It is so essential that we support our children to navigate this rapid expansion with ease and grace...THE BEST WE CAN!! Our home has a very open dialogue about what is going on in the world and what is going on inside of us. Nadia will share her perspective! We will also discuss a recent experience she had...she was anxious and having a hard time navigating the feelings of anxiety and constriction in her body. I was not physically with her, as she was at her fathers house; BUT I was able to support her through breathing and tapping over the phone! We will share this specific example to support you and your 'little ones'.
