Speaker 1:

we are your host. I'm matrix and I am the franchisee the franchisee yes, we are back. We are back with another episode. We're still here, people Still here, still here. All right, we're going to get straight into it. We're going to start off with the memorial for.

Speaker 2:

Bodie yeah, some news about Bodie's memorial man.

Speaker 1:

What's the information on that franchise?

Speaker 2:

This Thursday, this Thursday evening at the Rugby Field you know what time, I'm not sure what time they didn't say a time. So I guess you could ask around. We'll see if we could probably post something on the Instagram page.

Speaker 1:

But I mean, I guess we'll say aim for 6, 630. Yeah, Then everybody gets some work.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, man, just come out there, Just honestly, just come to just embrace the moment. You know Bodie was one of us. At the end of the day you ain't know when our time is yeah, one thing you're promised in life, that's that. That's that All right. Man, you ain't been promised happiness. You just promised that. You just promised that.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, you start dying from the day you're born.

Speaker 2:

Facts. They say the clock, that's when the on down.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, man, the countdown starts. Anyway, then you got to start with his trade service too. Yeah, you want to go with that.

Speaker 2:

I don't want to say it's free.

Speaker 3:

It's a celebration life.

Speaker 2:

The homegrown celebration. It'll be this Saturday, June 15th, 2024 for some of y'all who don't remember what year it is At 2 pm in St Albans Roman Catholic Church on Bernard Road, Fox Hill. That's like when you're heading west, after you pass the roundabout, it's like maybe three corners on the right you'll see it on the main road. I mean, it's the biggest church on the right side. So let's shout out in great numbers. I kind of disappointed. I ain't going to be in town to go there, but I'll definitely be the memorial service.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, that's true. That can be rough for me because I mean I'll be at the Bankers they have a basketball tournament, but obviously I'll show pastoral and show my face.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Pastoral and show my face. The public viewing is at Memories Funeral Home, that's number 85, mount Royal Plaza, so I'm guessing that. It's across the road from the $2 bar by Clico Okay, the insurance place.

Speaker 3:

Clico right there on the side across the road.

Speaker 1:

All right, cool yeah.

Speaker 2:

Why are you giving that look, man Cold world.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, cold world, you can talk with Trump again.

Speaker 2:

You can't talk with that one. You get your fix, you get more than your fix.

Speaker 1:

That's where you go To prison rings.

Speaker 2:

Yes sir, yes sir, yes sir.

Speaker 1:

Anyhow, yeah, so we have a call With let's get into it With the Pool league, with the Champ N-V-E-A, let's get into it with the pool league with the. N-v-e-a. Let's get on a call with the captain of the Brothers Keepers. His name is Champ. Let's give Champ a call, man, okay, hello, what's up?

Speaker 2:

I swear if Champa call man Okay.

Speaker 1:

Hello, what you saying, champ? What's up? Well, your answer's. Like you mad, I swear. No, no, no, man, I'm not mad. Anyway. So this is my co-host. He's calling Franchise.

Speaker 3:

Hi, go Champ. Hey hey, Franchise, All is well. Yeah, my brother.

Speaker 1:

Okay, guys, we have a champ from the Brothers Keepers. That's one of the teams from the A Division. They finish in first place, the first game of the finals, they lost. They lost to the Lemonadi. Then they came back the following Wednesday and they won Even the series, won one. And then last night they did it in grand style. It sounded like that was a beating last night. I mean. Well, the one on Wednesday was a beat down.

Speaker 2:

That was Monday night. Monday night, wednesday.

Speaker 1:

Monday night. Monday night, yeah, monday night. You know they now go ahead.

Speaker 2:

They ran ahead two to one you know, and this is the best out of seven or five, yeah, best out of seven.

Speaker 1:

So they, they, they regained home field you know they regained home field. So, chompy, you can start off. I mean, give us a little brief history about you, and you know what accolades you have.

Speaker 3:

I guess Keep it brief you know Right, well, you know. First of all, good evening everyone. My name is Al Pacino, they call me Chum.

Speaker 1:

If I didn't want to name like that, I'd rename myself Al Pacino.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I was playing as a part of the Pool League about 13,. No, about 12 years now. You know, in my time I have achieved a lot within my time. You know, when I first joined the league, I was the fastest all-star, Got made it to the championship, which in two years, and I played second playing the current champion, Dario Wazari.

Speaker 1:

Oh, Dario Wazari.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, dario Wazari, I played for the All-Star Championship. I came second in that. In addition to that, I also won the D-Division Championship, placed two times A-Division second place title and won numerous tournaments locally and achieved a lot in the sport. But right now my name is the Brothers Keepers. You know we went to the big dance before with the Eliminators and we got destroyed. So now you know we were the brother keepers at that time it's payback time.

Speaker 3:

Right, right. So we reformed, regrouped and we came up with the brother keepers, you understand. So in this time it's a different story to tell.

Speaker 1:

Well, I mean the thing is it would be either one of you guys. Winning the championship would be the first for either one of you, either one of your team let me put it like that, I wouldn't say the players or the individual. Would be the team, because Illuminati is a new team for them also I mean not for them, but rebranded, you know. And then the Brothers Keeper, the same thing. So I guess you know this would mean the first for either one of the franchise. I should say.

Speaker 3:

Exactly Because that was one of our visions when we formed the team. Each one of us didn't want to take our talent on a championship team that already won the AD Vision Championship before you know. So all of us came together and said we need to win it together for the first time, you know. So all of us came together and said we need to win it together for the first time, you know. So we are here. We anticipated to be here. Like you said, we finished first place in the league. You know we achieved what we wanted, but now we have one more achievement to make this. To win this thing hands down With their best player on board.

Speaker 3:

However, we lost game one. I think we experimented a little and didn't take it too seriously. It was too comfortable. We realized our mistakes, we regrouped, we went back to the drawing board and we were successful in game two. Game three we went back to the drawing board and we were successful in game two. Game three we went with a different lineup, as you guys can see before the score sheet. We went tough, heavy.

Speaker 1:

I just want to say that From the back of the gun yeah, that third round lineup was, yeah, that was key, exactly that was key, and so, like a lot of inexperienced captains, never pay attention when they await, because when you await the positions, Move around.

Speaker 3:

Rotate, move around. You know you got to be very careful with that Because you don't want your best players to the end, Because the game might never make it to the end.

Speaker 2:

Agree, agree.

Speaker 3:

That's smart, that's smart, and so our plan was to start the third round top heavy, you know, and each one of our players could hold their own, so we had a good chance of conquering the win with that strategy. Last night, you mentioned about, in one of the questions that you asked me about, the anchor game correct.

Speaker 1:

Well, we didn't get there yet. I want to ask something before that. Go ahead, go ahead.

Speaker 2:

I want to ask you, this man champ, how you all feel going into this next game, considering how you all was able to fight them back and go up 2-1 against these fellas now.

Speaker 3:

Well, you know we regained home court advantage. You know we was the number one seed and we feel more confident. But the job is not done yet. So the celebration part is on hold, but the job is not done. Illuminati is not a team to rejoice if're up 2-1, 3-1. They could come in 3-3. You can't underestimate that team.

Speaker 1:

I'm going to play with us.

Speaker 3:

So we're going to take it one game at a time and I feel pretty confident, confident, no doubt, that we will go up 3-1. Okay, charlotte, yeah.

Speaker 1:

So I mean okay. So I mean I know you guys in the first round in the Monday night game, the one that you went up 2-1. You were down 41-24. I mean in a game against a team like the Illuminati and they're at home. A French team you know what I mean. They were home. You know what I mean. How were you guys able to bounce back in the second round?

Speaker 3:

Because we was able to bounce back because we had a high caliber team that they are. Any mistake. We are expecting for them to go ahead if they get the boom-quad break advantage the first break, and we just had no time for us to do our job in the second round because the break now is on us. So we had a job to do and we did a pretty good job of retaining the lead going into the last round.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, you know, I mean the first matchup, I think, was Keto. I think that really boosts you guys. When bolo um beat uh, what's his name? Dario, that that day alone, that day alone. I think that that was a key game for you guys. And I mean having a I wouldn't say a bad round, but not so good round. The first round then coming out the first round and for Bolo, you know one of the air top guns to beat one of the air top guns, like that. You know what I mean. That was a key game for you guys.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, and, like I say, it was planned based on the lineup. You know, it was planned based on the lineup because I told the team a new movie and IMAX just came out King Kong vs in Godzilla and I took them to watch that movie, you understand. And so King Kong got a job to do. Just take over the Lemonade in Godzilla.

Speaker 1:

Well, that's what he did. He did his job. He did his job. He did his job. He didn't do nothing else. He didn't do nothing else Monday. He did his job. But it's games like that that boost the team, that shift the momentum. You know what I mean Because, yes, that's always key, especially in games like that. Especially, you know two excellent teams like the Brothers Keeper and the Illuminati. That's key. You know what I mean. Momentum is always.

Speaker 3:

Right, Because it's very hard to come back, because Dario Iaro Nico.

Speaker 1:

Yes, yes, and that's one of your top players.

Speaker 3:

One team and Iaro me, so that's already down 20 points. Yeah, that's 210 drills they put on us. But, in addition to that to Drew, they put on us. But in addition to that, to the end of the first round? No, to the end of the second round of the championship. On the first game and then the last round, nico Mighty Meeks retained the 20-point spread. Yeah, I just want to speak to that.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I just want to speak to that. That don't even make him angry.

Speaker 3:

He really showed up, yeah.

Speaker 1:

He did a show. That's expected. You know what he really showed up. He did a show as expected. So let me ask you a question. I mean, in every game, especially games like this, it's going to be a little tight, a little stuff like that. I know, and I think the game against Gawana and Randy there was a little discrepancy about Randy making a foul. I have a two-part question.

Speaker 3:

It wasn't G a one in Randy. It was early and the one.

Speaker 1:

Okay, Okay, yeah. So in that game did you see the foul? And if you did, would you, as a player, give up the foul, knowing the magnitude of this game?

Speaker 3:

I'm going to be very honest with you. I watch every game as a captain. I watch every game to see how everyone's performing, to see if I should take on anyone, to see if the lineup needs to change because we have a large round to play. I watch every shot, decision, every game. All right, as a captain, you have to do that. So I saw the double hit on the cue ball.

Speaker 3:

You know, but Curly's reaction to it. I don't think Curly was aware of it Because as he pumped, if you look at it, I don't think he was aware of it Because he wasn't looking at the cue ball. He was looking at the contact ball. So he walked around and he was like, after he came off the table, goan was like no Cedric. One of the Goan teammates told him hey, that was a foul. Goan said well, I didn't saw it, so he didn't have anything to do about it. So I asked Ferley. Ferley said I was in the moment, I didn't saw it.

Speaker 3:

My eyes was on my contact ball, which was from players that they last, they, they last sight would be on the cue ball. They lost sight would be on the ball that they helped to make contact with. Furley, is that will be on the ball that they have to make contact with? Surely, it's that sure. You know he has to be on the contact ball, either solid or straight, that he has to play. Nah, so maybe that's why he bypassed the double-edged. It was the double-edged and you say it was me. Well, that is me. In a championship game. You know one rule I learned at this high level blind man is your boy.

Speaker 1:

Well, I agree with you because I'm a patriot. So if you're intriguing, you're trying, but by the end of the day.

Speaker 3:

I'm going to be very honest with you. They say it's cheating. It's not cheating, it's championship. You're playing for a team. Understand you have to be focused and watching.

Speaker 1:

You have to pay attention more than the person who's on the table. Actually, you're supposed to be hoping that he makes a mistake. I agree with that. Again, I'm a patriot. I'll leave it at that. So I know well to put a little asterisk to that. Also, he did miss afterwards and Gowan had a chance to run an open table and I was surprised he missed on the first shot because you know Gowan could run any table, you know what I mean. And then to see him miss on that so I don't know if it played something with his head or he just was off I mean, hey, we all make mistakes, but he had a chance at it. You know what I mean. And to see him miss on that so I don't know if it played something with his head or he just was off, I mean, hey, we all make mistakes, but he had a chance at it.

Speaker 3:

You know what?

Speaker 1:

I mean.

Speaker 3:

Everyone is feeling pressure on the genitals. You know, I've experienced you off in this game and I think the pressure was on for one at that time.

Speaker 1:

So now that we're talking about pressure, let's talk about I think in the last game you had Seti versus Furley, correct? I think Seti only needed to sink seven balls Six, six, six balls. Okay, when he break he actually scratch. So now Furley had an open table that I thought he could have run, but it was questionable when I saw him give up the 13 to play the cut shot on, I think, the 12 in the corner pocket. But either way, I think that's when he missed, said he.

Speaker 1:

You know, back and forth in the game said he got ball in hand with six balls on the table, only need to sink at five at that time because one already dropped on the break and he played the first one but leave himself in kind of a bad situation after trying to break out the three. What do you think happened in that right there, because I mean he said he's an experienced shooter. What do you think happened in that right there, because I mean he said he's an experienced shooter. What do you think really happened? Do you think the pressure really got to him and he forgot that he only needed five balls and he could leave the three ball and he didn't have to break it out Because it was a fairly open table.

Speaker 3:

What I think happened on both ends. I'm going to answer this from both ends. My shooter and opposing team shooter surely didn't execute the runoff because having to play a long cut on a win or go home game like win or loss game, it's pressure.

Speaker 3:

So I think Shirley was uncomfortable and he just let the moment and the atmosphere get the best of him. And then he let the moment and the atmosphere get the best of him and then he released the stroke. That's why he missed the body. However, with Cedric, cedric got ball in hand and at this level, sometimes the moment is clear. I think he forgets that he needed six points. He tried to win the game, you know, and he went for the. I think it was the.

Speaker 1:

The break up on the three. He cleared the.

Speaker 3:

The break up on the three. Yes, I think he cleared the two ball on the side to break out the three. And he got old, you know, and clearly ended up executing him in the game. However, I think it was bad rostering not executing him in the game. However, I think it was bad rostering because, to my knowledge, I have never saw Cedric anchor a game, because he normally be first and go get the run because he's strictly offense. You know, I think their roster was a little bad and that's what caused it.

Speaker 1:

Well, they probably wasn't expecting to get that five Right, exactly. Yeah, those things happen, but everyone got to be prepared tonight, man, everyone has to be prepared. But yeah, we have one more question before we let you go, man.

Speaker 2:

So, Champ, I hear you as the boss, right you saying y'all guys could win game four. You want to double down on this?

Speaker 3:

Listen up, I'm a true one-up on it. That's why they come in the day. Lemonade has felt us, but not at our best.

Speaker 1:

Keep in mind now Cham. This podcast is broadcast locally, but it's listened to worldwide locally, but it's listened to worldwide.

Speaker 2:

So you know what you think. Are you prepared for any adjustment in the lineup, like how are you all adjusted? Do you think?

Speaker 3:

they could change their lineup or they could stay the same. There will be adjustments in our lineup Coming home to close them out.

Speaker 2:

Okay.

Speaker 3:

Coming home to close them out? Okay, coming home to close them out. We can't get them comfortable with our lineup Okay. We are quite confident in every step on our team. Yeah, so the lineup will be adjusted at our home game, game five, to close them out 4-1. But I must say we will win game four and they can treat us.

Speaker 1:

You gonna take the two in the house.

Speaker 3:

Two.

Speaker 1:

Alright, my job.

Speaker 3:

Now the Lemonators never been in this. No, the. Lemonadis have never been in this state before.

Speaker 1:

Down. They were always ahead.

Speaker 3:

They were always ahead period yes, they were always.

Speaker 1:

They were always ahead.

Speaker 3:

Yes, I agree so they are nervous to get the jitters and the shaking.

Speaker 2:

It's time for us to close the door. I don't want to be at this. When the next show come on next week and we doing this, you'll be like man. Yeah, they beat the brakes off us man.

Speaker 3:

I just said Well, you know, you got to accept your loss. That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 1:

When I'm lost, you know we can be calling you again, man.

Speaker 3:

Just answer, boy, Just answer champ Brother, keep us doing this for the poor world. It's about time the Liminatis, you know, get to Detroit. Yeah, you time the Lemonadis you know, get to Detroit.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, you can say that. Well, I mean, I know a lot of people will be saying that you know, but again, good luck on your next game.

Speaker 3:

We have our rings already being made, oh, oh.

Speaker 2:

But you got to set us the ball so we can put it on the pitch man.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, man, but yeah, so good luck on your next game. We'll be there to the next game, of course I mean, and we'll be there to see how the game goes again, thanks for your time, bro. Yeah, my brother, yeah man, thank you. Take it easy, man. All right, the job ain't easy's good though.

Speaker 2:

I love the competitive nature man. Like what Butler say everywhere don't be friends nah yeah, I mean.

Speaker 1:

But I can tell you those two names. I can promise you they're not friends at this time. Not at this time, probably when they finish the finance or whatever, but not at this time. But anyway, let me give the stats of the next game because my boy, jeff, was doing a lot of talking. They win the first game after he said they should sweep him, but I mean they lost game two this is the B category right.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, b category, they lost game two to the Sneaky Ocelots. Then the Sneaky Hustlers went to Noah's Holiday and they beat them again. So now they're down.

Speaker 3:

Well.

Speaker 1:

Sneaky Hustlers now up 2-1. The next game will be tonight at Noah's Holiday.

Speaker 2:

That's funny. You say that they beat them again.

Speaker 1:

They better watch for the backdoor sweep. I mean Jeff, I'm trying to get in contact with these guys, but I mean BTC probably ain't working.

Speaker 2:

Oh, he's ready for it all, but yeah.

Speaker 1:

I mean again, I don't know what's going on here, but boy the sneaky ass.

Speaker 2:

So what are the A category games going to be with the Lemonade?

Speaker 1:

The Lemonade that's Bum Bum Bum. Upstairs. Cross from not cross right next to Harding's.

Speaker 2:

I got you, I got you, I got you Okay.

Speaker 1:

And then, of course, North Solid A Everyone knew where that is you know.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, market Street.

Speaker 1:

Market Street. But I mean, you know you got to give shout outs to some of the guys from the A category, from the B category, we'll go with first. Hey, shooks, I think Freeman from the Prowlers Knows all the Prowlers. He won both his games but didn't get them in the third round and then, no, they ended with him. So I don't know, yeah, but he won both his games he played, and then Shooks, no one else won all their games. Anyway, let's move on from that. All we can say is the Sneaky Hustlers are sneaking away with the victories by Jeff.

Speaker 2:

Jeff. Yeah, just Jeff. Jeff, we ain't talking with Jeff. You ever see that meme where Homer Simpson is being by the tree. Then he snap back at the tree man. Some of that's Jersey, yep.

Speaker 1:

Don't worry, jeff, I mean we'll come see you all. But yeah, so we have Chino. Chino had a 30 game, but Chino really bought it. Chino had a 30 game and then what's his name? Jerome. Jerome had an ERO. Other than that, nothing else to talk about. You know what I mean? Everyone is doing their thing, but I mean anyone else having a 30 game and anyone else having an ERO. So a couple of 10-0, but we ain't bragging about them.

Speaker 1:

So let's go bro. Let's go to the Grand Bahama Fly Football League. You know their playoffs started. Yeah, semifinals, let's go bro. Let's go to the Grand.

Speaker 2:

Bahama Fly Football League. You know their playoffs will start it, yeah, so let's.

Speaker 1:

Semi-finals. Yeah, let's get those stuff out of the way.

Speaker 2:

So you had the three links going against the Oiler Nation, and the three links defeated the Oiler Nation 18-0. Then in the other male category you had the Rock Boys over the Knights. They what is a whooping 31-2. Boy, that's a championship Nice let me down.

Speaker 1:

I mean, when I say let me down, I thought well, you know, rumor has it that their quarterback wasn't there. But I mean, they probably would have scored if the quarterback was there. But shoot 31,. They still wouldn't have won.

Speaker 2:

So 31, they still wouldn't have won. The Tritons played the Fidelity Flames in the female category, and the Tritons advanced to the championship. What other female team were they playing, though, in the championship?

Speaker 1:

The Elite.

Speaker 2:

Elite yeah, they had to buy.

Speaker 1:

Let me ask you a question because I heard you know, I heard you saying after the 31-2 victory over the Rock Boys, over the Knights, you got a call, man, I didn't mention that Some people just like mine, bro, oh, okay. Some people just like mine, and you're over that.

Speaker 2:

Like they say, when you play it properly, lick your face. I realize I've been entertaining and I'm in the asshole like I'm supposed to be. Yeah, Sorry for cussing.

Speaker 1:

That's okay, because I mean to tell you the truth. The Lions name are mentioned more over in the Grandmama League than in the Asshole League Facts. I don't get it, but anyhow, facts.

Speaker 2:

Congratulations.

Speaker 1:

Most of us on the Lions are either married or we have a female girlfriend.

Speaker 2:

We fully committed bro.

Speaker 1:

We fully committed. So we good on the side, bro, we good on the side. But I mean I can be real. I can tell you one thing I look over my boys, the bad boys, to really kick your ass. I can be real Free Kells and Biscuit, I look over them to kick your ass. Since y'all want some to talk, I'm going to kick your ass Boy.

Speaker 2:

we have to wait until the 23rd, because Father's Day is Sunday.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, boy, that'll be a nice trip. That'll be the semis over here.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that'll be a nice trip.

Speaker 1:

The Rock boys will be at home versus the Tree Links Bad Boys for the Men's Championship.

Speaker 2:

The Bad Boys, that's one playing two Bad Boys for the men's championship. The Bad.

Speaker 1:

Boys. That's one play and two, and then the Lady Leagues.

Speaker 2:

Playing the Titans, they'll be home versus the Tritons.

Speaker 1:

That's a lot.

Speaker 2:

Didn't the Lady Leagues go?

Speaker 1:

undefeated? Yeah, I think the Tritons. If I'm not mistaken, the Tritons won last year.

Speaker 2:

They won last year. Yeah, they won last year, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Well, that should be a good game, because the lady leagues look like they, they, they balling. Okay, let's go with the abaco flag football league.

Speaker 2:

Enough about that, all right. In game one of the. In the in game one, the sharks defeated the bad boys by a score of 38 to 6. Top performers for the sharks were kyle reeves.

Speaker 1:

He's back from injury so yeah, that's good that he's back man, so we're glad he had a speed recovery. He threw for five touchdowns and no interceptions Reagan Roberts scored three touchdowns Question before you move on. I mean, I know last week what's his name.

Speaker 2:

LJ.

Speaker 1:

LJ. Lj threw for seven with one interception. You're out of the five with no interceptions or the seven with one.

Speaker 2:

Wait, give me the seven with one.

Speaker 1:

Give me the seven with one. Give me the seven with one. I guess that's why Carl came back to say hello buddy. We're trying to take my job.

Speaker 2:

Back up, Carl. We're playing like that.

Speaker 1:

But don't worry, lj has to be in Freeport.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, he might need to be in Nassau too.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but I doubt he can. In Nassau I want to be the quarterbacks LT man.

Speaker 2:

Real. You know they have that offense where they have three quarterbacks on the field. What's that?

Speaker 1:

Healthy like that offense.

Speaker 2:

But they got four. I just realized they have four quarterbacks. They have Vinton, neville, david and LJ.

Speaker 3:

Not those.

Speaker 2:

But anyway, let's just LJ, hope you're ready for the championship game man.

Speaker 1:

Anyway, let's finish this and then we get out.

Speaker 2:

Then you had Reagan Roberts, who scored three of them touchdowns on six catches, and he recorded two interceptions on defense and safety, boy Wow, and he also threw for a touchdown as well MVP numbers. He is MVP. He needs to be the MVP of the week. What? And give LJ the goose of the week. Give LJ the goose of the week. Good boy, there man.

Speaker 1:

Pretty clouded by.

Speaker 2:

LJ. Caleb Aubrey had two touchdowns, one interception on defense on five catches. That's solid. Yeah, the top performers for the bad boys were Max Thurville, who threw for one touchdown. How is he top performer for the bad boys? We threw for one touchdown with three interceptions.

Speaker 1:

Because they're just talking about the quarterback. He don't want the quarterback man. He no top performer.

Speaker 2:

No, I agree, cheap you give the center the top performer, he ain't throw three interceptions. Anyway they had Godfrey Roll who scored the only touchdown.

Speaker 1:

Man you can't mention.

Speaker 2:

Anyway, godfrey Roll, you can mention that but God, if he would have used the MVP. In Game 2, the Outlaws defeated the Killer Bears with a score of 18-13. Wow, it was the last second touchdown by the Outlaws. The Killer Bears had two plays from four yards away to ice the game in the first down and they were up 13-12 with under a minute left and couldn't convert that's heartbreaking yeah. That's heartbreaking.

Speaker 2:

And in the playoff game too, that's heartbreaking, yeah, that's heartbreaking. And in the playoff game too, that's heartbreaking. But the top performers was even Andre Harvey, who threw for three touchdowns.

Speaker 1:

That's going to be actually boy, huh.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, but I ain't got to name him.

Speaker 1:

Two interceptions.

Speaker 2:

That's LJ Anyway, but at least he saw the game. He finished the game actually and he got that. I mean, they don't go for extra pointing because he threw a touchdown 6-12-18, no extra point, Anyway, two interceptions. Johnny DeSantis Jr had seven flag pulls on defense along with a game-clinching touchdown on offense. Yeah, he clutch.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, he clutch.

Speaker 2:

People don't pulling flags. Ain't easy. I did that.

Speaker 1:

Now Seven flags on defense, especially in five-on-five. Bro, that ain't easy, you got to be agile with that.

Speaker 2:

Top performer for the Killer Beards were Lorenz Carter, who threw for two touchdowns on interception, also recorded an interception on defense. At least he got it back, yeah, but I hope he can be ready for playing Kyle and the.

Speaker 1:

Sharks yes, boy.

Speaker 2:

Anyway, lorenz Carter threw for two touchdowns. My mom, sean Joseph, scored both of their touchdowns. Yeah, yeah, man, I'm glad that our boy Kyle came back.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I mean it's good to see that he's back. You know what I mean, because at the end of the day, broken nose boy. But I mean, hey, at the end of the day, hats off bro. I mean you're a soldier, you know what I mean. So let's move on to this weekend. I think, not think this weekend the Bankers League have a basketball tournament. It starts this week, I think it's two Saturdays.

Speaker 2:

Speaker 1:

Saturday this Saturday and then next Saturday. I think they finish up.

Speaker 2:

So it's not 11 o'clock at Antal Rogers Basketball Gymnasium. That's the one right down South Fate Avenue South yeah Fate.

Speaker 1:

Gardens. I think it's called Okay Fate Gardens. I think it's called Okay Fate Gardens.

Speaker 2:

They are in all teams. Anyway, tournament is shaping up to be a very competitive one, especially as they haven't hosted one in a long time.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I think they have seven, seven. I don't know a lot. So I mean it'll be solid man. Give me the team, the team's eight, yeah, so.

Speaker 2:

Scotiabank will be there, central Bank will be there, family Guardian, baf Financial, carmel Bank, cibc and Fidelity who are you picking for?

Speaker 1:

I mean, I know the bank Well, I'm going with the team.

Speaker 2:

I can play for who that team is, it's Carmel Bank.

Speaker 1:

I'm picking for them now. I want to know you think Jay playing?

Speaker 2:

Who Clark.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, jay, who have you played for? I pick it on you. Jay is playing every sport man. Jay probably playing lacrosse right now. Jay is playing every sport bro.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, but this should be a good competition. I could be out of town right now. Yeah, that's cool yeah. I may come to the tournament.

Speaker 1:

I hope that you come to the tournament. At least you got a negative energy with you.

Speaker 2:

Wait, Jay, I bet on you bro.

Speaker 1:

Hopefully, hopefully, hopefully I be here, lucky enough to play All of the money.

Speaker 2:

RBC is T for me. They ain't put no T in my book.

Speaker 1:

Boy, I know.

Speaker 2:

RBC is B in my bank account and everything Deduction deduction, so y'all is waiting for that. So yeah, man, that sounds good, though I'm glad to see they back.

Speaker 1:

I mean I can be real All bankers events, sporting events let me say that always good.

Speaker 2:

That's right, they have all the money.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but they always put on good sporting events and the supporters be nice. So come out there and enjoy yourself, man.

Speaker 2:

And stuff like that is good networking too, though. I agree that's a lot of good networking too man, because once you're in that financial field but you could be bouncing around, I'm glad to see Central Bank in it too, though that's solid.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I guess we're going to see these. What name these thing? What a name these rosters. They're going to the name these rosters.

Speaker 2:

You can bring LeBron now. Lebron, he'll play in the seed of the championship, you know there can be a bunch of guys who are husbands Try to relive, I used to play in high school. I averaged 10 points and five rebounds in high school.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, bro, you graduated like 15 years ago, 20 years ago. Get a break, oh shit, that's me. I'm just about to say but anyhow, yeah, let's go on.

Speaker 2:

I know but didn't they have a? What about you have any more information on the golf tournament? No, same information. I mean Okay, same thing, Okay. We'll get to that after this tournament after JT and Mini Champions should be a get to that.

Speaker 1:

Let's go J no more shout out to my boy, sonic, and you guys who went over this last weekend, sorry to play in the girls tournament. I didn't get to get any information from you guys, you know, but it was all about us drinking rum together, not?

Speaker 3:

talking sports.

Speaker 1:

But shout out to you guys, man, shout out to you guys. Shout out Sonny I knew you guys did well. You're a lot of a good team over there. I know one thing If you guys didn't place or win I know you all did a lot of drinking- Well, one thing I can say but Sonny, that's my dog, this dude.

Speaker 2:

every time I see him he has a nice glass in his hand.

Speaker 1:

You know what that is, hennessy?

Speaker 2:

I swear, I promise you Hennessy, hennessy.

Speaker 1:

Yes, hennessy. No, not on the rocks, just Hennessy.

Speaker 2:

Most times, just Hennessy. Hennessy pure white, to be exact. Just Hennessy, not even rocks. Hennessy, pure white. He wants no melted ice contaminating his beverage.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's a big bro. Ice contaminating his beverage yeah, that's a big bro. So I mean you know that's Jess Hennessy. Now I see why I mean him so good yeah.

Speaker 2:

Shout out man, that's always a cool bedroom boy when he used to play with the Spartans a long time ago.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, man, I mean Sonic, Sonic, Sonic's always neutral man, you know, yeah. But let's move on to San Wars, the main event I see they have a lot of sponsors, including the Monroe Foundation.

Speaker 2:

They got the Merce Squad. Of course you got on the center. We could be there live in Iraq. Yeah, they got the Bryce and Nubel Foundation. They have Splice and Connect and they have Tito's Executive Lounge.

Speaker 1:

It will be on the 27th and the 28th Did you say Reve?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I say Reve, if not, I apologize. I see, y'all just was digging down the road. Hope y'all got the what do they call it? The 5A. Hope y'all got the 5A right. It's a nice flyer. Yeah, I tell you. Yeah, I see the Beach Soccer Stadium that's on East Bay Street, right by the foot of the Sidney Poitier Bridge, and if it's $10, you can check them on the Instagram page at San Wars.

Speaker 1:

Nice flyer 242. That's a very nice flyer.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, how come they didn't put you? You didn't play last year? Huh, no, you coached last year.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I played, they played, they played with the Hornets.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, bro, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Come on, bro, I can send you my touchdowns. Man, I don't want to see that, I don't want to catch anything. You can live in my glory. You know You's a fat boy.

Speaker 2:

No, boy. That's why you're going 0 for 10 in the basketball game.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, what you mean 0 for 10 and what 0 for 10.

Speaker 2:

You're scoring. You're going to hang on by them, lebrons.

Speaker 1:

Lebrons. We know you're wrong, lebrons. Give me a pair of Lebrons over here bro you know, lebron is the goat, bro.

Speaker 2:

Correction. Let me stop sorry. Lebron is the king, john is the goat.

Speaker 1:

I have maybe about, let's say, 200 to 300 pairs of tennis and none of LeBron's.

Speaker 2:

None, yeah, because you put them right in your closet. You hide them in the attic. When you hear people come over, you just go to sleep in them.

Speaker 1:

They're in your bedroom. Sure, I put them up there for the ghosts.

Speaker 2:

You ain't me wearing them.

Speaker 1:

Anyhow, what was this?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, man. So we just saw that. Coach Yo, that's the Bahamian female coach for Ole Miss women basketball team, oh yeah yeah, yeah, she's holding a free basketball clinic. Man, that's some good stuff.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, at the Kennedy. Elijah Give him a buck, man Give him a buck.

Speaker 2:

June 15th. June 15th is when that's this Saturday, that's this Saturday boy. Saturday's a busy day, yeah, but I mean that's only from 9 to 10. That's an hour, yeah 9 to 10 is for the first to fourth graders. Oh, okay, okay. And then 10 am to 11 am is for the fifth and eighth grade students. So that'll be solid, man, yeah, even if y'all just go there and show her love because women's sports is taking off.

Speaker 1:

Female version of Buddy Hill.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, she definitely understand. Yeah, she ain't going out mentioning it. She definitely understand, man.

Speaker 1:

Drop the kids off there and come watch the bikers.

Speaker 2:

I saw it say and it say just bring them on basketball. You got to bring them on basketball and they're getting a free t-shirt and just the experience, man, especially for young girls too. Yeah, yeah, that would be a good experience, for she knows what it takes to get off to that level to play college ball. You know what I'm saying. Numerous people who she coached actually sit in the league now. So that's solid man. So shout-outs to Coach Yo for giving back to the community, giving back to the kids.

Speaker 1:

That's always a good thing you know.

Speaker 2:

But yeah, now we back to the BFFL, the stats.

Speaker 1:

Oh man, I think I got to take a bathroom break.

Speaker 2:

Boy the Lions, I'm the Hornets. No, the Hornets. The Hornets take bloody bathroom break that day because they get their head placed off.

Speaker 1:

Oh man, so we go with the Hornets. Hornets starts first. You know what I mean? That's the others who want to go.

Speaker 2:

Boy, you got to say this today because the Hornets starts first. That's the other one you got to say this today because the Hornets swear I hate them. So I ain't going to understate. We ain't going off all script for them, the Hornets. It don't work like that, the Hornets. I see some just pop up. You got to go to the end. Okay, bobo, I ain't got no bitty calling my name. What's going on? You ain't bringing for me, hold on, why the fuck?

Speaker 2:

You see it, I got to go all the way back to the next side, keisha will get one touchdown. Yeah, you see it, I got to go all the way back to the next side, jeez Keisha only had one touchdown.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so let's get him to thoughts, man, we ain't going off script for now.

Speaker 2:

All right, you got our last guest. Last time they went what? 35-0?. Keisha went five for seven, 39 yards and one touchdown, One carry for seven yards. Then you had Shelly Shelly three catches, 39 yards and one touchdown, One carry for seven yards. Then you had Shelly Shelly three catches, 37 yards. Then you had Carly oh, correction, that's Novi.

Speaker 3:

No.

Speaker 2:

That's Carly, Let me see. No, that's Novi. She ran four catches, 50 yards and one touchdown Running the ball. So and then, boy, this defense was ferocious. You see, Carly had two interceptions for one touchdown. Wow, Ashley had one interception for one touchdown. And then you had Lacey, Lacey, number nine, one interception for touchdown. But like they was wild, that pressure was crazy too. Three pick six, Three pick six, Bro, that's. And then they had six sacks. Damn Boy, sheesh.

Speaker 1:

That quarterback had a horrible day.

Speaker 2:

That one was under pressure.

Speaker 1:

That's one of those days you reconsider if football is for you.

Speaker 2:

I think she's going back to Freeport.

Speaker 1:

Jeez, six sacks allowed and you throw three pick six, three pick six. Hold on, that's three pick six, but four interceptions, eh, if I'm not mistaken.

Speaker 2:

No, it's three interceptions. Three interceptions, okay, but all of six, all of six. The whole team was like I run that shit and I die. They're so disgusting I'm not interested, but the thing is we spoke about this. I felt like Dani was going to be so busy covering Carly that other people were going to step up. Didn't I say that? I see Donnie play. Donnie was undefeated when she played. Donnie had one flag pull. I see One catch for 20 yards. Yeah, shaw had five for 12, 40 yards receiving and then, throwing, passing At least.

Speaker 2:

She threw Three touchdowns, two balls to the Opposite team, wow. But she went. She had two carries. Donnie had One catch Of 20 yards, boy.

Speaker 1:

Donnie.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I say Donnie Could be a beast, but it was rough, it was rough.

Speaker 1:

I don't know. Nova had one flag Pull one sack Bro Bro Donnie. Nova had one flag pull One sack, bro Bro.

Speaker 2:

This is I knew he had one flag pull, I mean they must have Run away from that.

Speaker 1:

JJ had three flag pulls. That's about all let's start, so the Hawks Will be moving on To play the.

Speaker 2:

Eagles yeah.

Speaker 1:

The Eagles yeah, man, so I don't know. Let's go on to this.

Speaker 2:

It was a good season, man, a good season for the Hornets. It was a good season. You live and you learn.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, I mean hey, they— Sorry, I mean I must say they— I don't want to say overachieved, but I know no one was expecting them to play like how they played, so I think it was a fairly good season for them the way they played.

Speaker 2:

They won three. A lot of the games they were in.

Speaker 1:

At the end of the day, it was an overall good season for them.

Speaker 2:

Danny, not being there full-time was bad too. It hurt them.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I think they were 3-2 with Danny I think he was undefeated with Danny. No, they lost the playoff game just now with Donnie and the last game of the season. Okay, yeah, so.

Speaker 2:

All right, let's go to the Lions game. I mean, the Avengers beat the Lions three to zero.

Speaker 1:

But all I can say is when I heard this listen to me bro when, when I heard this, listen to me bro when I heard this because I wasn't out there I thought it was a hurricane in Nassau Like nowhere in the world.

Speaker 2:

Three to zero, no people was going crazy bro we can't, we can't put up three points oh man, oh man, totally went three for seven, 25 yards on that interception. Interception was on like the last plays of the game.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's when he's making the final drive yeah, the final drive to end the game.

Speaker 2:

so that's shout out to the vengeance mind. They actually they was imminent emotion. You, you lose a staple of your team for years, like Bodie, and you came on that defense. It's rocking, but I've been telling people that defense the Avengers have a nice young defense, especially their safeties and corners 25 yards, they don't fail us that.

Speaker 1:

So our Archer, Archer floor four of hypers, kenny. Four of hypers. The defense was jamming though. Archer floor 4 of high pulse, kenny 4 of high pulse, like the defense was jamming, though I think they they got.

Speaker 1:

So it was a questionable call on the the play with the passing of France that led to the field goal. Kj was guarding the receiver and the receiver fell. Now of course you know KJ's be right on you like white on rice. I don't know what a corner should do and they called a pass on the fence. That led to the only three points. I mean hats off to you. Know what's his name the kicker. You know, because you scored the only points and I mean we had a chance. We missed. I felt I mean this is me. You don't have your starting quarterback in the game. You're in the red zone four times. You're down three. Kick it four times. What do you think?

Speaker 2:

I agree with you. I mean, I guess Weapon's been playing good.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but not only that.

Speaker 2:

I mean why give him one chance, I agree with you. And he ain't like if weapon been playing good, yeah, but not only that.

Speaker 1:

I mean, why give him one chance? Like I said, you know you're starting quarterback, then you can do, you know.

Speaker 2:

Ben Snoop didn't even play. Who played Cadero quarterback?

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, Four for six 18 yards, four for 20.

Speaker 2:

I mean two carries for 20 yards. Oh wow, boy, that's solid, I mean, and dog they had to do. Yeah, mc went two catches for 10 yards, probably rushed twice for 10 yards 10 yards and he had one catch for four yards.

Speaker 1:

But he saw a lot of catch.

Speaker 2:

He saw a lot they probably. How'd he catch? Well, he saw. They probably put him in the dam. Cheap shot people, but there was ball and he flicked in, meant for four, for six as well, as he pulled four flags too, and he's leader defense though. Yeah, yeah, he's a leader in the defense.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and he don't miss flags. I give him that he don't. He don't Even like when I play it, I always he's won a linebacker because I always had to count for, like if it was a run and play you have to get to the next that would get there.

Speaker 2:

I could easy hit the D lineman out the way, like with a guy named Griff for that one year, as well as with a guy who's played with Hitman.

Speaker 3:

Atkins.

Speaker 1:

Atkins.

Speaker 2:

I could always hit him and I have to go up because I know, but he ain't missing no flags yeah, he'll be running the ball. He ain't missing no flag. So salute to that man um unless they had.

Speaker 1:

You know. I saw a picture video, whatever it is, with um what's his name uh, sal, dress up as a lion mascot, you know um kudos, bro. But and down down the line, you're about to face a monster, damn, and I mean, but I wonder what he can dress up, as, with Red Dot, you think he can put on a pad on his face he can let it leak down his leg oh, all he got to do is just you know, just act.

Speaker 1:

Natural, you know. But my own thing is to be a natural is a mighty thing for him like for active player to be dressing.

Speaker 2:

That's taunting, bro, that's taunting, I agree and for the refs to let that go.

Speaker 1:

I mean, we been saying this even when, dan, we been saying this way yeah, I mean not every team can take it, but I can tell you one thing. I mean, he knows where to do it, though he does it for entertainment for his team now. So I guess that's what it is. If that motivates them, then, hey, welcome to Sesame Street.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so I mean, I wish them the best of luck, yeah, but anyway, in this science, stop lying, bro, because I don't wish them the best of luck.

Speaker 1:

I ain't being real.

Speaker 2:

It sounds like a fun thing to say, but no, I really value they playing.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I wish them best a lot. That's what I mean, and I mean him.

Speaker 1:

I mean you know, why?

Speaker 2:

but but you know, he barely has played.

Speaker 1:

But anyway, but I trying to figure out.

Speaker 2:

I trying to figure out will they have he having a quarterback controversy? I don't think so.

Speaker 1:

Darryl managed the game and Snoily, snoop, snitters be tossing the ball. So the one problem that we always saying with Snoopy is get in the red zone. That's what he for.

Speaker 2:

Snoopy and Mobily and all the other boys. Snoop was be that time in the park. Snoop was like ah F? F. If they smart, what?

Speaker 1:

they would do, is I mean when they get in and put Cadero in?

Speaker 2:

That's a good advice.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, you know, Cadero's a better short passer, better decision maker when it comes to.

Speaker 2:

And he quick to take off too. If anything, he gone.

Speaker 1:

So yeah, I mean, don't mind me, I know coach my game out, but anyway, let's go with the upcoming games. That'll be the semis.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, the semis actually could be on the 23rd. So since this week, like we said in the Grand Palma Flag Football League this week, the 16th is Father's Day, so we have no game this week, but the father's got something.

Speaker 1:

But we still ain't got nothing, yeah at least you don't get Sunday off.

Speaker 2:

Sunday off, you'll cut the grass.

Speaker 1:

I got to play on Sunday because then only thing you can get you can get crab and crab.

Speaker 2:

But crab and then crab. But this upcoming game is about for the 23rd. We can save our predictions for next week because you know we got to look at the injury report and all that stuff. Yeah, but you have the Hawks playing the Eagles. That would be a good matchup. I want to see this Hawks defense versus this.

Speaker 1:

This new revamped Hawks offense Versus this Eagles defense.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, the Eagles defense versus this new revamped Hawks defense.

Speaker 1:

And on top of that, but then don't forget how the Hawks played their defense, played a good game.

Speaker 2:

Last game of the season. They lose with a game and a touchdown.

Speaker 1:

So this is going to be, I think, a game of adjustments. We're going to see who's the better coach. Now, kano, you're saying I mean, anyway, let's go, yeah but we have the Phoenix Fire versus the Avengers.

Speaker 2:

That could be a. That could be a good matchup. That could be a good matchup. I want Natasha to play this week. She gotta go to Brock's place. She. I didn't know she was working, but she's working she's working. Oh wow, yeah, man sorry, I put that on the podcast though but then we got the Avengers versus the number one seed, the Red Dot. That could be an interesting matchup.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I mean, the Avengers played the last game. The Avengers played them. They played them better than, I think, any team did. If you ask me if Avengers really played them, I think they-.

Speaker 2:

That's when Snoop threw the pick six. Pick six, yeah.

Speaker 1:

So I mean again.

Speaker 2:

Lg still mad at you by.

Speaker 1:

Snoop, but I mean again. So I can promise you now I'm not going to say, red, don't have a good coach over there, tito. Yes, that's what I meant. That's why I said coach, I didn't say coaching staff, what?

Speaker 2:

about the equipment manager.

Speaker 1:

He's make sure the balls, the small, small footballs, be deflated properly. I mean he has got to make sure they hydrated the night before. But I mean I can be real At the end of the day, like all the funny jokes aside, I don't want to. I just think they could come with the same game plan Fox. I mean and Blount Fox.

Speaker 2:

The coaches over there are experienced.

Speaker 1:

They're experienced coaches. They would make adjustments. Bro, Don't have your drone there for nothing. Then last game, we can move on. The Hornets versus the Predators, the Hornets this could be an interesting game, only because we're not doing our prediction. This could be an interesting game, it's only because we're not doing our prediction yet.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, this could be an interesting game though it will be, it will be. Because keep in mind, who do you think will win the sock battle?

Speaker 1:

I was going to say Marty against Anwal again.

Speaker 2:

Let's get that sock on up. This could be interesting.

Speaker 1:

Again, knowing Marty, I don't care where y'all put Animal on the field to block him. Animal is not going to have the same game he had against him the last time. I'm sure Marty preparing for that. I see him the other day freaking 4 o'clock in the morning running the sign Animal you drinking beer and snoring just because you're running the sign.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, you're running, so it's not just for you running aside yeah, you running aside. Animal probably drinking some rum right now.

Speaker 1:

You know what I'm talking about Animal probably just going to eat bad.

Speaker 2:

Let's call him Animal for a reason.

Speaker 1:

Speaker 1:

I mean that should be an anonymous decision. The one who drew the touchdown to the opposite team.

Speaker 2:

Who drew the three touchdowns? Yeah, to the opposite team, shaw, you are the goose of the week. But how much time does she get goose of the week, though, boy? I can't remember, but she had to have like five of them. No, she had to have like. People can keep it short, but I know she had more than two.

Speaker 1:

I know that she had more than two.

Speaker 2:

But though it's the last game of the season, bro, the first game of the season, she was goose. Anyway, you, oh, wow. We still appreciate you, though you know what I'm saying. You ain't join no super team Like other people. So I appreciate you, bro.

Speaker 1:

It was four interceptions I told you that it's four.

Speaker 2:

Boy, you was the extra goose of the week.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, at least she put one Four interceptions, I told you, and three of them was pick six Got that right. That boy researched that it those four picks so I mean again let's go with the female MVP boy, I'll give it to Kali man.

Speaker 1:

Kali at two interception on a TD it's a close battle between her and Ashley, though, because Ashley got the first pick six, you know, but I mean they're starting to see him, just that. Her and Ashley, though, because Ashley got the first pick six, you know, but I mean their stock line is the same, just that you know. Two flag pull, one interception, one touchdown for Ashley, and then Carly had two flag pull two interceptions and one touchdown, so yeah, man, carly, you are.

Speaker 3:

MVP.

Speaker 2:

Definitely.

Speaker 1:

But still got to mention Ashley bro. Get that MVP, definitely, definitely, but still got to mention Ashley bro. Yeah, yeah, and a young player.

Speaker 2:

So yeah, shout out to Keish too, man, keish came in.

Speaker 1:

She was so calm, cool and collective and we was trying to bait her to say some stuff, yeah, and she didn't. She was like I'm not shy, I'm reserved.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, up though. Well, anyway, that's, that's all right. So we get out your mind the goose of the week of the week, bro, no, not the goose. Mvp, mvp, mvp, face.

Speaker 1:

I'll give my mvp to I really watched the game but looking at the stats I gotta give my mvp to cadero man, I was gonna say that he's stepping his quarterback he, he was.

Speaker 2:

I hate the term I hate the term, the term game manager, but he, he did not turn the ball over.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's all he had to do and considering

Speaker 2:

our defense was balling like that.

Speaker 1:

I'll give him that and he ain't giving no incentive. He had 48 yards from the line. I said, man, you can't beat that. He had two incomplete passes.

Speaker 3:

And then he still was balling on defense, and then he still went and led the defense.

Speaker 1:

You know, he had, you know man, four flagpoles.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, man, so he definitely my MVP of the week.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so that's it. Okay Now, goose of the Week. I can put my phone on for this one. I know who.

Speaker 2:

My Goose of the Week is yeah, put my phone who you got. I want to Google this man's full name. Yeah, what's? Sal's full name is Leesal.

Speaker 1:

Thompson yeah, Leesal, oh Leesal. I say Leesal more feminist, oh Leesala.

I don't know what Maitre's going to say, but you are my goose of the week. You dressing up like a man. You my goose of the week. I ain't going to lie, I have my feelings. No, but you just like man, bro. You dressing like a kitty cat, it would make Just like mine, bro. You dressed like a kitty cat. It wouldn't make it so even so. So I don't want to use the word, but it wouldn't make it so feminine. But you have a tail clipped on your bongi, bro. You had a tail clipped like on your bongi. Oh yeah, yeah, I saw that that's some sissy stuff.

Speaker 1:

Speaker 1:

But boy, sorry man, I'm sorry. I mean, with that said, I got to give it to you, sal, I mean I ain't going to lie. I was thinking between. I was thinking Talvi, you know, reason being that on that pick, you know, I mean I, I looked at it, looked at him, he looked at the, the running back wide open, look down the field, look at the receiver wide open, then decided that he's going to throw a no look interception so they could seal the game. I don't know if he's tired or what he was thinking, but, like I said, bro, I mean don't say I can catch up, but Sal, you outdo him, bro, you outdo him. So, sal, you are Goose of the Week Again eh, again.
