Whatever Your Best Is It's Enough
Mar 28, 2024 Season 1 Episode 8

In this episode, I share a journey that's close to my heart—MS Awareness Month. It's a time filled with activities and events I'm deeply involved in, all aimed at raising awareness for Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a condition that's part of my life. I'm incredibly thankful for the support I receive; it means the world to me. Yet, I won't shy away from admitting the anxiety that comes with asking for help. This month, I remind myself and all of you about the importance of self-care. It's easy to forget, especially when you're fighting for a cause so personal.

Living with MS is unpredictable. The fear of flares is a constant shadow, but it's not all doom and gloom. I've learned that while MS doesn't define us, it undeniably shapes our lives.

This episode is a reflection of the strength and resilience found within the MS community—a community I'm proud to be a part of.
