I think it's the most important pillar about life family, work and all these subjects. That makes our personality. But sometimes we lost ourselves. Sometimes we start loving more the people we are around. That is good. But everything life if it exceeds your limit, it's not. It's not. So you have to go on your own road, rowing your own life, like in the river. What's going on you never know, but you have certain control of what can happen today. No past, no future, just today.

like, we want to hear about your business well, let's start like very humble, how we create an agency. I have a partner, a business partner, here that we create. This agency was created by very good vibes around. It was't the coffee season, so it was not quite easy to have very good vibes in that season, but we try. It was good, was nice, nice situation, nice clients, nice. That's why we are. We want to be called creative. You know so why? Because we Ciao. So we start. Yeah, I know a lot of people here. So, yeah, that's something I love about Ibiza. I live in Ibiza, so this is a great life here.

Everybody knows about Ibiza, but it's not always like that. So, yeah, it was a very creative moment, very depressed in the society. So we came up with this idea like to cheer up our daily life. You know, nobody were working, nobody. So we started. We said like fuck off the news, fuck off everything, let's start to be creative, let's start spending our time, you know, into very important shit. So that's why, that's why, that's why that's why that's why, so, baby shark. So what did you say, baby shark? So, so, this is the guy who comes into the soccer teams, you know, playing around. That's Ibiza life. I love it so well, yeah, we created this.

The Sandia comes with a very special situation in Ibiza. That was wonderful. It was a very creative moment, not about technology that we are like focused on website branding and consulting everything. So the name came out from a living, all our lifestyle in the island. That it's like alchemy you get, you gave what you receive, what you receive.

So we call it sandia because we used to have a watermelon in a special place later I will tell you which place was it like calaconta. So we were cutting the, the watermelon we were sharing with people we didn't know about. They were sharing, you know, weed or good experience. There were a guy playing the guitar. So it was a very special moment. So we took that idea and we're developing the same idea, but into the technology. So, trying to yeah, we accept technology, because I'm starting even that like blockchain, solidity and all this stuff but we want to create like humanize the technology. That is quite difficult because technology is technology. So we are trying to twist it so we can keep it going on the technology good, technology is taking a lot about our lives and stuff. So that's the main solution about sandia about, yeah, we can do technology, consulting everything but more like humanizing the society yeah that's the main concept I like that.

I like so. Is that more from? From what aspect is that from? Like a marketing aspect?
Speaker 2:
no, we, we don't treat uh, marketing just technology, but what we do is like creating technology, like very intuitive, very tough about not getting the hook, so you can keep in the technology, just the necessary technology, about any project. It can be hospitality, it can be high tech or whatever, blockchain, whatever but focus on the humanity. You know, that's the meaning about us, like the pressure, that's why Sandia watermelon nothing more fresh than a watermelon.

You know, know, everybody knows yeah, and I remember hearing that was the name years ago and I was like, okay, one day you'll explain to me why.

Yeah there's a big, big identity behind that's why. Why? Because we develop branding and all this stuff, so we know how to tweak the detail into technology and so where are your clients at the moment?

where are they based?

normally I was working from barcelona and then I was working from croatia, sagreb. I was living like four months in sagreb but I noticed, like this is my place and it's not about me, it's about the business and the ideology I want to develop. It's perfect here because there is a lot of different nationalities, different cultures. Ibiza is like a mess up about culture and money and everything, so everything gets messed up here. So giving a little bit of order in this mess up is opportunity, you know yes, and particularly Ibiza.

There's so many international people that like pass through the island and it's, I feel, such a big hub for entrepreneurs as well. It's. It's almost like a well, I was going to say an expensive Bali. Now Bali is on par with, I think. Yeah, but it's like the same idea you would get if you think about. You know, you're definitely going to meet a lot of entrepreneurs there and I think you picked a good spot. But I remember actually, like when we used to work together, you always had this kind of nomad vibe.

You know you were not destined for London and the rain and all that bullshit no well, I started in Madrid, then I moved to Ibiza, then I moved to Amsterdam, I remember. Then I moved to Vienna, then I go back to Madrid, then I go to London, then back to Barcelona, then Croatia, then again Ibiza. So finally I said like stay in a place, please for myself. You know, just be quiet. You know it was the COVID season. Even that was my promise before the COVID. I said that was my promise before the COVID is like staying in one place for one year at least Just get your thing straight and then you can keep traveling.

But well, I did it. Then I changed to Barcelona, then I changed. But well, finally, I want to establish something in the island. I know the island needs me. I know a lot of people here so I know I can work with them. That's why.

Ibiza. So all the hopping around like how did that work with your love life?
Speaker 2:
You're just breaking hearts, miguel, all over the content or maybe around they break my heart too. But well, something that I always, uh, since I was a little kid, like 14 years old, 13 years old, my father always taught me about Steve Covey. So he's a guy, he. He died very young, but John like 50 something, but for me he's young because he tried to explain to us the win-win situation. Negotiation, understanding the other people, understand the other side, always create business for win-win. It can be done. Maybe someone is going to be a little bit more, but everyone winning. You know it's the healthy situation in business.

Because money is something that I know for experience about relationships. It creates a very, it can create, because I've been to relationship that both of us was not like big spenders, you know. But when I see the evolution, like going through the relationships, I see even me. I'm not telling the other part, I'm telling the persons, not, not not genders. You know, sometimes when you get like certain amount of money, because everyone has a limit, everyone has a top, you know. So when you get close to your top, you somehow your personality starts to be like distracted or contaminated, maybe with the money Interesting. So I always, I have always in my mind. Even I have a how do you say a poetry, like a writing about poetry? It's called Desiderata, so the thing about For our non-Spanish speakers.

It's very simple but it's very complex to understand it. So sometimes the simple things in life are this is the difficult part of understanding. So for me it's the humble side. Everyone has to have a humble side in their life because you can deny that sometime in your life you will be like in the top. If you're searching the top, you know if you want to get the best of you in money, because we are always in the rat race, everyone Rat race and those stuff. No time for, not even the family. Yeah, you know the tuning about everything family, money, relationships, about yourself. Love yourself. Start with that, please, please. Even if you are a religious guy, if you are Muslim, if you are jewish, if you are catholic, all the whole religion, the whole like, if you put it all together, is love yourself, because depends on how you love yourself, you will love the other people yes how you treat yourself I love that.

You said something that is something I preach all the time. You know, love and relationships it's not just about love and relationships like. It has a butterfly effect on the rest of your life, like all all types of relationships anyway romantic and platonic but when you you're choosing someone who you're going to spend an infinite amount of time with, that's a very important choice you know it's going to affect you magnetize money, how you magnetize luck in your life, what your spiritual connection is going to be.

So for someone to say you know what fuck love like? I've given up it's, it's almost, it's not even almost, it is self-sabotage, it's it's suicide, as I like to say, because we are made of love. You know, that's the essence of who we are as human beings. So to deny that is to deny ourselves, deny our identity and deny any blessings coming our way if you say I won't stop loving, you will stop loving yourself because it's not enough.

that's I want to be clear love yourself until you are capable to give love, but don't love yourself and keep it, because every energy, if you hold it, will explode. Even with love, even with hate, even with everything, there's no good. There's no bad. The unbalanced guy is telling you to balance. You know people are just like oh my god, you know because, you're, you have this sunny disposition, this energy, and for you it's normal, for you it's like of course. Why would I not be?

yeah, I remember the opinion in london about it. Yeah, I know, but it's something that I, the first investment we're talking about, like the same structure as money. The first investment I will do is like lost. I will invest my good will and my good, uh, whatever I can show you about myself, what I have, I will show you, like pure face, but very clear. I can lose, you know well, I I bet myself to lose. Why? Because when I win it can be hundred, just one. But when I win it can be 100, just one.
