Inspire Me Forward
Inspire Me Forward is a series of conversations where guests from all walks of life and every corner of the world Share Their Stories.
Season 4 was entitled: Let's Talk About Life: Inspirational stories of life, love, and everything in between. My guests shared their journey and the profound wisdom they found on their path.
Season 5 is entitled: Down The Rabbit Hole: we will delve into the unknown. In a world of so many logical linear conversations and containers, this just seemed a perfect way to go. In the spaces in between, in the non-linear, the liminal space, we find magic. Deep wisdom, there for us when we let go of the logical timeline of expectations and judgment. Is it unknown or something perhaps forgotten yet available deep within our being? I can say what I have found in those spaces has been profound, mind-blowing, and heart-expanding. We will start each episode with a general theme and take it from there. Always saving space to hear the stories of our beautiful guests.
We inspire others when we share our story and just maybe we share a collective connection. You are not alone in this big beautiful world. "The courage it takes to share one's story might be the very thing someone else needs to open their heart to hope." Whether at the surface or down the rabbit hole.

Inspire Me Forward Episode #21 Off My Chest with Melissa Clark
Inspire Me Forward, Episode #21 entitled Off My Chest with Melissa Clark of Barrie, Ontario, Canada was raw, honest, and chalked full of wisdom for all.
Melissa shared her breast cancer journey including the challenges it has brought in identity and the feelings of guilt. She also speaks of the support from so many along the way. Where she was, how she handled all that was handed to her, and where she is now.
Melissa offered heartfelt thanks to her surgeon and massage therapist who were key in her recovery.
Her surgeon, Renee Hanrahan

A few things from our conversation that resonated with me.
• Don’t sweat the small stuff… Melissa dives into this concept with some fresh insight.
• The absolute need for a positive outlook.
• Comfort can be found in many places
• Community is so very important but it is just fine to say no when space is needed. And that goes for all parties involved.
• Receiving is a beautiful thing, especially when accepted without judgment.
