He has over 20 years of experience as a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Executive Director. A proven track record of increasing revenue, strategic implementation and policy development for various business models. Has experience with matters such as capital campaign planning, program development, conference management, board optimization, and strategic communications oversight. A change agent who understands the importance of staff development and diversity inclusion. Former elected official with strategic relationships at the local, state and federal level.
