Diastasis Recti can be a scary topic! With all the bad info floating around, it's no wonder this condition can bring on a lot of fear. 

We are here today to assure you that having a diastasis is not the worst thing that can happen to you, and that it is actually a very normal part of pregnancy. In this episode, we will bust the common myths, help you let go of the fear around it, and tell you how to go about rebuilding your core so you can do any exercise you enjoy and feel good about it.
