Guests include policymakers, legislators, thought leaders, business leaders, licensees, advocates, and others interested in the state of the market.  Will also have a dash of general national and international cannabis news.  

Hosted by Herb Barbot, Esq., first Director of Operations at the NYS Office of Cannabis Management.  The aim of Joint Session is to provide the audience with factional information and informed opinion related to cannabis activity in NYS, and across the country. The focus is on bringing unique, high-level, and knowledgeable guests to the fore to provide the public with understandable, digestible information.
