Our returning guest attorney Andre McDonald talks about national Second Amendment Litigation, as well as joins in on the discussion about the 2024 Maryland Legislative Session.

Andre is the founder and principal attorney at the McDonald Law Firm, a Columbia based law firm serving clients throughout Howard County, Montgomery County, the surrounding counties, and the District of Columbia. He is a member of both the Maryland and Washington DC Bar. His firm specializes in the areas of estate planning, special-needs planning, Medicaid/long-term care planning, and veterans pension planning. Although his firm does not focus specifically on firearms cases or criminal defense, he is a true advocate of the Second Amendment.
