We've always wanted to take a liking to some self-defense training, but quite frankly have never known which discipline to study (if there's even a proper way to study combat in the first place.)
However, the newcomer has taught us many a thing so far during his short time here, and even agreed to taking up the mic while Ryan is away on some "personal business in a faraway place..." whatever that means?
