Speaker 1:

All right, welcome back to the King's Perspective, episode 15. Yes, that's right, episode 15, concurrently running consistent 15 weeks straight no gas, no, no, no brakes, all gas. Still amazed that I've gone this far at this point and have not wavered. I think I can continue to do this, maybe even make it a career, I don't know. But again, this is not possible without you guys, my loyal listeners, tuning in to give you my perspectives on what's going on in current topics of movies, television, sports, gaming, music as well. So all that. So I appreciate you stopping by listening. I hope you find any of my takes or thoughts um insightful, uh, intelligent, um, or you just come away with something that you didn't know, uh, beforehand. So, um, as always here at the King's perspective, with King chill, you know I talk all things um film, music, sports, television, video games weekly to get your dose of pop culture. So let's go ahead and start the show here with films. So I found the most popular movies that audiences are currently enjoying. Kung Fu Panda, number four, with a 72% rating.

Speaker 1:

This animated adventure offers an eye-catching entertainment for fans of the franchise. Poe the dragon warrior faces new challenges with his martial art skills. Love lies bleeding. With a 92 rating. This electric love story features a reclusive gym manager, lou, falling for ambitious Jackie. Let's love collide in this well-acted film. And then Madam Well, which I just actually saw no lie, just the other night. And man, it's Um man. It's okay, let me get into my synopsis and then I'll get into why. Let's just get into the synopsis.

Speaker 1:

So Madam Web despite a low 12% rating, the superhero adventure, uh, earnestly explores the title's character's origin. While it has its appeal, the plot execution falls short. Yeah, so that was just my synopsis to start it off. But looking at the film, you know it's bad when you're watching the film and you keep finding yourself having ADHD moments and you're doing other things other than sitting down focusing on the film. And you keep finding yourself having ADHD moments and you're doing other things other than sitting down focusing on the film. So that's one thing.

Speaker 1:

And then it's like if they were going to do a Madam Web film, I felt like it should have been just more or less just about her. If they were able to do a second one that's when you bring those three other characters in for the second but the first one should have just been about her, solely about her, and how she was seeing things and how to stop them with the future, which would have been fine. But I think it kind of got a little muddied when you add three other individuals and she's trying to help them as well, and then there are just point in times in the film where she left these three people that she was supposed to help Just at random, just at random spots or with random people. So, hey, watch these guys while I go find myself or try to find out my, my true origins and all this other jazz, to find out my, my true origins and all this other jazz. And I'm just like man, this, this film. Just I can see why, uh, dakota, uh, and um, oh, man, I cannot think of her name. Um, she's from euphoria though. Um, sydney sweetie, yeah, I can see why those two did not really promote this film that hard. Um, and they talk kind of negative it just if they saw the finished product and what they saw wasn't that great. I don't blame them.

Speaker 1:

And another thing was Mike Epps was in that film and what's crazy about that is, as I was sitting there thinking to myself, like they were promoting the film, dakota and Sidney Sweet, but Mike Epps did not promote the film at all. Was he on some type of non-disclosure agreement where he couldn't talk about it or go out and promote it? Because when I'm watching the film I'm like, oh, is that Mike Epps? Know more on the comedic side? You know he'll have some serious roles here and there, but you know his claim to fame is always going to be Friday Day Day. So seeing him in this and I'm like, nah, I had to rub my eyes and everything, I'm like, nope, that is truly Mike Epps. So I'm like, okay, we weren't going to say that he was in this film, like what, what's going on with that? So you know, overall the film left a lot on the table for me wanting more, and then some some plot holes that just didn't make sense.

Speaker 1:

Um, now, I did like the subtle nod to the very end. It was kind of like an Easter egg where you have, um, well, the, the, the, the moments where, uh, uncle Ben cause, madam Webb comes from Spider-Man universe was in there helping uh, uh, cassandra, cassie, cassie, madam Webb. And then I didn't realize until watching the film later on that he was there and I thought it was his girlfriend or wife. But no, actually it was his brother's wife or girlfriend that was with child while he was off on, I guess, a business venture. So you have the Uncle Ben, young Uncle Ben. We get to see him before death, what he looks like, and then you get to see at least Peter Parker's mother, and then you actually see the birth of Peter Parker in the film as well. Now, it's probably not connected to this is the Sony universe, so this isn't really so much connected to the MCU that we know with Tom Holland's um Spider-Man. So is it canon? Is what some people say is a candidate MCU? Probably not. But uh, at least you can kind of see something different on the screen that marvel hasn't done, meaning mcu, uh, marvel cinematic. Uh, disney has done so that was pretty, pretty cool. Uh, new release films coming out.

Speaker 1:

This week we have monkey man, a kid anonymous, uh, young man embarks on a relentless quest for vengeance. The corrupt leaders responsible for his mother, nila's death are his targets. However, kid's journey of exacting revenge takes an unexpected turn. As he confronts the corrupt system, he becomes the savior of the poor and powerless people who suffer under oppression and rule Parachute. The film delves into complexities of relationships between two young adults, riley and Ethan Navigates emotional landmines with an impressively light touch, portraying the struggle of addiction, codependency, the body image. The film vividly draws characters that resonate with people or viewers as they grapple with life's messy complexities.

Speaker 1:

And then Scoop. This is very interesting because this deals with Jeffrey Epstein. You know, especially now with still people trying to figure out did he do it, did he not do it, is he alive, is he not? And then now with Puff Daddy or P Diddy, whatever he wants to call himself, this film Scoop I'm going to get into it here, but it delves into how the story was broken, essentially to where now we know about Jeffrey Epstein and Epstein Island and all that good jazz. So Scoop is a film that reveals how the BBC obtained the bombshell interview with Prince Andrew about his friendship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The film delves into the inner workings of the palace and BBC, spotlighting the journalists who had the tenacity and guts to break through the highest of the ceilings and into the inner sanctum of calculations of a man with everything to lose. So yeah, when that film comes out, I believe it's going to be in theaters. But if you're interested in seeing how the story broke or learning more about Epstein and who's on that Epstein list, and then another in real time Epstein with P Diddy. This will be right up your alley Films with great replay value.

Speaker 1:

We have Inception, christopher Nolan's mind's mind bending thriller about dreams within dreams. Um, that incite plot, stunning, uh. Visuals. Hans zimmer score uh, make it a puzzle worth solving over and over, and, like I said, I've talked about this before, but the very end I cannot tell if cobb's thimble spinning majiggy was a visual visual. Oh, I can't even get it out visual representation for us, the audience, to know if he was still in his dream world or was he out. And that's the thing about that film. It was like a complete mind messer, where you couldn't really tell the you know real, uh, a reality from dream, and that um was a real, like I said, mind messer. But overall, the film, though, was great um, I'm sure somebody can correct me if I'm wrong, but I have never seen a film quite like that. I'm sure it pulled from other films, so I can't say if it was quite an original, but overall great film.

Speaker 1:

We have Groundhog's Day with Bill Murray. The weatherman relives the same day over and over again the clever premise of Bill Murray's comedic genius and the underlying existential questions make the film a perpetual favorite. Yeah, I remember seeing that film and as a kid, quite like is because, like, I came in in the middle of it at the height of this film. So this is at the time when it was, when you could rent it at Blockbuster. So I remember watching this and just kind of like and, like I said, when you come into the middle of it and you see one thing, then you see it kind of repeat itself. Is this supposed to be like this? Is there something wrong with the VHS tape? Why does this scene keep repeating? Is there something wrong with the VHS tape Like, why is this scene keep repeating, like, is there something going on? It was a complete mind bender again for me as a kid watching it until I realized, oh okay, you know I missed the premise of the very beginning, but coming into the middle of a film, seeing that like that, yeah, it was crazy. Middle of a film, seeing that like that, yeah, it was crazy.

Speaker 1:

Uh, the big lebowski, the dude, uh, is about the dude abides, uh. This quirky coen brothers film combines bowling, mistaken identity, identity uh, and a laid-back uh, jeff ridges. The absurd, the memorable characters make it a cult classic. Of course Jeff Bridges is the I assume this. His character is Lebowski yeah, that's right. And then of course, his famous saying is I'm the dude posing as whoever he was supposed to be to get that money. But yeah, it's, it's definitely a cult classic. I've tried to watch it sitting down in its entirety, but I think it's just hard to kind of catch that kind of humor. But I'm going to have to try to give it a chance again.

Speaker 1:

Now we're going to move on here to music a new genre here, branching away from film and we're going to kick into famous musicians from Alaska. So we had Artist the Spoon man, born in Kodak, alaska, his street performances in Seattle caught attention and he went on to share stages with artists like Frank Zappa. Soundgarden. Phish Artists even appeared on a late night TV show with Dave Letterman. Now we have John Gurley of the Portugal Portugal the man there we go. Born in Willow, alaska, he's best known as the front man for the band Portugal man, with hits like Fill it Still, purple, yellow, red and Blue, and People Say have solidified their place in rock music history. And then, lastly, john Luther Adams, award-winning American composer, has made significant contributions across various genres of media. His work spans children's theater, television, film and more, showcasing his versatility and creativity.

Speaker 1:

Now we've got some updates here to kind of look out here for music. Cmt Music Award performance lineup is going to be this year. Cody Johnson, megan Maroney, old Dominion Parker McCollum and Britney Spencer have joined the performance lineup for the CMT Music Awards. The US recorded music industry grew its revenue by 8% in 2023, reaching an all-time high of $17.1 billion. This marks an eight consecutive year of growth. And then we have VAR2TM it's coming out with an album called Nardic Flora Series Part 6 Outlaw Music scheduled for April 4th. Black Keys the album Ohio Players arrives on April 5th. And Adam Witsy 11 Fugies of Sodium will be out on April 5th. Now some trends in music that are growing that you should be looking out for here are cinematic streams.

Speaker 1:

These are short, impactful musical phrases often used in film scores and in trailers. They create a tension and drama, adding an epic feel to music. Comedy songs and comedy songs humorous and lighthearted tracks are resonating with audiences, whether it's clever wordplay or funny narratives. Comedy songs provide a refreshing break from serious themes. And then we've got a big mashup here, with three genres combining into one. Jazz, soul, electronica is now becoming a hybrid genre Are merging, resulting in a fresh fusion. Jazz? Um is now becoming a hybrid genre. Um are emerging, resulting in a fresh fusion jazz, soul and electronic elements combined to produce captivating music. So be on the lookout for that. I'm interested to see how. Uh well, you know what, honestly, um, this genre, fusion isn't really anything new, I would actually say.

Speaker 1:

If you can find Miles Davis on the corner, that was an album produced by Miles Davis which was fusion at the time, from 1972 to that, essentially, is what this is. They're making a genre. Now that was already existed with Miles Davis off that album, but essentially it wasn't labeled, titled whatever. It's just like Miles went in that studio, did his thing and that was it. But in that album for Miles on the corner, the complete set, he touches on jazz, so avant-garde jazz, some electronic sounds with electronic guitars, I believe. So you know, this genre to me is just kind of a retro coming back and, like I said, that's definitely something that I've heard already from Miles Davis. So again, if you're wondering what that genre would sound like in a modern day and you can't find it, just go back and look for Miles Davis on the corner.

Speaker 1:

Now, on the sports MLB, we have Mookie Betts transitioning to short stops Not short stops, short stop on defense, and he has been determined to prove he can play the premium position at a high level. His hard work and dedication are evident as he continues to excel in spring training. Jd Martinez and the Mets have reached an agreement on a one-year deal. The team needed a designated hitter, and Martinez, known as one of the best fits the bill, mets fans are eager to see him in action. And then I'm going to probably butcher this player's name, but bear with me. We have Ha Soinkim.

Speaker 1:

A lead Padres made a big impression during the Seoul series, scoring 15 runs in a single game. Korean fans, historically fond of the Dodgers, witnessed an exciting showdown between the two teams. Oh okay, sorry, that is actually a team, not a player. So, um, yeah, oh, wait, wait, wait. No, we are correct, that was a player for the padres. Sorry, um, but the soul series is pretty much wrapped up. So now you're getting ready to get into, uh, spring training, and then the season's starting. So, for all our big baseball fans, please hit me up on Twitter and tell me what team you're interested in rooting for, or who's going to take the World Series On to the NBA.

Speaker 1:

We have Nikola Jokic is currently leading the MVP race with Luka Doncic and tying right behind those two is Giannis Antetokounmpo for third place. Jokic leads for the top spot is nearly insurmountable at this point. I mean I want to get into a whole tirade here, but I mean Jokic is like pretty much one of the best big mans in the game. I wouldn't say he's quite as dominant as Shaq was, but he's he's. He's dang near pretty much like on that level. He can play low post, he can shoot outside, which Shaq never had, and he's great at passing. And, matter of fact, shout out to Jokic for shouting out DJ Burns from NC State. Jokic for shotting out DJ Burns from NC State. He said he actually watched. I think it would have been their Friday game when they took on who NC State took on who Marquette, or I think it was. It was an interview somebody was doing with the Denver Nuggets center Jokic and it was either the Marquette game or it was the Duke game. But either way, nikoli Jokic is a big fan of DJ Burns game.

Speaker 1:

So you know, when you're still in college and you got the pros looking at you. You know you've made it. Unfortunately for the New Orleans Pelicans they will, but still in college. And you've got the pros looking at you. You know you've made it. Unfortunately for the New Orleans Pelicans, they will be out without their number two scorer, brandon Ingram, for at least two weeks due to a knee injury. It seems like they were finally starting to get their footing, together with Zion Williams, brandon Ingram, cj McCollum, their up-and-coming young team trying to make a name for themselves in the West. And then, when you have this happen, that just cuts the legs tremendously from under that team.

Speaker 1:

And then Shea Gildress, alexander, or as they call him, sga, has scored 30-plus points against every team, minus Toronto and Milwaukee this season. So I'm sure there's probably a player who's done this, but that does seem like a phenomenal feat to say that there are literally I believe it's what 32 NBA teams and minus your team that you're on because you can't play against them. You know 31 teams you've gone up against roughly and scored 30 for the season each. You know I won't say each and every night, but at least if they're on your schedule you know. Okay, all right, here's Chicago, here's Milwaukee, I'm dropping 30 this night, dropping 30 the next night. You know that's a phenomenal feat to pull off. All right For the NFL.

Speaker 1:

We have former Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants free agent signing offensive tackle. Tyron Smith believes the team has all the pieces to go all the way this season. They showed promise, I'll give you that. They showed promise before Aaron Rodgers went down. If Aaron Rodgers had not gone down, they probably would have made some noise in the playoffs. I'll give them that. So if Aaron Rodgers comes back healthy, then yeah, we'll see what happens.

Speaker 1:

Nfl Executive Vice President Troy Vincent reiterates that the hip drop tackle is something they want to eliminate from the game. At this point, man, you ain't even looking at football, no more. It's just straight up flag football. You can't do a horse collar, can't do a hip tackle. You got to make sure you wrap them up when they're coming at your full speed. So I see the way the game is being played, where defensive players are going to start getting injured more than offensive. The game is in more favor of offense than defense. It's going to be. It's basically imbalanced.

Speaker 1:

I think they're going to realize they're going to try this for maybe two, three years. I'm like, hey, man, we got to change this up because the NBA went offensive route and just within this season, adam Silver's hey man. We got to change this up because the NBA went offensive route and just within this season, adam Silver's on some man. We got to go back and change some things because there's no defense being played, there's not a level of competitiveness being had, it's just the game is more geared for offense. So now they're trying to eliminate certain fouls, a level of physicality that can be had against certain players. That's what's going to happen with the NFL. They're going to try this, thinking this is great, and then after a while they're going to be like but you know who's going to benefit the most? Well, of course, offense is going to benefit the most, but this is definitely going to benefit Patrick Mahomes. When he can throw the ball and his player can basically just make a couple moves and the defensive players behind him and can't make the tackle exactly like how they need to, this is definitely going to help them with their three-peat and quad-peat or four-peat. At this point, with these rules coming in and I can see a level of scrutiny being on him. Well, you played in an era where defense wasn't encouraged If you couldn't get in front of the player and wrap up the player before he made a move, then it was pretty much automatic touchdown. So yeah, it sucks for him but to be under that level of scrutiny that he's going to have to face within the next couple of years, but it just to me, like I said, it ushers in a chance for them to three-peat and four-peat On to some weird news here.

Speaker 1:

Well, it's not really news, it's sad news and just man, detroit can't catch a break. Detroit Lions. The team has released cornerback Cameron Sutton. Recently a domestic violence warrant was issued for Sutton's arrest in Florida. The warrant is for domestic battery by strangulation, third-degree felony punishable up to five years in prison. And, just as an update here, the team released him and they just signed I want to say not this season, but last season. I was using a report that they had signed due to like a three year extension or contract. So that contract's been null and void. I don't know if they have to pay him because there's probably some type of bylaws in there where a contract can be voided depending on you know player conduct. So that also probably means that that money that was promised to you not happening other than what you you know, got probably within this first season, but those other two seasons you know.

Speaker 1:

Nhl ottawa center senators scored five goals in the first period and cruised past the Buffalo Sabres. Rookie Shane Pinto had an impressive performance with four points and Elvis Merskeltskin made 34 saves for Ottawa, which has now won three straight games. Mitch Marner is not expected to return for Toronto Maple Leafs this week and Elias Lindenholm remains day-to-day for the Vancouver Canucks. However, jeff Carter could play for the Pittsburgh Penguins against the Columbus Blue Jackets. In other news, former NHL player Shane Doan celebrated his Suns first NHL goal. The Arizona Coyotes unfortunately missed the playoffs for the fourth consecutive season. So bittersweet Sees the Suns score, but the team doesn't make the playoffs All right On to television.

Speaker 1:

Popular television shows. Viewers are currently watching Three. Body Problem, a sci-fi series that ambiguously tackles its source material, leaving fans eager for more. It has a critics consensus of 77%. Palm Royal A visually splendid show with fabulous cast, even though the tone may leave some viewers wanting more. Critics gave it a 52 percent uh rating. X-men 97 a continuation of the beloved x-men franchise, staying true to his predecessor while charting a fresh path towards uh, not towards forward, with a critics consensus of 98%.

Speaker 1:

Newly released TV shows that you might find interesting Sugar. Apple TV Plus stars Colin Farrell and its intriguing series Under the Bridge, a mystery-solving show featuring Riley Kuehl and Lily Gladstone, the Sympathizer with Robert Downey Jr. Keep an eye out for that one. If I remember correctly, the Sympathizer is going to be on HBO, hbo Max, and that show I think it takes place during the Vietnam War and what it is? It's a guy who is playing literally a double agent, not only for the Vietnamese if I'm pronouncing that correctly I'm getting tongue tied but also for the Americans. So Robert Downey Jr is the character's go-to where he has to check in for the US government. So what we find and seeing in the trailer, though, is the identity crisis, where this guy does not know who he is, where he's working for the Vietnamese uh, to get the information for um the U? S, and then the U? S to get the information for the Vietnamese. Hope I'm pronouncing that correctly. I sound crazy right now, but um, it makes for a very interesting show to see being under that level of scrutiny and pressure that someone has to deal with, to um stay at 100%, 100% at their game and not showing any wrinkles, any cracks to both sides to accomplish his goal and then ultimately you want to know if this guy is for the US or Vietnam, a war or Vietnamese at that point in time. So it'll make for a very interesting show to see how it ends up for him.

Speaker 1:

Now television shows with great replay value. We have Doogie Howser MD. The show revolves around the life of Douglas Doogie Howser, a teen physician who faces the dual challenges of practicing survived and survived early stage of pediatric leukemia, which fueled his desire to pursue medicine with a genius intellect and photographic memory. However, no, hauser participates in studies as a child prodigy until his 18th birthday. I remember growing up and watching the show and just thinking like man, like this is interesting. This is, you know, at the time the age of Doogie Howser would have been a lot older than me when I was watching it, but it was very interesting to see the show and seeing how he navigated in the adult world with having a sense of humor as a child so he's very adolescent but then also how he navigated with his peers, his own age and some of them finding him to be a bit weird, too straightforward or not having a bit of a humor, humor or the humor he had was more adult driven because of his job that he worked. But overall it was a great show growing up and watching that, so it definitely makes the list for replay value.

Speaker 1:

Another show that definitely makes the list here is dinosaurs. This the show revolves around a family of anthropomorphic dinosaurs living in a modern world. The Sinclairs navigate everyday life with a hilarious Jurassic twist, dealing with the modern conveniences of television, refrigerators, microwaves all while being dinosaurs. Television, refrigerators, microwaves all while being dinosaurs yeah, again, watching that show. Uh was one of my favorites growing up because, uh, you have the father Sinclair, but they always call him Sinclair, but that's the family name. And then baby Sinclair who, uh, was always very mischief. Uh, definitely didn't really respect the the um, uh Sinclair, always with the catchphrase not the mama, not the mama, um, that always uh was killer watching that show. But um, seeing Jim Hansen's creation come to life, just like, uh, what was the Jim Hansen's? Fraggle Rock? Um Muppets, um, fraggle Rock, muppets, yeah, so all those creations I think by far Dinosaurs was the best that I had seen him do. It was a great, entertaining 30 minutes to see, you know again, dinosaurs living in the modern world and how they dealt with the stresses of human problems, essentially. And then here we have another one of my favorites Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

Speaker 1:

The series unfolds in a fictional town of Angel Grove, california. During an exploratory mission on the moon, two astronauts inadvertently release an evil alien sorceress, rita Repulsa, and her minions, from a 10,000-year confinement. The astronauts stumble across an unopened container, breaching its seal and setting Rita free. In response, rita's escape, zordon and Alpha 5 teleport five teenagers Jason, trini, zack, kimberly and Billy to the command center. There they receive power morphers and transform into the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Their mission is to defend Angel Grove against Rita's malevolent forces, including missing Goldar and shape-shifting putty patrollers.

Speaker 1:

Now, when this show debuted, I think I was probably no more than in maybe man. I think I was in like maybe first, second grade. So you have these guys that are teens. Like I said, the backdrop is there of what's going on with the show, but to see them get transported into this whole command center by Zordon and Alpha, command center by Zordon and Alpha, who basically was just kind of keeping this little robot that had like a dish head, almost was always walking around talking about aye, aye, aye, aye, aye, just going crazy whenever something would happen. And then this big tube of this blue face that just sit there was like this, all knowing being called again Zordon was crazy. But to see them with these belt buckles or these little yeah, because they're like belt buckles that they would hold up and then say it's morphin time, and then it would transform them into these ninja suits and then say it's morphin' time, and then it would transform them into these ninja suits, and then these ninja suits had helmets with corresponding animals. Most of these animals were basically dinosaurs that were extinct.

Speaker 1:

So Jason the Red Ranger was T-Rex. Trini the Yellow Ranger, she had the saber tooth tiger. Then Kimberly was a pink ranger and hers was a pterodactyl. Then you had Zach the black ranger, which was crazy because, like everybody now would be like yo, you had the black dude be the black ranger. You couldn't have thought of anything else but at the time, watching it like you don't even think about it, because it was like Zack was just that cool and it was like, okay, if he's the Black Ranger, he's the Black Ranger, so be it. But Zack Black Ranger and his character no, not his character, but his animal was the Willie Mammoth. And then for Billy, which was the Willy Mammoth, and then for Billy, which was the Blue Ranger, my favorite Don't know why, just was I like the Blue Ranger? His animal was the Triceratops.

So then they'd get in their suits, they'd fight the Putty Patrol and any of these claymation created things from Rita Repulsa that she would just create in her lab and then throw down a planet earth, and then the Power Rangers would have to fight them. And then, once the Power Rangers basically whooped them, it was like, oh you know, he can't, you know, whoever the character is can't accept defeat. They would then turn around and just grow like 20 sizes larger, like on some godzilla ish. And then it was on the power rangers like, all right, it's morphing, time again. Now we're gonna call in our uh, our uh vehicles and they are basically the animals and they will all form up like Voltron. And then they would all sit in this big, massive robot suit and then go fight the character and then defeat him again. And then Rita would be mad and then all is well until the next episode. But man just glued to the television, watching that after school each and every day. Man, you could never get enough of Morphin, the original OG, mighty Morphin Power Rangers the OGs by far were the best. All right.

Speaker 1:

And then, to close it out, here we have video games. So what's happening in the world of video games? Ninja, one of the most popular video game streamers on platforms like Twitch and YouTube, recently shared his cancer diagnosis. Yeah, I just saw that. That's crazy. So shouts out to him and prayers up and you know I know his communities, you know thinking about him and you know trying to send him well wishes and support during this trying time. He basically said he's going to be stepping away to basically tend to his health needs with the cancers. So we'll see how that goes for him.

Speaker 1:

And then video game company Electronic Arts, or EA as it's known, announced that it's about to lay off 5% of its workforce, approximately 7, not 7, 670 employees. So the layoffs in the video game market is still going uh, each day, each week, each month. Um, it's just right now. Um, you've got just other avenues of uh playing video games. And there's just other up-and-coming companies that are not these triple-a titles like ea or bethesda or rockstar, that are basically doing the same thing. They are, but at a cheaper cost. So a lot of downsizing going on and so they can figure out what they can do. And then nintendo switch 2 is rumored to uh be released sometime this year, probably more than likely during the holiday season. And then here are some of the notable releases uh, for this week or last week actually, uh, dragons dogma 2 you can play that on PlayStation, xbox and PC released on March 22nd. And Princess Peach, showtime only for the Nintendo Switch, released on March 22nd. And then, lastly, the Rise of Ronin, playstation exclusive, it looks like, released on March 22nd.
