Meet Kristen:
Founder and CEO of Busy Mom Bod. Kristen is a busy mom of 4 girls; ages 17, 6, 4 & 3. Although fitness has been a part of Kristen’s life, it wasn’t until she experienced her first miscarriage that she realized how much she had been putting her own needs on the back burner for her children. This is when she realized how easy it is for mothers to do the same, and that she was not the only mom who struggled with this. Her mission to help mama’s make the transition from putting all of their energy into everyone else’s needs and to start taking care of themselves as well.
