Speaker 1:

Welcome to your guided meditation for gaining clarity and insight. Meditation for gaining clarity and insight. Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to settle into the present moment. As you inhale, feel the air filling your lungs completely and, as you exhale, let go of any tension or stress or stress. Allow yourself to be fully here, fully present. Let's begin by bringing your attention to the body. Notice how it feels right now, without any judgment. Take your attention down to your feet feet noticing, tuning in to all the physical sensations before we then start to move our awareness upwards, scanning the entire body. Take a moment to feel the weight of your body against the surface beneath you. Notice any areas of tension or discomfort as you breathe in. Imagine sending your breath abdomen, the chest, the back, the shoulders, the arms, hands, then finally, your neck and your head. Now bring your attention to the breath once more. Notice its natural rhythm, without trying to change it. Feel the cool air entering your nostrils as you inhale and the slightly warmer air leaving as you exhale. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed and centered and, if your mind starts to wander, gently bring the attention back to the breath as an anchor to keep grounding you in this present moment.

Speaker 1:

Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a lake. You look down and the water is so still and clear that you can see all the way to the bottom. This lake represents your mind at its most clear and insightful. As you stand here, notice how calm and serene everything feels. Picture yourself gently stepping into the lake. See the ripples of water expanding outwards from your foot in the water. Feel the cool, refreshing water. As you immerse yourself further and further into the lake, feel any remaining tension or cloudiness in your mind dissolving away, leaving you with a profound sense of clarity.

Speaker 1:

You may choose to bring to mind now an area of your life where you seek clarity, clarity and insight. It could be a specific problem or issue, a decision you might need to make, or just a general feeling of uncertainty. Hold this gently in your mind and imagine the clear waters of the lake providing you with the insight that you need. Trust that the clarity you seek is within you, ready to be accessed. Taking a few more deep breaths now, allow this sense of clarity and insight to settle into your being and know that you can return to this state of calm and clarity whenever you need to, when you feel ready, gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings, wiggle your fingers and your toes and slowly open your eyes. Take a moment to notice how you feel now compared to when you began and if you are still seeking that clarity, know that the answer is within you and will present itself when you are ready to hear it.
