Welcome back, mastery seekers. I'm thrilled to have you with me for another episode of the personal development mastery podcast. And this is the auspicious episode, 444. If you listened to our last episode, you will know that I announced something very special, the launch of the mastery seekers tribe. Today, we're going to take a closer look at what this community is all about, what you can expect and how you can get involved. I've appreciated the positive feedback and excitement you've shown since the announcement, and it is clear to me that this community is something many of you have been looking forward to, and I can't wait to share more details with you. First, let's talk about the vision behind the mastery seekers tribe. My vision is to connect people who are on a personal development mastery journey, people who recognize that personal development is an ongoing process, people who want to be inspired and empowered with actions they can take towards a life of purpose, a life of fulfillment. I want this to be a space where the knowledge and the wisdom that is shared on the podcast is translated here into action. So I imagine this to be a space where we can dive deeper into the content of the podcast and the concepts that are discussed and the insights that come from the conversations I have with my guests. You know, I've been passionate about personal development since 2016 when I began my mid life, awakening my journey in my 40s, and with the podcast, the almost five years of personal development mastery, I can clearly see that I am not only as a host, but as a human being. I am on this journey of self mastery, this ongoing journey, and my desire to create a space like this community, where like minded individuals connect and grow together, is something that I am delighted and grateful to see happen, to see manifest. So I'm looking forward to seeing the expansion of mastery, seeking tribe with your participation. Let's move on and talk a little bit about the actual features and benefits of the community. The mastery seekers tribe is hosted on a dedicated app, and you can access it on your laptop as well as on your mobile device, iPhone or Android. The layout of the community is actually quite simple. There is the Start Here section, which is where you start, of course, and that explains the first two things you need to do which are very important. One is to fill in your profile information, and the other is to write a comment in the Introduce Yourself post so that everyone in the community can know a little bit about you. Apart from the Start Here section, you will also find another section where you can start a discussion or join an existing discussion, which is the actual forum, shall we say, of the mastery seekers tribe the community. You will also see a schedule of events, and I will talk about this a little bit more later on. And so I will carry on. Obviously, there will be exclusive content in the community that won't be available anywhere else, and it will be available to the mastery seekers, the members of the tribe - things like Q and A sessions, or, you know, I have ideas about webinars, peer groups, mastermind group coaching. Now it is the very beginning of the community, and this is a glimpse, just a glimpse, of what will be happening over the next few weeks and months. Speaking of which, we actually have our first scheduled live event, the welcome event to celebrate the launch of the mastery seekers tribe community. And that is on Saturday the second of November 2024 at 4pm UK time, which is 12 noon New York time, or 9am Pacific. So you are invited to join us. And now I'm going to step back just for a moment in the previous episode I shared, and if you haven't listened to it yet, I invite you to listen. It is six minutes, and I shared about my journey in creating the community, and now that I am recording this episode, this is no longer a concept, the community is already up and running, and there are people commenting and so on, I think what's important, and this is my self reflection that I'm sharing with you now mastery seeker is that when you do something, a creative endeavor like this, the important thing is that you do it with playfulness, that you have fun with it, that you find pleasure in it, because that's how it goes. It's about enjoying the process and detaching from the result. So I encourage you to join the mastery seekers tribe. It is the community for you who listen to the podcast, and even though I may not know you, I believe you have a lot to gain from the community, and more than that, I believe you have a lot to contribute, and that's why I will invite you to join the community and to be active in it. Engage in the discussions, like the comments, write your introductory post. And of course, let's not underestimate the power that a community like this can have in making connections. Networking is, I believe, an integral part of this community, and within here one could find an accountability partner or a mentor or even collaborators for their projects. Before I conclude this episode. I would like to take this opportunity to answer some of the questions I have received since the tribe was first announced. One question was, what is the platform on which the community takes place? And the answer is, circle, circle.so. Another question I received was about using it on an app on your phone, and definitely, when you join you will see on the menu there, there are links to download the app, Both for iPhone and Android. Another question was about expectations of participation. And you know, there aren't, that is the answer. There is no expectation of participation. However, I urge you not to be a passive spectator of the community. If you join, become an active member, you don't have to. You may be as active as you decide. You don't have to be more than what feels comfortable and natural to you, but be active, not a passive spectator in the community. I do believe the most benefit is to be found when you actually participate, engage. So I am really excited for mastery seekers tribe, this new community. I am grateful that you are embarking on this journey with me, of a community of like minded people who appreciate personal development, and they are on a journey of Life Mastery, a journey of living a life of purpose and fulfillment. It, there's more that will be coming up with the community over the next weeks and months. For now, enjoy and appreciate being an early adopter, an early adopter, in this new element of the podcast.
