how we link arms with churches, county workers, foster families, and those in the community to rewrite the narrative for vulnerable children and families.

43. A Home for Hope: The Story Behind Carroll County's New Foster Resource Center with Nik & Becky Schweikert
In this episode of ReStoried, we sit down with Nik and Becky Schweikert, who recently made a life-changing decision to sell their house in Carroll County, located just a few blocks from Children's Services.
Feeling called, Nik accepted a coaching position in Georgia, taking their family of four far from where they had envisioned spending the rest of their lives. Their home was sold to The Christ Foundation and Hope Bridge, transforming it into a resource center for foster families. This new central hub will provide essential resources, a physical space for bag assembly, visitations, emergency placements, and a clothing closet, supporting foster families in their time of need.
