In this Episode, I invited my friend Josée St-Amand to talk about our childhoods and our experiences being raised by parents that exhibit narcissistic traits.
We talked about how we coped growing up, how our upbringing scarred us but ultimately, how healing from both the little t's and big T's of trauma has transformed us.
So we're proud to share our our ups and downs, the shadow and the light and our journeys have helped us reveal the beautiful humans we're proud of being and still becoming.
