On today’s episode, I’m talking to the amazing couple Barbara & Kevin Naylor from 5Sprouts farm. 5Sprouts is a micro-farm where Barbara and Kevin grow 100% organic vegetables in less than ½ acre lot in a Maryville, TN subdivision. They follow permaculture principles like no-till and composting and also Back to Eden Methods like soil blocks. They also use worm tea produced in their backyard. Amazingly, the Naylors do all that while still working full-time jobs and raising their 5 kids. They are so knowledgeable about gardening and sustainable ways of living, you’re going to love our conversation!
