Welcome everybody to the no Niche Needed podcast. I'm Haley.
Chance:
I'm Chance.
Haley:
And this is our new podcast. We really like talking to each other. For those of you who don't know, we are an engaged couple. We're getting married in a month, yep, and we really like to talk to each other.
Chance:
So why not record it and let other people?
Haley:
hear us talk to each other Exactly no, niche.
Chance:
Needed, which is kind of controversial. Do you want to tell them exactly why that's so controversial?
Haley:
Yeah, because growing up us just as a society, we try to drill it into people's brains that they need to choose one thing in their life and just be so good at it and make it their entire personality and it just makes people, I don't know, not venture out into doing different things because, they think that they're not going to be successful if they don't deviate out of the lane.
Haley:
But you and I, we have some diverse backgrounds in our careers and just in our paths to get where we are today. I'm not gloating by any means. I just feel like we're at a good place right now we're not unsuccessful. We're not unsuccessful.
Chance:
Right, we're in a good place. We're in a good place.
Haley:
So that's just kind of what we want to talk about.
Chance:
We're here to say you don't have to drill in on one specific thing.
Haley:
You don't have to have a specific niche. You can have an overarching niche like hey, I want to be in entertainment and there's a lot of things under that umbrella, but you don't have to just stick to one certain thing. You don't have to just sing. You don't have to just act. You can do whatever you want to do.
Chance:
No niche needed.
Haley:
There is no niche needed, but also that is the topic of this podcast. There's no niche to the podcast. We're going to talk about everything we're going to talk about relationships. And we're going to talk about our journeys to get where we are. We're going to talk about entertainment because, you know me, I like to scroll on TikTok endlessly. So we'll talk about the trends and the Taylor Swift, travis Kelsey stuff happening yeah.
Chance:
So mainly all fun, all the fun stuff, what we talk about when we're not working.
Haley:
