The infamous Paris Open has returned to the Karate 1 circuit for the first time since 2020. Mitch, Nathan and Jon dissect the impact this has on the karate world, including the results and anything new from the event. Athens was the first Series A for the year, how well is the new system working for Karate 1 events? We break down the relatively new K1 system of restricting Top 32 athletes from competing in a Series A. The Australian “off-season” doesn’t align with the European summer break, does this have an impact on our athletes? Would we see more Australian representation in the earlier K1 events?
