Penny Rummel served in two branches of the Armed forces: The US Air force and US Coast Guard. She worked as a Command Master Chief for the Deputy of logistics and was a S/A counselor for military personal. After 27 years of service to her country, she retired in 2014.
Penny has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Bellevue NE. She currently is a MUFON WA State Director, UFO Field Investigator and MUFON WA Experiencer Resource Team .
