In today’s episode, I’m talking to my new friend Victoria Margaux Nielsen – 2x boy mama, breathwork facilitator, intuitive healer, and empowerment coach. A miscarriage in 2018 rocked Victoria’s world and kickstarted her spiritual and wellness journey. Tapping into her intuition helped her not only go through grief but to step into her power and truth. Then, during the pandemic, she and a friend created Spirit Mamas, a beautiful virtual community with a mission to help new and old mamas everywhere open their third eyes to rediscover who they really are. After having her second son, she wrote a book and started a podcast - Flip the Script with Vic. In her current work as an energy healer, Victoria uses ancient energetic practices like the Akashic Records and Kundalini Yoga to help women live more empowered and embodied lives. She also hosts retreats and digital workshops. We are both featured in the Women in Wellness book and first met in April at the Wellness Innovation Summit where the book was launched.  In our conversation, she shares the importance of tuning in with our bodies and gives us great tips on how to do so. Take a listen!
