In today’s episode, I’m talking to Jackie Eul the Fit.Green.Happy program director and Mountain Challenge assistant director. Born and raised in the great Chicago area, Jackie longed for a college where she could enjoy the outdoor activities she started appreciating in High School. That’s how she ended up choosing Maryville College for her undergrad. Soon after her graduation, she had the opportunity to join Mountain Challenge, and shortly thereafter, Fit.Green.Happy was born as the non-profit arm of the organization. Under the leadership of Jackie, Fit.Green.Happy provides high-quality and safe outdoor experiences throughout the Maryville College campus. Their social responsibility efforts are devoted to providing education, access, and resources to help people get fitter, greener, and happier - a lifestyle that can benefit them, mentally and physically. In our delightful conversation, Jackie shares her story, how fulfilling the work of serving college students is, and why she believes we can change the world for the better, one person at a time. Without further delay, please welcome Jackie Eul!
