This episode will focus on affirmations, and how our subconscious mind is truly an echo chamber that speaks back to us.

The three most important pieces to a proper affirmation:

1. Say it positively. For example to quit smoking cigarettes you would say "I'm smoke free".  Do not say "I don't smoke".  Our subconscious doesn't hear "don't, not, wont etc.".

2. See it accomplished. Visualize how you look accomplishing whatever it is that you want to affirm. Visualize the successful you that has accomplished your goal!

3. Feel it. Imagine how you would feel after accomplishing your affirmation. Maybe its to graduate, maybe its to get into better shape.  Feel the emotions of achieving your goals. 

Do proper affirmations for 2-3 minutes, five times a day, everyday, and you will change your life!

Some affirmations that I use:

"Cool, calm, in control" 

"I excel" - think about what you could excel at... what do you want to excel at?

"I'm disciplined and organized"

"Strong healthy body, strong healthy mind"

"Grateful, thankful"

Stay focused on your affirmations and what you want to achieve.  You have the ability to specifically change any part of your life, and manifest your reality.

Our mind is a tool, and if you don't use it, then it will use you...
