 In the debut episode of Benzo Stories, host Natalie Corrigan speaks to James Szeto about the ins and outs of benzodiazepines, including how they act on the human brain, the phenomenon of protracted withdrawal as well as better alternatives to deal with conditions such as anxiety and insomnia.

James Szeto is a psychologist (MCounsPsych., GradDipPsych., BSc (Psych), MAPS.)

And the Team Leader at Reconnexion. He first joined Reconnexion in 2011 as a volunteer, and since 2017, he has worked as a Benzodiazepine Withdrawal Counsellor. James specialises in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and sleep disorders.
