39: Catching up - Katy Perry, Small Business Struggles, Pregnancy Changes, and Making Excuses

Kalissa Georgia Kramer

Hey, welcome. We don't really have a plan for this episode. We're just going to see where it goes. We have some like random topics that we kind of brought up in the group chat just to discuss, to discuss. First of them being Katy Perry's comeback. Yeah. I, I don't know. Not interested in the song. That's for sure. Yeah. People weren't cause it didn't sound like that. Katy hit, but I'm like, guys, she really, the last album was what? I don't know. A long time. Forever ago it was the one with the triangle, the eye, the Prism, A candy one, right? Isn't that Prism or something? No, that's not Prism. She had that one song problem even called She, her hair was Short. Mm-Hmm. Oh my God. Oh, did she release one when her hair was short? Yeah, it was that one album. You may me feel that I live. Nope, that was her top. I feel like that was, this is taken forever to load. Sorry. Way longer ago. Do you know, are you not on Wild? But like, she Oh, Witness. Yes. 2017. She apparently released something in 2020. Smile. Oh, and yeah, and that wasn't doing well either, but I like some of the songs on there, but like Oh, I have no idea. I think it's Not saying that she's a one hit wonder, but like She should have one or two hits. Just like we were discussing with like Lady Gaga, like, you had to be in that era of Releasing that music, that one album where she's on a pool lounger chair and she's like, are we talking about Katy Perry? And she has her, um, like hat. What is it? Fifties? Like, wait, yes, that one. Yep. And I love that album. I actually bought that, um, that was like waking up in Vegas. Thinking of you is my favorite when I'm with him. I'm thinking of you. Um, I kissed a girl, waking up in Vegas. My mom would get so mad when that would play on the radio. Really? She's like, turn it off! I think, I don't, I would say, I wouldn't set Classifier as a one hit wonder. No, but she definitely has like one or two singles from each album. That's what I'm saying, like, not a one hit wonder, but like, that was the era of that kind of music. Yeah, for sure. And now I feel like there's so many new artists. Yeah. It's hard to compete. How can you compete with Chapel Roan right now with her songwriting? Like, and so I think songwriting with that, but also like vocally, she's very, I don't want to say that she's not talented because she does have a nice voice, but it's very, just like run of the mill, generic pop. Yes. Where like, you know, people who like Billie Eilish, who kind of have their own sound or like for you with Chapel Roan, you have, you know, She has like kind of her own sound, her own look. Yeah, it's just different. And they probably, and they, a lot of inspiration comes from Katy Perry, Lady Gaga. Yes. Yeah. That was their old looks. And then they're like bringing it back. Yeah. But in like a new way and with something like more to add in terms of like their vocal ability. Yeah. And the fact that they haven't released, uh, I'm talking Lady Gaga and Katy Perry and anyone else that wants to come back. They haven't really come back with a new banger. That Jojo Siwa said that she was going to be the first, uh, gay pop princess or something. And everyone's like, uh, Yeah, forget about Lady Gaga? There's been songs about all kinds of stuff and Katy Perry's first song was literally, I Kissed a Girl, and I liked it. Did you know that she used to sing worship music? Yes. She was like a worship lady. And that conspiracy that she's a JonBenét Ramsey. Oh my gosh, I totally believe that. They do look the same. I can totally see it. Yeah, they do look the same. It's a fun conspiracy. Yeah, have you not heard that? Okay, explain. Supposedly, like, she just, like, she's, is she JonBenét Ramsey? She's JonBenét Ramsey. They found her body. They did? Didn't they find? Yeah. Yes. That's the whole thing is they found the body in the house. People are saying, I don't know what the exact thing is with like why that whole situation happened. The brother did it. Allegedly. I don't know. We're gonna get a cease and desist. So many people listen to this podcast. That's a creepy, uh, gives me the shivers. It's interesting. Yeah. I'm pretty sure Criminal Minds did a story about that. They do similar and so does like, um, It's all based on They do like on race on real life cases. I kind of like that. I think it's cool. I do too. It is, but then it kind of freaks me out, like how scary this world is. Yeah, it is scary for sure. Yes. Definitely. 100%. So yeah, Katy Perry. Oh, and then, um, just going back to artists, because Lady Gaga, she had that song with Top Gun. Uh, that new movie that was coming out. Oh, I don't know. She did. Exactly, but everyone, they didn't care about that song. I haven't heard about her since song. I was gonna say they listened. Bradley Cooper, the Top Gun Maverick album a lot because my boys are obsessed with it. Okay, well Lady Gaga had the song in there. It was really? Oh, she, I thought you meant Katie Perry did. Oh, did I say that? I meant Lady. You said Lady. Lady Gaga. Okay. Lady Gaga. Yes. And they were expecting that to be the number one song. Mm-Hmm. blah, blah blah, blah. And it did And it wasn't, yeah, because it was that. Um, it was a guy dancing on the beach. Oh, I can't whistle. Yep. Yep. Okay. I think I've heard that song on Tik TOK. I've never seen that movie, but, oh yeah, it was really good. Oh my gosh. My boys play that song all the time, but they didn't expect that to be hit. Number one, they were like, no lady Gaga's on this one. It's going to hit, but then the song came out. Became a third. They thought it was going to be Miles Teller and the stars rising or whatever a star is born type of Situation. I don't like yeah, but the song that she did. Yeah, Bradley Cooper was huge the shallows. Yes And so I honestly thought it was gonna be that kind of song that song. I don't really understand the lyrics So, I don't even know if i've heard the whole thing Yeah I I was surprised that got so popular because it's like it's a great duet and I like the harmonies but like You I think so much of my brain is wired towards songwriting, and I don't know if that's because I'm Have written songs before I felt like I'm just driven to like lyricism or what but if it doesn't have a good It needs a good beat for me It needs a really good beat if you don't be listening to that early November and looking at all their lyrics and now Magical fantastical they are gonna do it and their songwriting is not like ABA Format like ABAC or whatever it is. It's very, it's different. You should listen to it. You should send me their top five songs. My top five. Yes. That'll be difficult. I'm a beat person, so it's got to have a really good flow and beat. Yes. And if it doesn't have it, if it's just like one way here and one way there, I'm like, I'm over it. Yes. Can't listen to it. Yes. And same with Rihanna, like, she's like, I'm not coming back to music, and I'm like, I don't blame you, because your last world tour, when you went, she was somewhere, um, they didn't, she didn't even fill the seats, and so she canceled that concert early, because there was hardly anybody in the stands, and then she tried coming back with, uh, Black Panther, that soundtrack, the lift me up. I have no idea. It was trash. Nobody likes it. The sex from the second movie? Okay, I didn't see the second movie no, but like she they're like, oh my gosh Rihanna's back. She's having a new song with Black Panther Nobody was feeling it. They're like they were really wanting to like it But they're like I can't like it because it's just like it's not Paramore decode Twilight. So Whatever. That's a different style. I know, but I'm just saying, like, that's how you do a movie soundtrack. Are you sure it's not, uh, what's that song by Muse when they're playing baseball? I mean, that's a great one too, but that's what I'm saying. Like, that's a great soundtrack. Every single one of those songs is be a banger. So, you know, but yeah, I mean, that's what I'm saying. I don't blame her for wanting to come back cause she didn't really have a good welcome with the Black Panther song. And then can I relate this to totally something unrelated? I feel, okay. So in 2021 through about 20 till about Anders was like through last summer, I had a t shirt business. And I designed t shirts and it was very successful. I had a great time. I did it with my mom. I designed quilting shirts, sewing shirts. Um, I designed some regular shirts too. Um, cause I was following your blog and I'm like, Oh, I kind of want that one. Yes. Yes. So it was fun and I, I did it for a while and I was very successful and I just had such a good time I tried to design two shirts. And resell them to the same audience that I've been selling to. I thought there were great shirts. I thought there were great designs, like total flop. And I just feel like some of these pop princesses are like, I feel like a pop princess who's trying to like make a comeback. And I'm just like, this worked so well, literally 365 days ago, nothing has changed. And it's just, it's like trying to fit. A square peg in a round hole. I think the market has changed. And that's the issue. And it working anymore? Yes and no. I think yes, because during that time that was like Covid, post Covid. Mm-Hmm And that was just such a different, like people at home, just like scrolling, looking for things, looking to support small businesses. Well that's what's happening right now on now we're definitely back TikTok shop. I think we're back in fast fashion time. I don't think that we're in small business era anymore. No, I'm getting small business on TikTok. You are? Yes. I'm getting like t shirt small business. And I think that in that regard, the market's just like oversaturated and people are just like turned off by that. And so then I think they go back to, let me go to Walmart and buy a knock, like a knockoff stones t shirt for 10. You know what I mean? Possibly. The market's just different. I guess that's it. Here's my thing. I had to increase my prices because I had to. Otherwise it's like, why would I even do that? So I had to increase it by 2 per shirt, which isn't much. It isn't much, but when you're, it's a, so it went from 28 to 30 for a shirt. You know, cause I have to count for all of my costs, my screen printer went up, the cost of the t shirt went up. The jump issue is always when you go from a 20 to a 30 or a 30 to a 40. That's the issue. It's not going from 23 to 25. Yeah. It's going from 28 now to 30. Yeah. That I've learned something about this in school because it's basically saying 29 99. The reason, the reason why we say it's 29 99 is because in our brains we see the 20 and we go, Oh, that's 20. Instead of rounding up and saying, that's 30. So that is a, that's a marketing issue in terms of like how our brains see prices. That's wild. Yeah. Yeah. So you should, you should have started at 30 and gone to 32 and then it would have been no problem. Oh my gosh. I don't know what fast food burger it was, but they wanted to make a deal. Like, Hey, you can get a quarter pounder for this much. I don't know, and people just were not understanding it. And Nick tried to explain it to me and I'm like, I don't understand it either. And he's like, that's why it failed because nobody understood. They, they were like, no, no, no. You get, I don't know how it was worded, but it was worded weird. And I'm like, I don't know, I don't get it. It sounds like an expensive sandwich. And it's like, no, it's really not. Yeah. So yeah, just marketing. Yeah. And the science behind like how our brains perceive prices. A person's attention. Yeah. It's crazy. Yeah. People who really succeed are just like, wow. Intelligent probably on Tik TOK shop. Yeah. I don't know how to, she deleted me. This girl, we both kind of got our fame from TikTok and then we're slowly growing and she deleted me and I was like, okay, let's check that out afterwards. We won't link that in the show. No competition. Yeah, maybe she's feeling jealous. I don't know. But Nick, he, on his bunker site, he has this extra small t shirt and he had it for a thousand dollars and it says, I love communism. And that's all the sizing's funny, extra small, a thousand dollars. I love communism. Tell me about it. They gotta raise the price to a million because four people tried to buy that. She, oh my God, why? I dunno, that's ridiculous. And they're like, yeah, we have a ridiculous, so they raised it to a million, but I'm like, gosh, oh my God, I tried to buy that world. Probably just were funnies. And then they probably would've made a video about it and tried to go viral and then earn that money back. So, yeah. Yeah. That's funny. That's funny. Because people pick and choose what they want to buy and what they want to choose their money to spend on. Yeah. I don't know. It's just a bummer because I really enjoyed it while I was doing it and now it's just, it doesn't, not the same. It doesn't hit the same. It doesn't hit the same. And now I need a hobby. And I know you're like, Oh, you do podcasting. Well, I listen again. Oh gosh. I need something I can do with my kids. Oh, do you know what I mean? Cause like my teacher says, yeah, totally could. I would take them upstairs. We'd package orders. We'd hang out upstairs and we would, um, they would help me. They would hang out with me. It was fine. I could totally do it. I could bring the stuff downstairs if I needed to be downstairs and do what I needed to do I could take my kids over to my mom's we'd hang out We kids would play and I'd it was totally easy and accessible for me to do it with my kids And now I just need something that I can do With my children around because I am bored out of my fucking gourd at home. Let's do read a book the picky pad Oh my gosh. Oh, you could sell those. Yeah, that'd be fun. The picky pads. Yeah. I don't know if I'd like it to be honest, but I could see why you would like it. I feel like, don't you like to pick zits? Yes, but I would get so, I get really like stressed when I'm doing it and then my fingers start to hurt cause I get so stressed. So I kind of, I think that'd be fun to do with the kids. Just a little psychotic. It would be like a fun little, uh, as long as he doesn't put it Then it would get everywhere. You just vacuum a little bit afterwards. Maybe. But I feel like your boys. Yeah, great, cool. I really wish I owned those as well, but they're a little bit, they're a little older, so hopefully they'd be a little bit more mature versus my Just throwing them around. No, they'd put them in their mouths. Yeah, that's true. Yes, you'd have to maybe give them like a special bowl, like, now match all the colors, or like Then they're gonna fight. Yeah, we witnessed that before. Yes. Oh my God. You can't get away from it. But anyway, a picky pad, it's like a, they use Elmer's glue. You And you can put all these beads in like this little jewelry tray. Like a petri dish. It's a petri dish, yeah, yeah, for sure. And then the glue, you know, hardens over time, but it's not It's like jelly. Yeah. So it's like solid, but it's squishy. You can still pick it. Yeah. So you take out all these beads with your fingers and then You just get these beads out of this glue. Yeah, so if anybody has issues like picking their nails or picking their face or like, yeah, if you have, what's that called? Trickle. Yeah, picking your hairs out and stuff like that. Yeah, you might enjoy it. I don't, I was gonna say, my mom, she likes a twirl. My mom's got very short curly hair, so she just likes to twirl it. But I see her do it all the time and I was behind her. A little bald in that spot? Not bald, just thin. And I'll see her in the car in front of me and she's just in there twirling and I'll call her and be like, quit twirling your hair. And she's like, Oh, you can see that? I'm like, I see everything. Oh boy. Skitty. Oh my gosh, that's funny. Anxiety. Yeah, yeah, true. Oh, I wanted to talk about, uh, speaking of like anxieties and, Over compulsion. I was watching this show on Netflix called baby reindeer. Yes. Explain please. Yeah. We don't know what that is. Based on a true story. Um, this guy, he was a bartender and he's a bartender. This woman, she came in, she was, I mean, I'm just, it's going to describe her and the show overweight, not womanly looking, um, unruly hair. She had like a really loud laugh. Um, she could really just capture your attention. And he like made like a small little gesture cause she's like, I can't afford a Coke right now. And he's like, well, this one's on the house. And that clicked in her brain and was like, I love you. Oh, and I'm going to do everything in my power to have you be mine. And at first he was kind of like, Oh, she's in here every day at this time. And yeah, she just stay at the bar and like joke with me and my friends. And at first he was like, but then it started like getting really crazy. Cause she found out his email, emailed him like 300 messages a day. And this is based on a true story, based on true story. They were like in the UK, I think they had an accent. I want to watch this, put this in the group chat so we can watch it. Yeah. And then, um, Then she got a hold of his phone number and like literally he got thousands of messages and it was just weird. Like what do you even have to say for thousands of messages? Like I'm married and I don't want to like send thousands of messages. But then like his bartender friends, they didn't understand that she was like this. And so they would joke with her like, yeah, he totally loves you. He just wants to jump on you. And she's like, seriously, he does. So then it went from like. playful messages to like sexual, sexual. Yeah. And then he was like, okay guys, I'm getting really freaked out by this series or a movie, a series, but it's a short series. Okay. I'm going to watch it. Yeah. I need something to do. Don't watch it with the kids. There's really, yeah, I don't know. There's nothing super totally inappropriate, but like, it's still like they wouldn't get it. But, um, I asked Nick, I'm like, Nick, what if I, you know, I look like myself right now. And I totally, I went to your workplace, we didn't even know each other. And I was like, I came to your work every single day, flirted with you, you know, then I would email you and like, I just randomly found your email. I just picked up your phone number. Like, and I'm like, how would you feel if I was like coming on to you? Like kind of stalker? She's like, no, I'd totally be fine with it. I'm like, okay. And then I described her and I'm like, what if I was, you know, 30 pounds overweight and then my hair was like bowl cut short and I was doing this. And he's like, then we have a problem. And I'm like, so then it kind of gets back to me like appearances matter. So what do you guys think about appearances? Like what's the first thing you notice about someone when someone, someone comes up to you? Their teeth. Yeah. I don't know. I just have a thing about teeth. I think it's because my mom was a hygienist and I just always noticed people's teeth. I don't know. But. So if I came up to you like this, I mean, oh, you're not smiling. Yeah. Oh, they're like, Hey, this is Hannah. And I just kind of look at you eyes probably. Okay. Just the general, like how well you take full kept snapshots, how well kept are you? How groomed they are? Yes. Mm mm-Hmm. How groomed, just in general, how you carry yourself, how you take care of yourself, which is ironic because I look the way I do I don't think you look like unkept. I feel like you, you look like you showered, you're clean, like you have clean clothes on. I don't feel like you also look like you showered. I, yep, I sure do. Because your hair is wet. well, it's not wet anymore. It's just in, its its cast. It's in its curl cast. Yes. I don't, I think I notice people like if they're nice or not. Mm. Like, I wish we had a video so we could see, show the people. Like if I were to go up to you and I Okay. Just so expressions. Yes. You're saying you notice someone's expressions. Expressions. Mm-Hmm. Okay. So if Calissa were to say hi to me, and I'd go, hi. Like, yeah. Bitchy. Yeah. Versus, hi, how are you? Yeah. Like. Their general demeanor. Yes. I noticed that. Yeah. And then I started noticing everything. I think I'm trained to fully assess someone like I need. Cause I need to be able to look at someone and be like sick or not sick. Like emergency, non emergency kind of a thing. It's kind of like your brain just automatically picks up all these little tiny things and puts them together. Yes. Like just very quickly. Yes. So I don't know if there's, yeah, like necessarily one thing that like stands out immediately. So yeah. Yeah. I just notice that if they're like mean or nice. That's the first thing I notice. And then it goes to their makeup. If it's a woman, like, Oh, how do you do your makeup? And I'm like looking at her makeup. And then I look at her, um, her clothes and then if they smell good or not, I don't know. But I'm always just curious to see what's the first thing you see when you meet someone new. I've been really paying, I might cut this, but I've been really paying attention to facial features lately. Same. Because I feel like I look like a man. Really? I do. I don't feel like I have very, both of you are just like, very feminine. I don't, I just don't feel like I have very feminine features. But I'm looking at people and I'm like, what defines a feminine feature? So I like look at them and I'm like, What if I completely like took your hair and like took it out of your face, wiped all of your makeup off? Like, I feel like what is a feminine feature anyway? I guess I can understand what you're saying. I get what you're saying, but I don't necessarily. The hair plays a big part in it. Yeah. Cause I'm thinking of Sabrina Carpenter right now. Cause everyone's obsessed with her. They're obsessed with her blush, her eyes and her hair. But I'm like, yeah, literally if we got rid of the bangs, that, Iconic bangs. Yeah, she wasn't wearing makeup. She didn't have her hair. Like she was on, she was on Disney. I wouldn't necessarily think that she's like superbly feminine. It's kind of crazy to me. Cause I'm like, what changed? Like, what did you do? Her glow up is real. It's styling. It is. It's all styling. Okay, so someone did it to Alabama Barker, because, do you know who Alabama Barker do, yep. Kalissa, do you know who she is? No. It's Travis Barker's daughter. Sorry. It's Travis, yeah, Travis Barker's daughter, and she literally looks like a Bratz doll. Mm hmm. Like she, like. She's like 16, and she does like really heavy makeup. See, but that's what I'm saying, like without all of the styling, I don't think that she's necessarily like especially feminine featured. Like I would totally overlook her, honestly. She honest, like in this picture, that could be like if you took all of the hair back, you know what I mean? Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Like it honestly could look like a little boy. Yeah. But how old is she in this? Probably 14. Probably 14. Okay. Because I'm thinking of when her blonde wasn't really matching with her skin. Oh, so when she was, um, like this in the Yes. What is that? Yes. Um, it's that that girl needs World Boy Meets World. Yeah. Girl needs world. That's her. Yep. That's Sabrina Carpenter. I didn't even know that was the same person. Oh, I didn't know. I didn't know that she was a redhead when she was younger. Yeah. I didn't know that either. Yeah. But yeah, like, yeah, now I'm kind of stumped, Kalissa. Like what makes a feminine feat? Cause I look at my favorite basketball stars, like Asia, Asia Wilson. I think she's gorgeous, but I mean, her beauty is totally different from super unique carpenters. Yeah. I think it's less about like. Like features and more about like bone structure is what I would say, because when I'm fucked and we think about like men who have like high cheek bones and stuff, like, is that, that's something that we more think of as I guess, me think of as like a feminine feature, but like an angular jaw you'd think of as like a man, a manly feature, a strong jaw. So. I don't know. We should look up like what levels of estrogen versus testosterone of how would they affect your facial features? Have you guys seen the tick tocks where it's like me before birth control, me after birth control. And once people start on like a birth control pill, like they actually look more feminine or they have more feminine because it's more estrogen, right? Is that correct? Yeah, I assume so. Yes. So then we should look at what like what estrogen effects versus on facial features versus testosterone. Yeah, which would be like jawline Yeah, testosterone jawline for sure. Maybe nose. Yeah, but like even like Noses can totally change during pregnancy. Mm hmm. Yeah, I feel like mine has gotten much bigger Yep, like in general my first pregnancy. It was wild. Yeah, like it can really change your face that I see They're like, Oh, I'm going to be cute. And with like a little bump and then they're just like, they would look, but that was me. That was me. I just blew up all over like their face. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's well, it's like this. It's like swelling. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. I remember Kim Kardashian when she was pregnant. She's like, I love my pregnancy lips. And people are like, that's that's injection filler. Right. But she was trying to play it off. Like, no, it's pregnancy. But anyway, going back to Alabama Barker, they, I think they AI'd it, but they totally stripped all that heavy makeup off and then did like a natural highlight, really like clean girl makeup. And it totally like, granted it was probably AI, but I'm like, yeah, like how does, I want that. I want that ethereal, ethereal look. But I'm like, well, what is it? But you sometimes that has to do with like specific facial features. So like maybe you have big eyes. But you maybe have like smaller lips. Maybe your heart, your shape, your, the shape of your face is more of a heart shape versus like an oval. Supposedly I have a pear shaped face. Oh. Oh my gosh. You don't even look like you. No. I know. You actually kind of look like Nick's sister. Kind of. Yeah. No, I. Was your hair short? Yeah. And very blonde. Yeah. Oh my gosh. You were blonde. Yes. But that doesn't look like my face now. Were you wearing makeup? Yeah. Yeah. Interesting. Yeah. Like your eyes are completely different. Yeah. I would say your nose is similar, but also like very different. I feel like mine's longer. I don't think it necessarily looks bigger so much as like the shape actually changed. Like your nostrils look like a different shape versus the tip of your nose. I'll post the picture in the stories against my will, but I will do it. Let me look at your lips again. No, no, no. On the picture. Well, this is before braces too. Okay. So smile like that now. Okay. Oh yeah. Your lips look the same. I feel like they're a little fuller. I feel like my braces really changed the look of my face because I feel like I used to have a very lopsided face and because your one tooth sits a little bit higher in that picture. Yes. It still does though. Oh yeah. It does a little bit. That does not look like you. Yeah. I think it's the eyes really that's throwing me off like your eyes look just so much different in that picture. Close the smile. Like you were in that picture. Yeah, no, I don't know why that. Maybe, maybe, yeah, you kind of blew up in the face, so like the eyes got a little smaller. Yeah. That's crazy. That doesn't at all look like you. Yeah. It's how I used to look. So anyway, well, you're gorgeous. I don't think you look bad either way. It's just different. It's different. That's what I mean when I say it. Like I just like the face, the shape of your face completely changed. Yeah, that's crazy. Yeah. But then you have to think of, you know, age is always a huge factor and collagen levels and stuff like that. Yeah. Well, and I have lost weight, so I feel like that has something to do with it too. I mean, I guess that would change like the shape of your face, but like, I feel like I used to have really, I don't know, like your nose is just completely different and your eyes are completely different in that picture. Maybe I should find one of when I had Gannon too, cause and see if it changed then or, I feel like I looked about the same when I was pregnant with Bronson. It was pretty healthy when I was pregnant with Bronson. I always wanted cheekbones I'm threatening to get buccal fat removal. Are you serious? Okay, a lot of people won't do that Really? Why um because people regret it afterwards. Yeah, because people look crazy Okay, see that looks way more like you you think so yes I guess I see when I was pregnant with Gannon. I see it but like The other one did not look like you at all. This I think looks like you. I think that's the hair has grown out a little bit. Yeah. It could be like kind of the coloring too. Like that's way, that's a warmer kind of honey pond. I just feel like I, wow. Yeah. I just blow up during pregnancy. I just feel. Yeah. It might just be that your cheeks are a little bit bigger in those pictures. So it kind of squishes your eyes a little bit, but I think, I feel like your nose is more similar to how it is now. And that, yeah. Yeah, or like the nose before it was completely different shape. Yeah, I just don't even know how that happened I I told you I feel like my nose has changed during pregnancy. I feel like it's longer I don't oh, I guess I don't know but I don't know just the shape of like your nostrils and your tip was slightly Was quite a bit different in that first picture if I can find one when I was pregnant with anders I think it's like the eye shape like your eye shape changes But I think it's because like your cheeks also Got bigger so it just Squishes your eyeballs when you smile like that. Yeah. Kalissa's got a big smile. Oh, I like it though. I think it's nice. I remember someone on your blog was bitching about your My, my open mouth smile. No, was it your tongue? Or they hated your tongue? Why? Or what were you doing? No, I was, I, when I smile, like if I take a selfie, I have my mouth open. Why? What does that mean? I don't know. Oh, yeah, cuz no, she would just take a picture. Yeah. Or I do this. Yeah. What's wrong with that? Lola was her name. Shout out to Lola. She left a comment, she goes, You'd be so much more prettier if you would smile with your mouth closed. Why? And I was like, So if I wasn't smiling, I'd be way prettier? That's like the opposite of what people tell us. Smile with your mouth closed! It's like, That's how Craig always used to smile. He would smile like this. Because he didn't want me to see that he had braces when I first met him. Oh my gosh. It's not like when you're talking you're not going to see that he has braces or anything. Yes, right. Exactly. But that's how he always used to smile because he didn't want to have braces. So I have no pictures of Craig with braces, even though he had braces for like the first three months that we met. That's hilarious. My mom showed me that blog and she's like, yeah, look at what someone wrote and I'm like, why the hell would someone care? Yeah, I just don't get why people need to comment about that stuff. Like if you need to say it, say it to your friend that's sitting next to you, but you don't need to like write it on the internet. That was probably an older generation who thinks that they need to be She probably thought she was doing me a favor. Yep. No, nobody cares about that kind of blogging time for me. I had such a good summer that summer. It was so much fun. Except for that one comment, but honestly, I felt so good about myself then that I didn't even care. And I made a joke out of it. Like I had the best summer of my life. 2021. That's awesome. And, uh, then everything has gone down. I feel like that a little bit. I don't know. I understand that. It's like, I don't know. We could go into it, but we don't have enough time. My therapist, I pay her to listen to all of this. So I pay us to listen, take it up for her. You can pay me slightly less. That's fine. I only paid 30 a visit. So you can pay me 29, girl. Here we go with the marketing 29, how to get back to summer 2021. That's like my ultimate life goal is to like, I was feeling myself. I was healthy. I was biking regularly. I was eating so many vegetables. I loved my job. I was so in love and so inspired by the work that I was doing. Like, so you just need to recreate that exactly and do all those things again. Maybe just try it. It's harder with a three kids. I told you my brain fell out of my damn head. I know. I understand. Do you have like a little cart thing for your bike? So Anders could be in the back. We do. I do. I just like to make excuses. Yeah, I get that. Do you know what I mean? Cause like, I think, okay, I got to get the bike rack on. I don't know how to put the bike rack on. Okay. Then I have to load up my bike. I know how to load up my bike, but then I have to put the other two kids bike. Gannon is not going to tolerate a four mile bike ride. He just won't, it will be whining after. Do it after Craig gets home, maybe 10 o'clock at night to do the tag along. I just, I can come up with more excuses than I can motivation. That's the same with me. Like, I would like to like really go for good walks every day, but I'm just like, the kids are going to complain within the first five minutes. Like I'm with my kids all the time. Like, when am I going to do this? So I'm like, okay, well I bought like a walking pad off someone and I was like, great, I'll do it in the basement. I freaking hate doing that. I hate it. I'm like, I'm so bored. It's so boring. Yep. And I get like motion sick so I can't like read very well while I'm trying to walk. So I'm just like, what do I do? What do I do? Yeah. Yeah. Definitely a mind, like it's a mindset thing and I don't know why we have it. Cause if I fit, they say it makes a difference when you change to a positive mindset. Cause that's what I did with my second for birth. You know, they were like, don't say, Oh, it hurts. It hurts. Say like, wow, he's coming down and wants to see you and be in this world. So I literally kept telling myself that, yeah. And then it just changed my mood a little bit. And then same with the gym. I'll wake up, it's 4 30 AM and I'm dreading it. I'm like, I don't want to get up. I just want to sleep. But I'm like, Nope, if I stay in, I'm going to have this. So I'm like, Nope, I'm going to get up, work out, feel great, come home, and then just take on the day. And yeah, good for you. You feel like you got it. Good. That's mental wellness, people. But yeah, it's hard. And I don't know. I'm not a coffee person either. So what do you do? You don't take naps either. Do you? No. So stick. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I take naps, which is what I'm going to do after this. Oh, I thought we were going to go eat after this or something. I'm hungry. I got a ditch out. I know you and Hannah can go eat. I am. Oh yeah. She's like, so I will go eat and then I'll pick up my kids later. There we go. Practice some songs. I got to be positive. Don't be bitching about the weather. Don't be, Oh, it's so hard. I'm such a negative person. It's very, very difficult. I feel like I've become one in my mindset. Yeah. It's just really, way to go, Sarah. I know. I'm sorry. Energy is feeding off colors. I really, when someone else is negative, I try to be more positive to offset that, but I just have a really hard time. That's what we should in general being positive. Just, she said if she's around someone negative, she's more positive. I try to be more positive. So let's do that. You guys be really negative and then I'm going to stop hanging out with you because it's negative. But I thought it was going to change your, it will for that time that I'm with you. And then I'll go home and be like, that was a lot of fucking work. I'm hanging out with them again. Love it. Yep. All right. Well, we've got plans. We've got plans. We're going to split out of here. We're going to eat. We're going to maybe go to the pictures. I drive, you know, go for a walk, go for a bike ride. There you go. I love that. Yeah. Go sit in my car for an hour and a half. Oh boy. Yeah. I'll be moving. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. I was like, you know, take a nap on the side of the road here. I might. I almost did on the way here. Oh no. I would have been late. You need to get a Tesla so that you can let it drive on its own. Oh yeah. Close that. I don't understand how that works. Don't either. I would be scared. That's crazy. Oh, surprise. You're in a different state. You're in a ditch, dude. Welcome. All right. This has been Kalissa, Hannah, and Sarah. Bye.
