Catalina has been working in the human resources field for 20+ years. She has a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA in International Business from George Washington University. She is pursuing a Doctor of Executive Leadership at the University of Charleston, WV. Her area of concentration is the influence of executive leaders on building a positive organizational culture to create higher levels of competitive advantage. Catalina is currently Chief People Officer and leads the people function of a global technology-enabled company that delivers multi-domain operational expertise and innovation through high-impact solutions in cybersecurity, data science, enterprise and network systems engineering, software development, and platform mission support. In her role, she looks after human capital, diversity and inclusion, and culture strategy to create a positive environment where team members can learn, grow, and flourish. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience across various industries and global organizations, she brings a passion for people, learning, diversity, and continuous improvement for the People function at a strategic level.
