As CEO of Global Food Partners, Elissa is responsible for running all facets of the organisation. Elissa brings over 15 years of experience in leading highly effective teams, developing and executing strategic programs, and advising food and hospitality industry leaders worldwide on the development and execution of animal welfare sourcing policies, with a focus on cage-free egg production. Prior to co-founding Global Food Partners, Elissa was Director of Humane Society International Farm Animals, where she drove the department’s program execution and strategy, and led its global corporate policy team, partnering with the largest food companies in the world, from Latin America to Asia.

A US native, Elissa is based in Singapore. She loves travel, dogs, and hiking.
