Hello , and welcome to my 1st podcast . This will be great place to connect with the Tonal community to talk about Tonal  . Ill be having special guest on in near future . Hopefully you enjoy some laughter and jokes talking about fitness and getting stronger together.

You're at a point where you want to transform your life. You want to sculpt that awesome body that's in there. As a die hard tonal gym fan and advocate for training at home, Katie has witnessed first hand the incredible transformations that can occur when we commit to our fitness goals. She knows what it's like to get jacked. All with dedication and determination. Plus nutrition. It's so important. One word, tacos. Mmm. And now your host, Katie Dunford. and welcome to my first episode of Strength in Numbers, Unbreakable Mind, Unstoppable Strength. I just want to say thank you so much for coming and listening to all the wonderful, crazy Katie ness. But I decided today was the day. Today is the day to get out of that comfort zone, put that introvert out there and, why not? Why not? Talk about the amazing things about strength training, about programming, about the tunnel, about the tunnel community. Because that's what I really want to connect with. I really want a space for the tunnel community to talk about programs they're doing, talk about their goals. Talk about and why they decided to do strength training because most of the time when you talk with people, a lot, a lot of them are just like, you know what, I just run, you know, I run, um, or, I bike and, sometimes that overtraining kicks in. Strength training, like the actual training aspects of it, I think there just needs to be more conversations about it, also with especially women, they use that term, Oh, I don't want to get bulky. Okay, that bulky, own it. Okay, I'm owning it. I want to own it. I am owning the bulkiness. If somebody's going to say bulkiness, I'm going to be like, here it is. Okay, I am all about the muscle. I want bolder shoulders. I want biceps for days. I want bicep city. So as you can tell, I am really passionate about strength training. And through this podcast, I hope I can inspire as many people as I can. To strength train, to get into programming with strength training, learning more about strength training that is just not, moving weight around or just doing 10 reps all the time. There is so much more to it, and that is something that I have learned in my journey with working out on tunnel. From somebody that never strength trained before. I've never I never did a program before. I could never finish a program. That is so awful. But now I have completed multiple Tonal programs multiple times. So I am here as a beginner. I am here as somebody that started something new. I am here to inspire people to want to try something new to get out of their comfort zone. I am so happy that you're here. The structure of my podcast is going to be pretty much a lot of me talking. And hopefully we'll have on some guests within the tunnel community, have some members on talk about their strength journey programs that they're doing, certain programs that are their favorite, because sometimes, you know what, there's all different types of training. There's hit training, there's. Like bodybuilding, building muscle endurance training with strength training on tunnel. So there's so much, so maybe there's a program that, or a coach that you never thought of taking before and you hear this podcast and you're like, man, I am going to try that program now. In the Ccommunity is each month they have amazing challenges in the on Tonal. So we'll also be talking about those. We'll be talking about what coach is heading them. Also updating when the coaches do live Q and A's because I am all here for the live coach Q and A's. That is another amazing thing about tunnel is that the coaches are always here to help us. They're always here to encourage us. So I am making this space to rally up the Tunnel community, rally up the excitement about programs, about the amazing coaches at Tunnel. And I'm also here to share my experiences, see how my training is going, what programs I'm doing, why am I doing them, why I like them so much what I'm hoping to accomplish. Because you know what? Goals can change, it's nothing that is set in stone and just like your pro, your programming, your how you have it laid out for your training, sometimes that changes and I think it's a great conversation to have that it's, if one thing is not working out, that is okay. We are here to support each other and here to hopefully inspire and to help each other out. So. I am so excited about this new podcast, about this new journey that I am taking on. This is definitely something that I have, like I said, I have wanted to do for a very long time is talk about things that I am so passionate about. So here we are, and I am so looking forward to talking with you guys more. Be ready. Each week on Friday I will be dropping new podcasts every morning for you guys. Each one should be about 30 minutes to an hour here, there or so. So um, I am excited. So I will see you all next Friday. You've been listening to Strength in Numbers.
