LifeLine Ep 32 - Hanging Up the Spurs: Knowing When It's Time to Move On
We've talked a lot over the course of this show about the type of people who generally do well at a long-term career in emergency telecommunications, as well as the challenges that are faced by those in the profession in being successful. Just as important to the qualities which make a good candidate for the job though is the wisdom to know when the job is no longer for you. Everyone has a limit that they reach at some time where they can no longer effectively do the work which they have been called to do, and that can be a very hard thing to admit or to see in oneself. Join your host Erica this week as we discuss ways in which being cognizant of that fact can help you avoid it or any unpleasant endings to your career.
As always, if you have any questions or comments on the show, or you would like to connect with us, please send us an email to LifeLine911Podcast@gmail.com.
