A very long time ago, I saw the film Pay It Forward. It tells a story about a boy named Trevor who is given an assginment in class to do three good deeds to three different people. These three people are suppoused to help another three, this way creating a cascade of kindness, raising the levels of happiness in the world around. Today I want to participate in this mission started by Trevor. I invite you to join me by following us here, at joyful.

Today's episode is an invitation, designed to spark up your interest.
I talk about what is happiness, I debunk myths, and bring you the facts regarding the things that may actually contribute to your happiness levels.

We've Rebranded!
Without any question, health is important. This is why we first created Healthy Habits, and health is something which still guides us in this project. However, as we were working on this topic we've realised that the true question we want to look the answers to is How To Be Happier, which is why we created joyful.  To start, based on existing research, we've designed 5 pillars of happiness which I will share with you at the end of this episode. However, you're inpatient to learn what they are, you can also find them on our instagram: @joyfuuuuuuuuuul
