When meeting with a client, I begin with questions that seek to understand their needs. From there, we pare down plans, review prescriptions and go over any premiums, deductibles, co-pays or co-insurance that may be involved and then complete the enrollment with the client.
However, my job does not stop there. I will touch base to ensure the client understands how to use their benefits and ensure their needs are still met as life circumstances may change. I want to be the first line of support when answers are needed or there are any concerns. My specialty is finding the answers to any questions about your insurance.
