In today’s episode, I’m talking to my dear friend Wanda Malhotra, the founder of Crunchy Mama Box - a mission-driven wellness platform with an ethical marketplace featuring curated products. Wanda is a fellow Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certified by IIN, a Lifestyle journalist for Authority Magazine, a successful entrepreneur and a mom of 3. With nearly three decades in the clean beauty industry, Wanda uses her expertise to evaluate and test personal and home care products with a thorough approval process, providing them the Crunchy Mama’s seal of approval before entering her marketplace. This process supports women-owned, small, and sustainable businesses motivated by transparency, clean ingredients, and ethical practices. Wanda is also passionate about giving back, so she donates a portion of sales to different Cause Partners, helping communities and supporting other sustainable causes. In our delightful conversation, she shares her self-care practices, tells us why Crunchy Mama Box is a dream come true, and launches her first book Women in Wellness. Already featured on FOX News, WVLT8 Local News, and various media publications in both Brazil and the US, I am honored to have had her on the podcast. Take a listen!
