Introducing Cut the Conflict in Council podcast

Welcome to the podcast Cut the Conflict in Council. If you work in Local Government
this podcast will give you the insights and tools on how to navigate conflict effectively
and handle those difficult conversations  without losing your cool. Ongoing conflict
creates stress and an unhealthy workplace. I am currently the Mayor at my local
Council, an award-winning lawyer, mediator and conflict management specialist. I
train, coach and mentor people on how to manage conflict effectively.  Each week on
the podcast I will be delving into different topics related to conflict management and
giving  you lots of information on how to prevent conflict escalating so make sure you
tune in.

MEET OUR CREATOR AND HOST –
Anne-Marie Cade is an award-winning Lawyer, Nationally Accredited Mediator, Conflict Resolution Specialist, Speaker, Trainer, and Lecturer in law. She is also the recipient of a Winston Churchill Fellowship.

She has won numerous awards for her work in dispute resolution and was named Mediator of the Year in 2023 and Conflict Coach of the Year in 2024. She is also a local Councillor in Victoria and is currently serving as Mayor.
