A lot of people are facing different energy blockages because of the uncertainty that's happening in the world right now.

So I'm gonna show you two powerful techniques to help you clear your energy blockages.

And let's go ahead with the first one before I move ahead and tell you the technique.

I need to tell you a little bit of background about what are energy blockages and why do we get them?

Our energy blockages are basically called some mascaras.

So some mascaras are basically imprints, imprints on our consciousness.

What do, what does that mean?

Imagine that someone tells you something like all of a sudden you had a conversation with somebody and you just got triggered, right?

You got triggered because they said something to you and something happened to you.

You got super upset, you started yelling and screaming back at them.

What what happened was not stuff that they told you but the stuff that is within you already and that trigger is coming either from this lifetime or it's coming from your previous lifetime, which means we have been on this, on this evolution of our spiritual journey for many years now.

But most people have been reincarnated into this planet so that they can clear up their energy blockages and until you don't clear up your energy blockages, you can't transcend.

So once you understand that you got triggered because of something that just happened to you, which made you really upset, but which made you jealous, which made you feel, which made you feel like out of balance, you need to first or fall through the first thing which is breathe.

So focus on your breathing as you focus on your breathing when someone says something to you so that you do not react immediately, like focus on your breath, take your awareness inside of you.

And then the next power technique that I usually do.

And especially when I get triggered because of whatever happened.

The next thing that I do is I breathe and I sit with the thing that has happened, which means if I'm, if I, if that person said something to me, like I super upset, I'll close my eyes and I'll be like, you know, where, where am I feeling this?

When they say something to me, where am I feeling it?

And usually people will feel it like in their heart or they'll feel it like in the third chakra or they'll feel it like somewhere down the lower abdomen.

It's one of your chakras.

If they are getting triggered, it simply means that you have energy blockages there that you need to work on.

So as you breathe and close your eyes, pay attention to what's happening within your body.

And as you pay attention to what's happening within your body, you can ask questions like, what is it?

Why is this happening?

What has happened in this lifetime that I'm feeling this and often times your body will talk back to you and as your body starts talking back to you, you may have memories of this current lifetime, maybe even memories of the past and your body will talk so that you get the answers to kind of, you know, block, unblock this energy.

And the third technique that I like to do during that time is immediately I would start moving.

Whether it's through dancing, it's through doing yoga, it's just walking.

You wanna first observe what happened, you wanna pay attention to where is the pain starting or where is this uncomfort discomfort, uncomfortable feeling.

And then you wanna go ahead and start moving your body.

So that's how we take care of our energy blockages in a very easy way.

That's my first step that I do.

The second step that I do is I protect my energy.

What do I mean by protecting your energy?

Most people don't know this, that your physical body is not just till here, it actually expands around you, which means your aura, right?

Your aura, your light that you have outside of you.

You need to protect your aura.

And the way you protect your aura is by meditation, it is spending 15 to 20 minutes per day.

As soon as you wake up to meditate, when you meditate, you are expanding your light outside of your physical body.

As you meditate and you expand your consciousness outside, you gotta protect it by protecting it.

You will actually help your physical body not to get information or stuff from other people that's gonna trigger you.

And the way I like to protect it is by a mantra, which means a mantra of my choice.

I usually say I am beautiful.

I am powerful.

I am the creator of my own life.

And I use that mantra imagining it outside my physical body, which means I imagine letters of I am beautiful.

I am powerful outside, verbally, I just imagine it outside my aic space and that's a symbol of protection.

So I use these two techniques, I blend them together and then I go on with my day so that I know I'm protected and I can clear my blockages.
