#39: Core Weakness - The Real Reason Your Core Still Doesn't Feel Strong After Having Babies

Today's episode is a bit of an extension from last week's. We know many women struggle with body image, but even when you are months and years postpartum (or even a decade) and you have found your way back to a fitness routine, it's common to feel like your core is still weak and not making the progress you may have expected.

In this episode we break down all of the very basic reasons your core isn't functioning the way you want it to. We think you will see how a little education that you likely never received about this area of your body can go a long way! With this information, it might be easier than you think you finally make better progress with your core strength!
