On this episode of the Restoration Revolution podcast, we step into the world of transformation with our host, the driving force behind Hazard Clean Restoration, chad Maloney. Chad, how are you doing today? I'm doing great, garfield, how are you doing? I am well. Listen, chad, you have an awesome following. I know my gosh. You've been in the community for a number of years, even though this show is already building great momentum. They're listening here who don't know you and don't know your business. So let's start there. Tell us about your company.

All right. So it's a restoration business, meaning we're someone that you call when something goes wrong in your house usually, or your car or anything like that. You have a water loss, fire damage, anything. If you develop any kind of mold or anything in your happens to your home. It's not supposed to. That's unexpected. It's a emergency type situation and typically where the type of company you're going to call so you make people whole, bring them back.

Yeah, yeah.

That whole with transformation. Huh yeah, we take whatever happens, from your house being flooded to a fire or anything unexpected. You call us, we come in and we take your house and we bring it back to where it was. You could just almost like go back in time with a time machine or anything like that. You go back and all of a sudden, your walls whether it was bold or water or fire all of a sudden they look brand new again.

So, chad, when you're not busy running your business, what do you like to do for fun?

I really I just enjoy. I work so much so I really enjoy spending time with my family, my wife, my kids, and reading a good book. From time to time I should say more in time to time I do like to read, but really I just enjoy spending time with my family.

Chad, you are a very busy guy, I know, because I can hardly catch up with you. True In your words. Why are you doing this?

You know, the main reason why is to make a difference. I was in the corporate world for a long time and trying to make a difference for others and did a really good job there and when we branched out years back, really focused on I had to look at my core values and where could I have the biggest impact and really focused on what's out there that you know, what other services are out there where you can have a fundamental difference in someone's life every single day. And that's really what we do. Every one of my days is unique, it's different. My phone rings constantly and it really is with different clients or customers that you know something has happened that shouldn't have happened and they're calling us to really try to make their lives back, bring some normalcy back to their life, and you know these are stressful moments. So to be able to go in and, you know, help bring some calm to the situation, that's really what it's all about.
