On this episode, we have the inspiring Steph Aiello joining us. She has made her hands her brand and is a super quadriplegic with an “I Can" Attitude living in Southern California. Steph is a makeup artist, content creator, and disability advocate. Over the years she’s had the honor of being the first wheelchair model for Ulta Beauty, Maybelline New York Ambassador & Product Testing, and brand partnerships with Revlon, Fenty Beauty, Estée Lauder, Buxom cosmetics, Amazon, Herbal Essences, Braun, Redken, Flip Beauty, and Tarte Cosmetics. She’s been featured in articles; by People Magazine, Bustle, Teen Vogue, Pop Sugar, and Daily Mail. Steph continues to glide through life and the future looks bright for this incredible trailblazer. Steph walks us through the tragic accident that left her paralyzed to then having to re-learn basic functions. We also discuss what it is like to have to mourn your own life in order to become a new version of yourself. How it is okay to allow yourself to “FEEL”, to stop putting pressure on yourself to be the inspiration you think you need to be in every moment. Steph still pursued her passion for Makeup Artistry which has propelled her into an amazing career as not only a Makeup Artist but a model & partnerships with the many brands listed above.
